Neen (@ninalxwr) reported@O2 I followed steps given to me in store, went back to check I'd done all I had to(they said yes)& I got told just to wait for the discount to go on. It did not. Now the team when I call say they can't help me because its been past 28 days. A fault on o2 side but I lose out 🙄

Part Time MKT Drifter (@GoldShyGuy1) reported@O2 I don’t dispute the need for investment, however the tariff model could’ve been revamped any time over the last few years given the challenges people have faced financially. Another case of our costs go up and we’ll shovel on to the customer. Flexible tariffs are the future.

Dr David Hall (@davemhall88) reported@O2 any particular reason for the last few days I've had basically no mobile data? Barely pick up 5g in places I did before and the 4g has full signal but no data speed. Is there a fault?
