    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    @O2 I have spent 2 hours on the phone to you and the last guy hung up! Your first operative just transferred me to Samsung! I had a long conversation with them and they have concluded that the issue is 100% with O2 . Yet non of your advisers seem to know anything about wifi calling.

    @O2 Absolutely disgusted the O2 can run a promotion about giving six months free Deliveroo plus when I brought my new phone and now when I speak to customer service, every single person seems to say they don’t know anything about it. Can someone please advise?
