    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)

    @O2 since you joined with @virginmedia my service has been shocking can’t even try and pay my bill with a problem or issue!!! I’m hearing the same thing from lots of people also!!!!! Sort it out

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis
