@O2 Just checked that, looks like there is a mast down. This must have been down at least a couple of months because the has been awful. You expect me to pay my bills in full though. And what would @AffordableMob have been able to do if I contacted them as instructed by your advisor?

@O2 well it’s been 10days now and still no number transfer via portal. I have received so awful customer service over the years, but o2…. Different league !! 6 messages with the same info sent to o2 …even my mates and colleagues now laughing at you !!

@O2 After the salesperson recited all my details to me, Bank details, Home address & postcode, he then said “we know your place of birth is ______”! I finally ended the call when asked to punch in my 16 digit card number, which I’ll never do these days due to sophisticated scams.
