@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@RichieFirth We went to see kings of Leon @O2 and a woman sat 2 rows in front Danced like a maniac during the support act then spent the rest of the gig on her iPad playing candy crush! She was on her own as well!

@O2 Yes O2 biggest scammers ever, so you have now added 4, yes 4 default accounts to my credit file, even though you know I've been frauded, you have police fraud reference, the persons address and details, yet you choose to ignore all this!!! IM NOT EVEN YOUR CUSTOMER!!!

@O2 2 hours I’ve been on hold and passed to 4 different people to cancel a contract. Every time the person has no information so have to go through security each time! #rubbish #gotbetterthibgstobedoing

When are @O2 going to stop ripping off people. No service No network, o2 says networks fine Not true since september 2022! We pay our bill for a contract we cant use and charged if we cancel. No incoming/outgoing calls. This disgusting treatment of customers is unacceptable.
