@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

So when @O2 said we are going to contact you and resolve your problem, after all that happened - they just decided to ask for details and password, and then they closed their computer for the day and left the issues unresolved. So, after various issues - today i will terminate

@Claire_Edberg @O2 I’ve an S21 but this might be an option on yours. Go into Messages (you want the main screen where it lists all of your texts) In Search Conversations box there is 3 dots, click on this. In the Drop Down menu select Settings Near to the bottom is Spam Protection, select this

@Yourmobilecom I am not easily frustrated but moving from 02 - your mobile has been the worst decision; - constant issues with wifi calling turning off with no ability to switch back - unclear handover process - customer service helpline which is always busy Anyone else? @O2
