@O2 I will DM you now. That mast must have been down for several months then. The signal has been rubbish for over 12 months now. And the O2 store knows all about it. Maybe worth speaking to staff in your O2 store.

@O2 Worst network and customer services ever!!! Signal is really poor and they have got my bill wrong for the past 3 months. Speak to customer services and they just say it will get sorted. Suggest people choose another network because O2 are rubbish.

@O2 - can anyone help with my account being frozen due to fraud, and it not being resolved since 9th December? I now can’t make any calls/texts/use data… or pay my bill/leave my contract, and I’ve been on the phone to you for 2 hours with no resolution…shocking customer service

Still waiting, over a week now for my @O2 parcel with “next day delivery”. I’m more pissed off cos there’s no customer care or customer feedback from them or @DPDgroup_news when you try to chase it up. Nothing you can do except find excuses. #ZeroCustomerCare #ShitService

@O2 I get that - but the matter was reported on 10th December - I now have no ability to call / text / use data - at no fault of my own… really poor that your customers can be left like this with no solution other than to ‘wait for the o2 fraud team’
