    @O2 Very disappointed to see Caffè Nero leave Priority's weekly offer. Can you confirm if it is gone for good or will it still be available on a monthly basis? @GreggsOfficial is a poor replacement for a weekly coffee - no dairy-free options available on any espresso based drinks

    I have never had such a defensive & unhelpful response from a customer services team as @O2 who tell me they will charge me for their mistake & won't resolve the problem because they are on different systems from their stores. That's your problem, not the customers.

    @O2 can a representative contact me regarding my new sim swap and new contract, I have been going back and forth with the online chat for 7 days, continuously getting terrible service where your representatives just don’t reply (average time for them to reply is 1.5 hours)

    @bryanmcc74 @O2 Replacing the SIM card will determine whether there's a fault with the SIM causing this, or if this is just the network coverage provided in the area. Unfortunately it is most likely the level of service provided though - Liz
