Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

@O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

@Diddydoesit @O2 I have a brilliant package with o2, covers all countries (not that we really go abroad) it’s just annoying that mast takes over a month to fix!

@O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

@O2 just phoned up to take an insurance out on my new iPad Pro been told wrong information so phoned up to get some advice your staff are rude and do not listen. They also did not let me get a word in Edgeways. Not happy when I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years! 😡

I’m just outside Peterborough with barely any phone signal & the internet is on 3G…it’s exactly the same around derby city centre too. @O2 this really needs sorting because it’s just not good enough. 3G was always fine before the introduction of 4G & now I can’t use internet.
