    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 hi, I have been having an issue with my signal since I started my plan back in February with yourselves, whereby there the signal is usable due to an ongoing issue with the mast, keep being told that there is nothing that can be done, no option to cancel or discount

    @vmbusiness @O2 Sadly, I can't look at anything online since our Virgin media Business Broadband has been down since Friday with not a sound of apology or explanation from Virgin. With VOIP phones as well, we're silent. And So far 22 min on hold to talk to someone.
