@O2 Day 88 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@MoneySavingExp @O2 signed up to an O2 Mobile Sim Only deal via MoneySavingExpert only to be refused based on a credit check. My credit score was 912 out of 1000 never having a completely clean record. Now I’ve missed the deal. Are these deals fake? It’s a joke.

@O2 been 36 hours without an active sim now due to another failure on your part. I have a 10 week old baby and need an active sim in case of emergencies. As a result, I havent left the house in 2 days. Your customer service is shocking and your incompetence is embarrassing.

@O2 your O2 priorities are not as good as they used to be. My colleague and I usually go after work on a Thursday and use your 2 free drinks 5-8. Recently have been out of stock by 6pm. This is quite Recent. I presume reduced numbers available? Pretty poor
