Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 Yes I have received the letter and I contacted them. They said they would take the complaint to you. “Apparently” it was investigated but I know that phone call I made in 2018 was not even looked at in this said investigation!

@O2 after 3 days of complaining I have a manager call me up and guarantee a replacement phone before 10:30am today,and guess what no replacement phone.. starting to shop around for a new network and see if they appreciate £129 a month on 3 contracts. O2 very disappointed customer

@O2 got a new phone delivered yesterday, switched over my SIM card, it’s been 24 hours. You’ve disconnected my old phone and my new phone still doesn’t have a network. I can’t contact anyone on live chat either because it’s telling me the service is offline

@O2 But didn’t call back. I then tried to call your office with no reply. @MarkEvansO2 they’ve had no network for 2 days and it’s down to a technical fault with the set up of a renewed contract and new phone!

@O2 Hey O2 why have we not had an update on a data problem we reported in mid-December? Initial contact from O2 was good but since then we have heard nothing. We have no idea if the problem is fixed or not. Very disappointed.
