    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

    No one could make chaos more chaotic than @O2 - who seem to have literally no concept whatsoever of customer service online, in the store or on the ‘phone. Wasting hours for the simplest addition of a line. Only wish @Verizon was in the UK to provide some real competition.

    @O2 @JMitchell1284 I’ve had the same problem since the 29th and customer service couldn’t be less helpful - apparently they have no idea when I will get signal again and people have promised to phone my boyfriend with an update then haven’t followed through. It’s not acceptable at all!

    @virginmedia I’ve been in the phone or almost 2 hours.. all I’ve had is.. we can help but you need a new hub for £60 per month or do you need a new SIM card? Are you with @O2 ?? 2 hours and it’s sell sell sell and no solution.. appalling

    @O2 number should have ported from Vodafone. Still not working, old SIM has stopped, customer services just say it’s in progress. Have turned phone on and off several times, still no joy! Frustrated #o2 #poorcustomerservice
