    @O2 Your 5G signal in Nottingham City Centre is absolutely abysmal and has been for a long time. When are you going to do something about it? It’s a joke I’m paying what I am for such poor service. It’s become virtually impossible to use my iPhone reliably. Truly awful.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Now imagine i call up, and pretend to be you, so I can get your e-sim swapped to my device, so when I find your login details on a password leak list for a site, I get your 2FA token sent to my device upon login, and you blame O2 for having **** security.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 When it was BT / cellnet it was great and since sold out have been crap. Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. Took a year and still not done **** it goodbye

    It's scary how **** mobile coverage is in the UK. My Internet is down and using 5G is comparable to dial up. Sort it out @O2

    How poor is your service my O2 app Been trying to upgrade for over a week all I get is an error message tried going through 202 that was about as useless as your app One more attempt failed in going to EE truly peed off with it now @O2

    @O2 It’s not a great look when your customer service representative questions my honesty. I’m very pleased that I no longer have to deal with them.
