@O2 I have called twice and emailed your customer services twice and I am still receiving letters for someone that doesn’t live at my address. If this isn’t resolved shortly I will be taking legal action against you for allowing someone to use my address illegally

@O2 still no resolution to the problems we're having in HU12. Still paying for a service we're not receiving. Don't keep telling me there are problems (I know this) tell me about refunding some of my money!
