Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

So @VodafoneUK also believe loyalty is one way - from the customer only! After more than ten years with them I am not privy to the same upgrade benefits as to someone who has a more valued handset than me! Oh well time to join @O2 who have looked after other family members!

@O2 Spent over an hour on phone as got sent to wrong department. Not sure the agent is going to sort as I have not received an email yet confirming. Would have expected more help. Will ring again when finished work.

@O2 I now have to resort to this. Social media post to get your attention! I pay £40 a month for no signal and no internet!! During a pandemic where contact to the outside world is imperative. Countless complaints and calls and messages to only be told when you renew go elsewhere

@O2 I applied for an upgrade deal with mobilephonesdirect, they informed me that O2 rejected the application and your customer service team told me that it was due to the credit search. My credit score is above avg, I was not given any further detail. What else should I expect??
