    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @JimBoardman @virginmedia @O2 So after spending hours on VMs WhatsApp chats I’ve been offered a deal that is more expensive than new customers. It’s not much more but as a matter of principle I’ve given notice to terminate my service at the end of my contract.

    @O2 terrible service on live chat, they ignore what you say and then to resolve an app problem ask for so many details! Expecting them to ask my blood type and time of birth next!

    @roberte46763910 @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
