Now on day six of @o2 and @virginmedia not being able to correct their own mistake. Simply terrible service all around. If you are attracted by the adverts for their Volt benefits...just don't. Shambles of a setup.

@O2 Absoultely terrible service. Being overcharged for a phone number I haven’t used in 1 year. Called your customer service line 3 times and advisors have hung up on me straight away.

@emmajanerose37 @O2 Same for me…just cuts off. Tried doing the 1750 thing, that also cuts off 🙄 Appears to be an issue for many. What do we do about this O2??
