    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    No service in hrs.. could take up to 9 days.. apparently the mast is down for my area.. quote “my area” @O2 They haven’t even resolved issues with my voicemail (no access to voicemail) on going on off about one year… they turned off data calling - cannot call o2 #Terrible

    @O2 Hi, still no data in Glasgow area. This is now day 4. Are customers affected by your mast issues going to be getting a discount on their bills or at the very least an update as to when they can expect to be able to use data again?

    Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

    @lufcgilly @O2 Also avoid @sky, had a complaint open since July. Only team that can deal with it is the mobile case team. Who you can't ring or get transferred to !!!!
