@O2 new customer here, been trying to swap from physical sim to eSIM all week but your chat team haven’t been able to do it, I’ve now been cut off when speaking to an advisor 3 times tonight and had a call intercepted when discussing personal details which I thinks a data breach

@O2 You must of predicted that demand would be very high. Yet your website crashed, very funny that. I personally believe it was all a publicity scam. I wasted over a day trying to get tickets. My contract is up for renewal next month I will definitely be moving to another network.

@lisajaneloves @O2 Exactly what I say ,can't run a network and give people what they pay for, let alone try and sell tickets for huge events .Sort it out o2 ,supply decent network coverage and let tickets be sold out through the big boys ,not the wannabes

@O2 Hi I tried from the moment the Peter Kay tickets went live as advertised in priority system. The system clearly crashed and only allowed me in a few minutes ago 30 hours later and guess what I still can’t book tickets. O2 priority experience so bad what a waste of time.
