@O2 Thanks for the response, but you haven’t yet directly answered my initial question. I’d like to know if I’m eligible for o2 priority perks (such as the priority queue) if I’ve bought tickets as a non-o2 customer but later become an o2 customer?

@O2 I have been trying to resolve my data and service issue with @O2 for over a month after speaking to numerous advisors...no still not getting anywhere. On top of this I am paying 3 separate bills. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ... sort this out !!!!!

@O2 just want to say how disappointed after 10 years plus of being a customer I am with your customer service. I have been lied to and been treated poorly. And to top it all when I said after all this time I would move my business you could not care less. Too big& too arrogant

@O2 hi is there a problem in the so50 area? Im waiting for new wifi provider so havent used o2 data at home since joined and not sure if its always this terrible or not!
