    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    @Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

    @O2 The following site cell ID 1990790 LTE Band 20 is off air. The site has been going in and out of service since Friday 4th Feb. The 4G router attaches to the network obtains an IP address, then disconnects. Same with the mobile phone. Location M281yr. Shared Site Voda.

    @O2 nightmare situation for me. Please help. Turned power on then off and asked to provide my sim code number. Was not accepted then received voicemail to reset my code. Repowered and it still won’t accept with 1 try left. Stuck now. #O2
