    I have the best e-mail address in the world for my name. Had it since the 90s. @o2 are the only ones that won't accept it because their e-mail validating code is crap. I had to create an alias because they won't accept only one character before the @.

    @O2 but it takes 24 hr-48 hours for a manager to phone you back. Cancelled my contract 2 days after my sim arrived as I couldn’t get a signal but still trying to charge me the full contract even though they can see I haven’t used it!

    @O2 I’m here because I can’t view it at all. Every time I try to find it, the website just goes to my bill where there’s a break down of charges but it has no where for me to cancel the monthly charges or see what it’s for.

    @O2 Hi, I’ve had no mobile signal all week because there’s apparently a mast issue in my area, it was supposed to be fixed by now but every time I check for an update the fix is pushed back - now says another 5 days!!! Please help - I can’t use my phone unless on WI-FI

    @CitizensAdvice @o2 for me not to be able to cancel my subscription from the o2 website or the @disneyplus app/ website, is this not a subscription trap? On Disney I’m referred to O2 where I’m able to upgrade very easily, add on extras easily but to cancel and view- impossible
