    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    @RoFo123456 @WR01234 @O2 Yeah I’ve cancelled my contract to go with o2 and now it’ll run out before phone comes. AND my order is stuck on reviewing and has been for a week!! Can’t call them as don’t have a phone number yet from them, the bot agent can’t help and makes me go to app and I can’t get app yet

    @o2 who are you employing?? Just spoke to Sam at your call centre who advised this was his first time looking at the case so couldn’t help. Couldnt put me through to a his manager Luke. Couldn’t put me through to cancelations as they had gone home. No manager can phone tomorrow?

    Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

    @O2 Don't understand how I can be any clearer. I CAN'T USE MOBILE INTERNET WHEN NOT IN MY HOUSE USING WIFI. WHY AM I PAYING FULL PRICE EACH MONTH WHEN I CAN'T USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOUR NETWORK IS AWFUL AND GETTING WORSE?

    @o2 spend half hour on phone & cheeky **** puts the phone down. Got a good mind to take it into the shop and chuck the useless piece of **** at the 1st person I see! DO NOT GO WITH O2 3 WEEKS WITHOUT SIGNAL AND THEU DO NOT GIVE A **** MISSED AN OPERATION BECAUSE of them!
