    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @Diddydoesit @O2 I have a brilliant package with o2, covers all countries (not that we really go abroad) it’s just annoying that mast takes over a month to fix!

    @O2 hello, I need a new sim. My old phone is broken; I bought a new iphone 11 and need a different sim card. Your website offers three ways of requesting one but they all require use of the (broken) phone. I can't use an app, receive a verification code or call. Help please!
