    @O2 Ok thanks. Both my wife and I have mobiles on the o2 network and we cannot make calls at the moment. We both have full signal. I expect it's only a temporary issue.

    @O2 is it true that if I upgrade my phone and have it delivered online and I have a problem I can't then take it to a brick and mortar store to be sorted I need to mail it back? I heard this in a store today.
