    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @andrevella @bencrolla @O2 I was hoping that would’ve worked for me when they came through on the 14th, but unfortunately I got the same errors. It’s abysmal. 2026, IT department can’t create a payment link for me to use 🙄 customer since BT Cellnet days & I’m shocked at the lack of customer service

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage

    @O2 this is why I left o2. My partner has a business and his customers are saying they can't get through to him. It has been over a week. The £10 refund is not enough. Can you just fix the mast please?

    @O2 Any chance someone from this county can get in contact to sort out a problem going back to May? Call centre is rubbish and never call back when promised, can’t waste an hour on the phone every time I call!

    Big shout out to Lewis at the @O2 store in Wakefield. I went it to try and pay for my phone repair after 202 couldn't help me and changing my weekend plans to accommodate. Whilst I couldn't get it paid he did everything he could to help me.
