    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 @RishaaBoats27 @O2 I was promised a refund of £669 on august 13 yet the money still hasn’t reached my account. I have called customer services ever night for past 2 weeks and the incompetence of the staff is insufferable. How can a global company like o2 operate in this way?

    @O2 Ok could I ask that you update your bio to tell customers you no longer provide support on X? That way you also wouldn't need to respond to each message? What are the system limitations on X you speak of?

    @O2 day 3 & still can’t access MyO2 via app or online. Calling customer support didn’t help, just told it’s a known issue. When will access be restored?

    @O2 what's happening in my area?? There was maintenance work being done that was completed on Thursday but 5g/4g doesn't work and there's 1 bar of network, l know other networks aren't working too.

    @virginmedia @O2 @British_Airways Yrs as an O2 customer, 3 phones, cant access account. Forced to link to Virgjn. Round & round houses with links via 6 emails. Takes me back to same place. Cant access any bill details. Used to be simple Face ID. I dont want 6 emails each time I try to login. Esp when not work

    Avoid @O2 & @virginmedia Full of Abusive Discriminating managers who have no thought or care for anyone but themselves absolutely ridiculous both companies still exist should be shut down We endorse Discrimination against Disabled people in 2025 they should be called
