    @_Greazemoden @O2 Looool I moved from Three to O2 about 10 years ago. Recently the network has been on some joke ting. I thought O2 was the best outta all of dem. KMT

    @O2 please can you sort out the signal on the @MiddlebrookRLP Retail part. It’s always been bad. You’re the only network that has a shop on there now and it’s ironic you can’t use your O2 phone when shopping on there. So frustrating 🙄 Even Peter Kay joked about it in his show!

    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    @BillCockaCha @O2 I am experiencing the same issues. I don't know why @O2 have to constantly ask separate individuals what they are experiencing when multiple people are experiencing the same problem !
