Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@bethmccc_ @O2 @virginmedia They stole almost £500 from my partner. Lured him in with a contract, signed him up, got his bank details, told him he can't have a contract. Partner requested they cancel it in the same call. They said they cancelled. Said they no longer have his details. And then we got billed.
