    @Ofcom can you help as @O2 can’t seem to get my @AppleSupport watch working. Five times since 23rd March they have said it will be working in 24hrs and it still isn’t. I wasted hours on the phone so hoping you can help get some action

    @O2 So annoying I have to continue to pay for my airtime and device plan on my stolen iPhone I know I didn’t have insurance but still... What a crap world we live in - Like I have £600 to just pay my contract off!! Urgh😭.

    @johnpudneyhq I had this exact problem about 5 years ago and @O2 let me out of my contract after 3 months as they couldn't provide the required level of service. It's something they've been aware of for years and not fixed it.

    @O2 hey there, I’m trying to buy a new phone through the website but it keeps saying the card payment didn’t go through and to select a billing address. I’ve tried 2 diff cards. My home and billing address are the same. Are you able to help me with this at all?
