    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    @O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

    @O2 We’ll not really no. How does that help after 3 months? If you had told me I wouldn’t be able to get a 4G signal at home within the first 14 days of me joining then clearly I would of cancelled within those 14 days. So if you never fix it, I just have to accept it for 18 months?

    @O2 Well as I’m not actually receiving the service I’m paying for, I think I should be allowed to leave without paying the remaining contract. At the very least I should not have to pay anything until it’s sorted. No?

    @O2 Hi O2. I registered my flight with smartdelay a few days ago, now at the airport with a 2 hour delay and I’ve received nothing from them regarding lounge access. I’ve emailed their customer service but received nothing back.

    @O2 Yeh, something went wrong when I used PayPal and the order was never confirmed. Now when I try to use the code it tells me it's already been redeemed. 😥
