    @O2 been in the phone now 1hour 8 minutes to sort out a problem still can’t get it sorted. Got to be worst customer service I’ve ever had. #trainyouradvisors. Time to change network provider

    So, @o2 and @virginmedia - Holding an account with both of you seemingly entitles you to 'Volt' 'benefits'. However, these elusive 'benefits' are inaccessible. The O2 website refers you to VM and the VM website refers you to O2 in a never ending loop of typical uselessness....
