@O2 ive recieved a overdue bill demanding I pay it or ill be charged fees. I do not have an account, I ordered a phone last month it was cancelled 3 days later, I have no contract of any kind with O2. Cant speak to anyone on the phone so can you help? Thanks

@O2 I’m a customer of yours and have just been turned away from your Basingstoke store manager as I needed some help to set up my new iPhone. She said she wouldn’t help as “there is nothing in it for her” (as I bought the phone online!) She was so rude!

Well after being with @O2 for just short of a decade finally left after years of rubbish customer service and poor service. Who knows I could be back but looking forward to being a customer with @EE who have been fab at customer services and great in getting me set up on EE.

@O2 I had a notification on my phone to say you have turned off network calls so now I can only call using WiFi. No hint as to why. Have been on hold for hours trying to get through. I’m not getting what I paid for. How do I actually get customer service out of you?
