  Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

  @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

  Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

  @O2 Why when I google O2 am I confronted with a Virgin login page. I am, for my sins signed with Virgin for broadband, when it works it’s ok. When it doesn’t, it’s a similar nightmare. Same impossible log on procedure, MI5 levels of security I just want access to my emails and bills.

  @1stSimona @O2 Agree since merger it’s awful all of it signal app the lot. We are also with virgin for tv and broadband and that’s awful too

  @O2 It's not tv issues I have an issue with it's not being able to use rewards or just login with a o2 account as I keep being asked to link a virgin media account as previously I was just able to use my phone number which is an o2 one

  @O2 @Ticketmaster @TicketmasterUK please help me out. i bought Olivia Rodrigo tickets via the ticketmaster account, when I try to log in on the o2 app in the “my tickets” tab it says that my account is incorrect, although I created the account with the same e-mail and everything.

  @O2 O2 refuse to accommodate customer needs re: payment dates. The data allowance is appalling for PAYG users, and the coverage is poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way‘ dismissal from O2.
