    @O2 Hi. I had a problem getting my old number migrated to my new O2 dim. Eventually, you did the migration for me, but now, when I send a text, it shows the original number instead of my migrated number

    @O2 Went into store and they fixed it within 30 seconds. Again, you insinuating something so simple, is implying I'm an idiot. Tone it down with the sarcy stuff huh? You're not helping at all, just trying to make more money. Won't come to the official Twitter of O2 for help again.

    @O2 so one attempt at delivery from @DHLParcelUK after failing to deliver my product and they say they won’t deliver it again without you asking them to do it?!Worst delivery company I have ever come across!If I can’t get my watch then just cancel it and give me my money back!

    @O2 Another day without signal (no communication with family) because my texts fail too. Tried contacting you, but you consistently lied by saying there nothing wrong with signal. I refuse to pay my contract now; my solicitor is taking over. He said, "02 have voided their contract!"
