Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@virginmedia Thanks. Can you confirm that as virgin and @O2 have joined together, will a virgin SIM card work in another phone that uses O2 SIM cards? In the phone it would be used in for a month is a phone from O2 but using a Tesco SIM, which uses O2 network. I think virgin SIM might work?

@O2 @C_billington Sorry but that’s a load of sand on to someone’s eyes I’ve been having no 3G 4G or 5G at all for last 4 months anywhere in Medway Kent and for last 5 days not even shows connection at all but my family in EE got full signal and no problems at all same at work

@o2 I’ve not been able to get 4G and struggle to even get 3G in much of central Cardiff. Only a couple of weeks ago did we get signal back (in my area) from two months of zero signal. Now this. What is going on?

@O2 @02mobile Have just experience shocking customer services, I took out a contract in July following lies of 98% coverage from your network. I've experienced nothing but bad coverage since and want to leave ASAP. Your not even willing to discuss a discount on the early term fee
