Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 People are facing huge prices increases in every aspect of their life - O2 need to seriously consider dropping the 3.9% part of this increase which is down to o2 and give customers a hand - don't forget without customers there is no business.

@O2 can’t believe how bad your customer service is first given a Business contract when not a business!!! Then spent 3hrs in the store cancelling it after just 4 days of having it well within my 14 days!!!Now get a bill for £2079!!! What a joke!!

@O2 @O2 I have been waiting to be connected to a manager for almost 2 hours. In total it’s been 7 hours since I was connected to the chat this morning, including 4 separate assistants. Not the best customer service or the best way to spend a Sunday!
