Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

@O2 Cannot top up my phone due to issues with you accepting payments. Could you tweet when the problem has been fixed so I can top up my phone? It as a pain not being able to use my phone and having to try to top up every few minutes to find out when the issue has been resolved.

@O2 the most shocking customer service over an hour wasted on the phone got through twice cut off twice and no call back you can stick your bill off to buy a PAYG sim until you call me back

Worst experience with @O2, trying to get incorrect defaulted payment removed from my @Experian_UK score (which they verbally agreed it was incorrect). I haven't been a customer for 3+ years!! Be careful people, still trying to get this resolved a month later! #awful
