@O2 the o2 store in Bath informs me that the reason internet access in the centre of the city is so poor, is due to that 3 masts are awaiting repair/upgrade what is the status of these please. As we are in Bath every week we find it extremely difficult to get any sort of service

@O2 absolutely shocking, 3 weeks of calls dropping and no data when outside on none of the handsets on my contract, its 2022 and cannot get standard signal, not paying for a service thats not being provided

@O2 received 4 calls and a text today telling me I hadn't paid my direct debit and would be charged £3.50 - even though you took my payment and then refunded it. Shocking to penalise customers for your mistake when the customer service agent admitted it was a widespread problem.
