@O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

10 weeks away from the office and the @o2 phone reception is still ******* terrible. Internet barely won’t work on 4g and just about loads on 3G 😩😩 I’ve been taking home wifi for granted

@O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

@O2 I can’t get 4g indoors, some days barely 3G. I have to reset the network settings 2-3 each week. I’ve been with @o2 a long time but I’m considering moving elsewhere once this contract ends

@O2 No point in sending a PM as this is just so it looks like O2 is listening when in reality you are not. £1,500 ex VAT to alter a contract. O2 the company that does not support small businesses will be changing providers to @vmbusiness

@O2 Hiya, I think my o2 pay as you go sim has been deactivated as it’s saying no service? I use it as a back up number so it’s been a while since I’ve used it but don’t understand why it’s not working anymore?

So @O2 4G network has become so congested lately that I’m finding I have signal but no throughput, it’s become so bad that disabling 4G and sticking to 3G is actually better.
