    I have put in a formal complaint and haven’t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @Alyshaa_134 @O2 If you go ombudsman route, start a log of all the times network Isn’t working, get some proper evidence, location time, what’s not working and postcode. I failed to do that and cost me.

    @pkrpmusic @O2 Retweet your complaint, add BBCWatchdog to it, the network is pants. Something seriously wrong with it, i suspect over subscribed. Ask direct question on my masts abilities never even acknowledged I had asked the question.

    @O2 Several help pages state I need a Plus tariff. MyO2 says I have a refresh unlimited. That page says for USA I need O2 Travel plus £6 a day to use my data. I’m not sure which it is. It’s all inconsistent

    Shame on you @O2 - daughter charged £42 for sending a single ‘arrived safely’ WhatsApp (text) message to us from Turkish airport before turning off her data roaming for her whole holiday. Another customer lost! @MartinSLewis #mobiledata #ripoff

    @O2 only tell you 2 days later on their terrible app when you've overspent. I've been landed with over £52 of extra bills when I accidently turned on data thinking it was covered by one of their weird "bolt on"s

    @O2 your customer service is a disgrace! I was offered an upgrade deal over the phone but when I received the text it was different! When I called to dispute it I was spoken to like a child and told I couldn’t have what I was told I could have. I was a loyal customer!
