    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 Why don't you care about your customers o2??? is it company policy to just ignore anyone with a genuine grievance? are all your customer service representatives trainees?

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @G99____ @O2 No, the customer care told me they had a security breach effected many accounts. I asked why did they not inform us, she couldn't answer. Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)

    @O2 Won't let me inbox you chat keeps closing but if I get told the mast is down again im gonna scream its all I get told. But any one thinking to join O2 at the moment. I wouldn't bother

    @O2 Tried manually to select 3 different networks, all gave same response of "your Sim won't allow you to connect to this network". My phone, on a similar tariff , has had no problems. The same thing happened on a trip to Oz last year. Turned out the 'system' had put a 'block' on.

    @O2 Shall I call for the 9th time to see if you can unlock my login, it must be so secret that you’re having to employ MI5 to look into it. Please just message me and say you can’t be bothered, why would you want to sort somebody’s problem out
