@O2 when you can get a signal at home or at work so you have no use your work EE phone to hotspot to tweet your network provider 😡😡. Been weeks now. £30odd pound a month not be able to use a phone is very expensive

@O2 My phone has been stolen whilst abroad. I'm unable to contact O2 by telephone. I've informed the police locally. What am I now supposed to do as when accessing My O2 online, I am unable to speak with a human being. You accept my money for roaming charges. but no CS support

@O2 Hi. It’s been one week since I bought a Pay&Go SIM and I still cannot use it. I’ve spoken to support several times and I was told my issue will be looked in to. This morning I woke up to no service so I cannot even ring them anymore. Can someone here please help?
