@O2 then cut her phone off, saying she hadn’t paid. Mother-in-law can prove otherwise but they insist they won’t lift the phone bar until they have traced the ‘missing’ payment themselves. Offering absolutely no service to someone who is still grieving (2/3)

@O2 I’ve tried to use my priority app for the two drinks but it was not working at all for me and other then when it did work it said voucher used when I had not used it or got to screen where code is

@O2 you really have lost it with your 3rd party provisioning. First of all with poor @O2Recycle customer service, then with complete lack of systems coherence between #o2insure and your customer service staff. Rude and unhelpful too. One #unhappy #daughter
