    Last message from @O2 was March 27th with still no call back, still no resolution and still MORE problems arising. What the hell is going on? Can't upgrade or can't get a new subscription as pending problems from O2 still blocking me from doing so.

    @O2 Your 5G does not work around Waverley station EVER, and I know it’s not my phone as everyone I know that’s on your network says the same, it’s like some sort of black hole.

    Dear @O2, I think the Ombudsman needs to have a chat with you about your quality of service in comparison to your ever increasing charges. I’m horrified that I have to stay with you until next year! Worst service ever. No signal, ever. Utter disgrace.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @darkclown @O2 It was dreadful down at the seafront today at Hove today. We found the same..calls were not connecting & texts took ages. Had to give up with @BrightonMarathn app.. missed seeing our son at several points

    @O2 Tried to top up via 4444 but it's failed twice. Shows pending transaction in banking app so it's not a funding issue
