    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 Doesn’t seem like 3G is even an option on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. And what are you going to do to rectify the problem while you’re busy building your network? You’re charging me for a service you’re not providing even though I paid you a fortune for the latest phone.

    @O2 I took my phone to my local o2 store, they agreed it was in warranty (replaced two months ago through o2 insurance) and sent it for repair. Repairs then contact me to say it's OOW. Spent the last three days contacting o2 customer service to sort this and still nothing.

    @O2 And what if I say to you, “I’m sorry, my payment to you can be a bit slow in this area so I’m gonna have to not provide it at all this month”. You wouldn’t accept it, so why is it somehow acceptable to provide a service so bad that it’s unusable yet still expect payment for it?!?

    @virginmedia @O2 No access to outlook or virgin emails. What is happening? Intermittent since friday requiring change of passwords which today is not resolving the issue. Could you please update on your page on what is happening. Thank you

    @O2 @virginmedia Ah thankyou. I'm already embroiled in a lengthy chat via the app so will spare you. But I have asked what the process is for escalating a complaint and had no response so that would be helpful if you could point me in the right direction
