Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@O2 I’ve spoken to 02 this morning as it’s still not working #day3, I’ve asked for a replacement sim to see if that helps but. You really need to get the phone masks working

@O2 I have issue with O2 account logging in. Says account locked, contact support. Contacted support 4 times over the period of more than a month, summarised the issue from start every single time. No resolution yet! Really frustrating!!!!

Typical @o2 get a message asking how satisfied was I with service call received. Stating messages were FREE to answer. Go to send message and it states I will be charged. Maybe time to move.

@O2 there is no worse company or worse customer service than O2. My son simply cannot find a way of stopping letters saying he owes money. He even went to the shop last week, she simply phoned CS and put him on phone in shop. Utterly dreadful. He wants out but can’t, DIABOLICAL

I have been with @O2 for 20 years . Never considered any other network till now. What has happened im literally always without signal. People cant call me as the lines bad or cuts off and enough is enough now.
