Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 one of my contract devices won't call out and when I call it, it says this number has not been recognised... All bills have been paid. Why has it been cut off? If your network doesn't improve soon, we will be looking elsewhere.
