    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @GarethTurpin @O2 We can decide what phone to use, when we want, but you still can't provide data connection at Bournemouth beach during the summer. Any more than about 100 people and it seems to fail to provide any internet service

    @O2 Hi. I have requested my number swap from an o2 number to another 02 number. The number I’m keeping is now out of service but not changed over & I still have the number I don’t want to keep. As it still shows number on phone Do I receive a code or an email for the next steps

    @O2 Called the original number given on website/chat, +44 7802 090100, on a different number and it says 'the call subscriber has switched off his terminal'. Had ended chat and can't get back into chat as 'all agents are busy'. Why is it so hard to listen to my damn voicemail abroad?

    Paying near £200 a month with @O2 to have zero signal and 3G in Northern Ireland and Birmingham. Imagine having to buy a Vodafone pay and go SIM card. Not just my line friends/family also. A customer over 18 years on contract. Can other networks buy you out of contract?

    @O2 fed up of contacting you.. account was hacked in April and you still haven't sorted it. Keep threatening to cut off phone if I don't pay for something I didn't order or receive. Tried 3 times today to sort over phone.. Appalling service.. Action Fraud next

    @O2 What exactly is going on here? This sounds like some pretty shady practice, borderline fraud. Are you now extorting teens to shore up the balance sheet? Who can we contact to resolve this - bearing in mind you have cut off his phone… Shambolic customer service
