    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    @O2 Yeh it works .had no reply though .sent the problem and nothing, zilch, not a responce what so ever.but wouldnt expect anything different these days

    New scam to watch for with @O2 ring call centre with an issue. They add a new line to your account to fix an issue. Basically churning the customer for a new sale. And taking off advisors stats and earning themselves a bonus O2 stop call centre making sales. Please

    Really disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from @O2 recently. An issue O2 has acknowledged fault for still remains unresolved despite multiple calls, live chats, emails and more. I’ve completely lost confidence in O2 and just want a fair resolution. @O2

    @O2 I have had 3+ weeks of limited to no signal at my house. People unable to contact us. Despite you working on the nearest equipment at SO21 1HA. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Sorry @EnglandRugby but BJvR over Lawrence and Ojomoh absolutely stinks. He’s a Saffa! He grew up wanting to play for the Boks - why on earth pick him over 2 lads that are a) very talented and b) are actually English?! Horrible decision…
