@O2 and have since spoke with virgin media, as most o2 staff do not know anything at all about their services, products, settings, etc.. just to get the help needed, to look at settings, see that the esim had been blocked by o2, and then transferred....

@O2 should be ashamed at the way you treat loyal customers! 1 hour waits and no on line agents!!! Disgusting service …..

@O2 @o2 The final insult!! After 45 minutes contending with 4 different customer service agents who thanked me for my patience and assured me they were here to help me, they ended the online chat (presumably because it’s 8pm). I guess that’s what happens when you outsource this.

Hey, @O2 - four days now and still no full service restored - how many days of exposing your lousy "service" will it be before you deal with this? Do you want THIS to go to the Ombudsman as well? RESTORE MY SERVICE! 🤬

Hey @O2 I have a new iPhone 14 and new data plan but am using an older 4G sim I’ve had since 2017. Your 5G FAQs state that a new 5G sim is needed to connect to your 5G network, but I’m seeing the 5G icon with this existing sim. Does this mean I don’t need to swap to a 5G sim?

@O2 Why do you feel it is ok to install an esim for a disabled person with mobility issues then deactivate it the next day with no warning or help?
