    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    When did @O2 get so ****? Being a loyal customer means nothing anymore. As soon as my contract ends, I’m off elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not possible, they called a number that the bill payer, Janet, has never used. It is in no way linked to her other than her being the previous bill payer of that @O2 phone number. They didn't even know she was already a customer.

    @virginmedia You should be making the payment as you did not inform @O2 when my broadband installation was cancelled. Someone has now been using the O2 account that YOU did not cancel in my name. Never again!

    @O2 Whatever you are thinking of never never use 02. After week of me explaining to them what a partial port out was, they are still perplexed. I even had to get Customer Services to Google the problem. Unresolved.
