But, I would imagine, there are some ongoing, nationwide changes going on, with the three networks, not EE, especially with the merger of both Vodafone UK and Three UK!

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
