@O2 hey O2. Partner got scammed for a phone using his name and details with you guys. He phoned you immediately and you said your fraud department would look into it and respond in 10 working days. Been more than that and he has now been charged. Any help?

@O2 absolutely useless network I tell you. Trying to pay my device plan off and cause your agents ain't based in office they can't take payment. It's bad enough having to faff around getting through to someone with your automated machine but this as well is a joke.

The is very cathartic after 25 years with @O2 I’ve left for @VodafoneGroup the o2 customer care and support is utterly woeful. And having given them so many chances I’ve had enough, so over to you vodaphone can you step up

Hey @O2 pls help. One page on your website says pre-paid data sims don’t work in an iPad Air Cellular. Elsewhere on the site it doesn’t say this and offers them. Please can you confirm if it does work or not in it? I always used to use that kind of O2 sim in my old iPad Pro.

@O2 The problem is the recycle, which is a 3rd party. O2 needs to take ownership of this problem. The practice of opening up a phone & providing no evidence of Screenburn, only say so is not practice of a reputable company. There's multiple posts on various forums about this.@GBNEWS
