@O2 Yes I have already looked at that, tried to find out more from your customer service team and they had no clue what Volt was and actually read through the entire website while on the phone to me. Was quite comical.

@O2 you’re gonna be mentioned on #RipOffBritain soon if they decide to go ahead with the issue of having a lack of signal, it’s about time that o2 gets badly named as having bad customer service and show how they disrespect some customers who get treated with neglect
