Opened a new account today with @O2, and selected pick up in store today, but after I have paid the upfront the only options was, collect from 19th, why? So I decided to cancel the new contracts, and now how long do I need wait for my £30 refund ? To take the money is in 1 second

@o2 what is going on with 4G coverage in the south west of England? My phone tells me I’ve got full signal and 4G, but more often than not, I can’t do anything, even in cities!
