    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 how do you contact your fraud section? .... Friend has been scammed and reported to fraud 3 weeks ago, still waiting for them to contact friend. Outstanding balance on account, not theirs. Awful service.

    Made 7 (Seven!) calls to the @O2 contact center AND a visit to store. Still no further forward. Been told I need to send an email. What happened to personal service? All I need is a jiffy bag to return a phone and a promo code for an enhanced return. Pretty simple, no?
