    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 been since 9am yesterday to log in to o2 priority but keep getting errors. What is going on? You knew you were putting Peter Kay tickets up on sale surely you could have put the right technical support in place. No benefit to being an O2 customer if you can’t log in

    @O2 I downloaded Priority specifically for Peter Kay tickets. Yesterday the app crashed, today they're no longer available. Wasted far too much time trying with your pointless app. 😤😥 Never again!
