@JordanWebber96 Switched to EE January. Good service and nothing like the garbage I suffered from @O2. They “allowed” me to leave in December. Taken 6 months payments and they’re ignoring my correspondence, just lies from customer services & complaints. @GarethTurpin contact details unavailable

@badassscotsman @O2 @oppo I know it's an O2 problem, because I put a BT contract SIM in the phone and it worked fine with SMS/MMS but as soon as I put the O2 sim back in the same **** started again. Really annoying 🤬👎

@O2 Day 131 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@steelrattus @O2 Yes, Vodafone and the speed is okish. I was told O2 is good for my area which is why I wanted to test it first. But O2 has never got back to me. Their loss, I guess.
