Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

Interesting customer retention policy from @o2. Rang about the price rise and they offered me a more expensive plan with more data (don't even use what I currently have). Cancelled both Sims after that. #o2priceincrease

If you’re going to dump a completely unreasonable 17% price increase on your customers, at least have the decency to deal with the aftermath @O2. Call has been dropped on me 3 times so far because your staff can’t be bothered. Absolute **** show (excuse my French).

I have been trying to get a PAC code from o2 for about 2 weeks now. Their webchat team simply refused to give it. The website/account page does not work and is broken and as I have more than one number on the account I am unable to text. @O2 @Ofcom @TheFCA

@MsABooKay @O2 Urgh yes - I came back to o2 last year and have found the data speeds in particular really poor. There’s a patch in the middle of Bristol where I never get any connection at all. I’ll also be leaving as soon as the contract is up.

@O2 Passed to 3 different people , non would let me pay of the £18.43 I owe. Not capable of putting me through to the correct department?How on earth would customers ever go with or stay with you with this sort of awful customer service ? Probably now the worst I’ve ever had

@O2 you keep cutting me off 5 times so far. my bill has gone up again on a sim i dont use because @virginmedia told me i had to take it out with my package. I just want to know how long I have left so i can cancel it.

Customers using the data packages in their bundles which @O2 sold them are being told that the investment required to support the growing demand the our network of them using said previously paid for data, means their bills are going up nearly 20%. Utterly disingenuous.
