    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @o2 Shocking O2 service, when you eventually speak to an advisor, before you say the problem your placed on hold, no warning - it’s clearly the new standard practice I can only assume now they work from home they can get on with household chores, m
