    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 how can I not get any service in two major places in the south east. London Bridge and bluewater! Less than 4g in both places is shocking

    @1stSimona @O2 Agree since merger it’s awful all of it signal app the lot. We are also with virgin for tv and broadband and that’s awful too

    @O2 GET IT sorted now. Within two hours! Five days this has gone on for and your bull **** generic crap doesn’t cut it anymore. Will be taking this further and seriously reporting u as a company! Now get it sorted

    @willyepp @O2 @O2 have become arguably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They messed up am order for me, then still took the money from my account. Nearly a week ago, amd still haven't been refunded.
