    5 days ago I submitted my payslip to apply for o2 open on an upgraded phone @O2 . It said I'll hear back within 3 days. Nothing. Just tried to webchat with someone but got told 'you're all too busy and to try later'. Help please.

    @O2 Great service. Took 10 days for replacement sim to come and then spent an hour with one of your colleagues to activate my SIM card. She failed to do so and told me that it’ll take 5 working days to get back to me with a solution. You lot know how to take the piss proper

    .@O2 thought you should know someone is calling from 02922715965 offer 40% discount but needs a verification code. The message that comes through is the same one for if you've forgotten your login details. Looks like they're trying to access accounts through this
