    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    Been waiting since last Saturday for @O2 to fix the mast... so basically paid for data for no reason 🙃

    @O2 Hubbie received a red letter from you having moved to a new provider. He spoke to you directly & you said you take the final payment by DD. I know you won’t discuss it with me, but we’re disgusted with the way you treat your now ex-customers. Doesn’t make him want to return!

    @O2 got scammed today and had 4 apples watches put on my account. they are being delivered tomorrow!! OK, I feel stupid and responsible for being for it but what I want to know is how they got all my o2 details....sounds like you have been hacked. GDPR data breach anyone!

    @O2 hello. You’re coverage is **** and not fit for purpose. I’m paying sixty quid a month for scratchy coverage at best. I am now looking carefully through my contract and also at English Law. Because I am pretty sure that I can get out of this **** contract for nothing

    @O2 HU7 data speeds are terrible. No Wi-Fi so having to rely on my phone for data. Signal says 5G yet I’m getting 2.9 Mbps at the most

    @o2 Lycamobile is a o2 mvno, get a signal, sky mobile is also a o2 mvno, no signal, why is this?
