@O2 I’ve been receiving letters from you saying I own money. However, the app says I own nothing, and your customer service has no clue what to do. And today I’ve received a threatening letter demanding money.

@O2 I'm at wits end! Why do your advisers pass me around because they cannot help me and then cut me off!? I have no ways of using my phone and I urgently need one. Why does no one care in your customer service department?

sick to death of @o2 connection. Paying nearly £80 a month for a phone that hardly ever has connection. Seems like a lot of people are getting rinsed here and with the money they’re making you’d think they’d be able to fix the phone mast which has ‘been down’ for months.
