@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 disgusting customer service for a technical fault on your side. 31 mins on the phone and still being told by customer services they can’t help and when I ask to complain she hung up on me! Will be recommending to all to change providers

Bereavement is bloody hard!! However credit must go to the professionalism and over beaming great customer service at both @O2 and @BTGroup for taking the time to talk with me this afternoon!! Good customer service can be hard to find, but those 2 people had more than enough!!

@O2 You can find countless ads and other things on the various @O2 social media items but if you want to chat to one of their support staff I feel it would be easier to pick the lock of Fort Knox with a paper clip 🤬
