@O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

Has anyone else been screwed over by @O2 since moving to a cheaper tariff? Problem with voicemail and now I can’t receive phone calls. Goes straight to voicemail. Practically on first name terms with Cust service. Fixed calls briefly now gone again. Fine before for many years.
