@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

@O2 I terminated the call. If your advisors are unable to answer a basic question, it might be a good idea if they don't tell the customer blatant lies and put them through 20 minutes of inane waffle. O2, useless.

Messaged @O2 about a complaint. O2 messaged back, "Due to limitations we are unable to support further conversations via twitter" "Contact us on alternative channels" then gives me a link. Click on the link - it sends me to O2's twitter account! How convenient for O2.

Can’t wait for my @ThreeUK contracts to come to an end. The service has gotten so bad there is never signal anywhere despite both phones showing good signal, 4G or 5G nothing works. On the other hand, the contracts I have for my son and daughter on @O2 always has decent reliable signal which we have to hotspot off due to the terrible service from Three.

Absolutely ridiculous that a now 36 day old phone can completely die, @o2 won't help as outside the initial 14 days and @SamsungUK will only help once an appointment has been made - absolutely no help available in store without the appointment #poorcustomerservice

@O2 That link is useless. Don't want to buy a phone. After 20 + years as a customer, I'm switching to @SkyUK who has offered me a deal. With advances in technology I simply cannot believe that a sim swap is that difficult.
