@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 leave me stranded without a phone abroad as they set up the o2 travel wrong and they put the phone down the first time and the second time just change it not taking into account I’ve struggled for the past week!! Guess that’s what you get being a loyal customer these days
