Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 The o2 guru failed to get thru today and this is evidence enough on the mast in the Pe15 area never got fixed and the signal is still as rubbish as it was before so I can say the mast never got looked and I will put in a full complaint against O2 later this week

@O2 and I will say this, if by the end of the week nothing has been done I will file a complaint against you for the lack of service provided and if nothing else has been done after filing the complaint then I will stop the DD and refuse to pay the remaining £200+

@O2 reception in Worcester is poor. It's the main town for Worcestershire & a University town. As such it should have better reception.
