    @O2 We have lived in our house 11 years and had no improvement in service despite paying over the same period about £16000 for a poor signal and phones we cannot use at home, where we live and work.

    @MartinSLewis @MarkEvansO2 Can you help? Today I found myself without any contact with the outside world when @O2 cut my phone off. Why? Because next month I will have a higher than normal bill. No warning, they just cut me off. All other bills are up to date and paid via DD. 1/7

    @O2 I know the coverage in my area. In our village we have poor signal, but travel a mile into the middle of a field and you can get 4G. why can’t we have some sort of village booster too give us a signal as your signal seems to stop just before the area where the people are that pay

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @O2 Same issue again. Had to drove out to find open WiFi to do this post. Would love 3G I’m not greedy!

    @O2 I did. It says a phone mast near me is offline and data/calls might be disrupted. It says I'll get an update by 18th Jan. That's unacceptable, it's two weeks and I'm paying for this service and I can barely use it. How can I find out more about when it's going to end?

    @O2 Went into 02 store in Festival Place, Basingstoke. The assistant could not be bothered to put his own phone down. He pointed to the Samsung phones and that was it. I walked out. #fail #CustomerService

    @MartinSLewis can you possibly help me, I am in a battle against @O2 , I have been the victim of identity theft and no one in fraud team is coming back to me. And now they aren’t taking the accounts off my credit file. It’s so bad im also a new mum and o2 do not care about this

    @O2 DM now sent. The initial estimate of returned service has now moved back from 8 PM tonight to this Wednesday at 8. I personally don’t think a week without any phone service whatsoever (not a single bar) is acceptable. Thanks.

    @O2 I have ported back to you on the 07/1 and all went fine apart form the fact when I text people it still shows the temporary O2 number when they receive it not my ported number? Can you help?

    @O2 @dnb81 Rant time Anyway rant over, O2 can go and f**k themselves and never get paid if that’s their way of servicing their long standing customers. I’ve been with o2 since they began. They are the ones breaking the contract and not I.

    No EU roaming charges. @O2 you just gained 3 contracts from @EE from my family. I appreciate honestly, and not looking at any opportunity to gouge customers. I will never use EE again after this.

    @HerveyBrookes @O2 Exactly. Any extra fees in this context are roaming fees by definition. And that doesn't help us EU citizens that now have to buy an additional international roaming plan when we go to the UK.
