    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 now 40 mins in the phone and still no answer, trying to getting an issue that's going on 2 months ago sorted. How can it be sorted when you don't answer the phones but no, o2 are quick enough to sent threatening letters. #worstnetworkprovider

    @O2 @oibaker I have same problem! I order 2 weeks ago,Ive got confirmation emails and after 2days I’ve got text messages saying that my Watch is out of stock and I need to wait. Until now no emails texts or any kind of updates. I am trying already 4th day to contact o2 with no luck. @oibaker

    @O2 hi, my mother is having phone problems - she can receive calls but not make them. We've checked settings, etc, & we're pretty sure there's a problem with her SIM card. Can you please DM me so we can arrange a replacement? She has Alzheimer's & can't deal with you herself.
