    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    I honestly can't think of a reason other than opportunistic profiteering from UK based mobile operators. As @O2 @virginmedia has shown, it is a choice rather than a necessity. Compared to other countries mobile charges, we are overcharged in the UK. This adds to that. Poor!

    @virginmedia @O2 For the love of God, pls sort it out! No internet and no phone signal this morning to use as a Hotspot for work. Your own site isn't even working to show there's problems and had to find out via @downdetector - Really unacceptable! 😡

    .@O2 are terrible at dealing with fraud. They say it'll be investigated within 30 working days. I'm well past that but the only thing I've received from them is threatening letters demanding payment after someone used my details to take a contract out with them.

    @O2 is your support just a joke? 4 calls today, line went dead 3 times after explaining everything. 4th time suddenly my account password is wrong despite using it 3 times already. Bet it would work if I wasn’t going to complaints
