    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 Why don't you care about your customers o2??? is it company policy to just ignore anyone with a genuine grievance? are all your customer service representatives trainees?

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 Most phones made after 2018 support eSIMs tbh! iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3a and up... What phone are you rocking? We might be able to help you figure it out

    @O2 I have never been so shocked at a multi million pound company. 6 hours (between live chat and a phone call) my husband spent yesterday trying to upgrade our 4 phones. However although the credit check passed your “business policy” won’t allow more than 2 to be upgraded …

    @O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. I’m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mum’s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    @Benleo I am currently on day four of having no phone signal, mobile data or WiFi thanks to @O2 They regularly cut off my service entirely (23 days total this year), no warning, no apologies. When you contact CS, if they actually answer, then they treat you like you are the problem!
