    Oh @O2 in Plymouth you offer the prospect of a service. I see the little 5G symbol pop up on my phone. Yet once again you won’t even let me make a call. I can only live with the dream of searching internet on my phone sometime in this decade.

    @O2 Yes, you’ve been saying for the past six months that your network can get busy in the area and to use Wi-Fi instead. But if it’s only possible to use the phone on Wi-Fi what’s the point in paying for a cellular service?

    @Grahamfire67 @O2 Thanks Graham, good point well made, will try to remember that, and stick with the old phone that I'm only upgrading because it's a couple years old and the battery doesn't last as long as it used to. First World problems eh?

    Hi @SoundCloud - Any reason why I cannot use your app using 4G in the UK on @O2 ? Network error message. I have an account. Just reinstalled, no effect. Password hasn’t changed. Not much point in the app if I can’t use it!

    Hi @O2 - I’m not getting any 4G anywhere within the Plymouth PL1 postcode area. I’ve tried turning the phone on and off and despite what your website tells me, there is no 4G signal. (Using wi-fi at present)...

    One thing I won’t miss about living in St. Ives is the extremely poor phone signal from @O2 hopefully when i move I’ll be able to make and receive calls without an issue.

    @O2 do you compensate people who have network signal issues/no signal when maintenance is being carried out in the area? As this is the situation I'm in atm and it isn't ideal.
