    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    @O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @O2 I need some help. Tried to take out an additional line on my account but when I tried it said that I have reached the maximum number of paym accounts. I only have the one account with one line. Customer services didn’t help. They weren’t sure.

    @O2 Your rep, Bilal in Leeds, just hung up on me in the middle of my call after I rang to complain about the rep I spoke to prior to him who also hung up on me rather than answer questions about this messed up @virginmedia & @o2 joint venture. Simply stunning customer service.

    Absolutely disgusted with @O2 . Completely unhelpful and I am really gutted that instead if walking out with my eagerly awaited s22 I am instead leaving with a canceled contract. Terrible customer experience. #disapointed
