@O2 miss selling between you and 02 1 week later and you still havent cancelled the contract that was mis sold. I have emails saying it has been but your staff confirm it hasnt. Let me cancel this and ill cancel my other one too

My parents, stuck in Florida have had no power, water, internet & only patchy phone service. I've sorted lots out for them this week and have had to phone my mum to tell her where to go for water and supplies. @O2 have just msgd her saying it's £2 per minute to RECEIVE calls. UMM

@connordoner @O2 I have just been on the phone to O2. They have told me that message should not be there. I have been out of the area where the mast is working and still no service.

@O2 can’t make or receive calls in E3 because of mast maintenance. Customer service says this will be ongoing until the 14th. Surely that can’t be right??
