    Oh @O2 in Plymouth you offer the prospect of a service. I see the little 5G symbol pop up on my phone. Yet once again you won’t even let me make a call. I can only live with the dream of searching internet on my phone sometime in this decade.

    Hi @O2 - I’m not getting any 4G anywhere within the Plymouth PL1 postcode area. I’ve tried turning the phone on and off and despite what your website tells me, there is no 4G signal. (Using wi-fi at present)...

    @O2 Yes, you’ve been saying for the past six months that your network can get busy in the area and to use Wi-Fi instead. But if it’s only possible to use the phone on Wi-Fi what’s the point in paying for a cellular service?

    Hi @SoundCloud - Any reason why I cannot use your app using 4G in the UK on @O2 ? Network error message. I have an account. Just reinstalled, no effect. Password hasn’t changed. Not much point in the app if I can’t use it!

    Wors service ever! 12mths into contract @o2 X2 handsets x3 SIMS numerous Network resets Multiple settings changed on the device and no data no signal, can't make calls (I sound like a robot) Complaints team have not replied within 7 working days of my complaint. Appalling!!!

    @O2 I joined O2 on the 24th January 2023 as part of a @virginmedia bundle, after 3 months of enormous hassle, countless phone calls to O2 customer service my Volt benefits are still NOT ACTIVE! Until this fiasco is sorted, no further O2 bills will be paid. #CustomerServiceFail

    @O2 my husband @twmpalmer has a mobile phone account and eSim for his Apple Watch with you. Both of these accounts have been completely disabled, customer services ask him to go to the O2 shop the O2 shop ask him to call customer services. Neither can resolve, please help!

    @O2 Yes. I was told over the phone to call 202 back when I try to use WiFi Extra in the future because they could not find what the issue was, so hopefully in a few days I should know where the problem comes from...
