@O2 I'm a new customer, had a problem with a PAC code not being sent by @MPD_Online the online chat refused to do anything about it or accept my complaint! And then the online chat just hung up on me! Rude and insulting wish I never went with 02 or MPD

If anyones looking to go with @O2 network.. DONT!!!! They are absolutely ****, 4g/5g is shocking, slow and hardly ever works! At the football its impossible to get 4g and it takes about 10 times to send a text! Now im stuck with them for 2 years 😡

@O2 put my new sim in my phone and I’m now snookered can’t get support because new and old sim add doesn’t work… Online chat isn’t working…. Great first experience this is…. I swapped my number from old company… and the new SIM card won’t work what ever I do, not activated?
