@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@o2 3 days without service, constant sim swaps later, constantly being told it’ll be 24 hours, 3 days or 5 days before it’s fixed. Nothing gets fixed and you continue to charge me for a service I’m not receiving. Time for the @financialombuds
