So two hours since I Tweeted @O2 and no reply you claim that you are the UK’s No.1 Network. No.1 at what, it’s definitely not customer service it’s very clear that you don’t care. People should stay well clear of your services from what I can see.

@O2 1/8 I left your network back in November 2019 because you messed me around with money and paying off a handset, that left me with no coverage for 2 days because you said I needed to pay you money which I already had.
