    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Hi @O2 - I have made 10 phone calls to your useless support team. No one knows what they are doing. You have ****** up a port from 3 into O2. No one seems to be able to help. David was useless today. When can I speak to someone that knows how to fix your **** up??
