@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 trying desperately to report some form of fraud, for a cancelled account. Going round in circles. Had everything from being cut off, transferred to 4 depts, transferred to recorded msg and everything in between. Your service is appalling and I'm no further along

@O2 Sorry but this not a good response. We’re now told to wait another 7 days for an update. Not all calls can be made through WiFi. Or received, not all companies accept wifi calls to landlines. The updates are poor.

@O2 You sent me a message to tell me I use less than half my data allowance a month then recommend I change my tariff to a more expensive one. That’s not nice either! Doesn’t make me feel like a valued customer being offered a better deal - merely a cash cow.
