    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

    @O2 Have tried and tried been with o2 for 15 years so I understand sometimes upgrades etc happen but it's Consistent lately my kids are with sky mobile that piggy bank of o2 and have way better signal than me

    @O2 I was a recently a victim of fraud when one of my accounts was upgraded without my consent. You are refusing to reapply any discounts I had on my account prior to the fraudulent activity and will not honour my original tariff. Disgraceful service a towards a loyal customer.
