    @willyepp @O2 @O2 have become arguably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They messed up am order for me, then still took the money from my account. Nearly a week ago, amd still haven't been refunded.

    @SkyNews @O2 left me without a working phone for 3 months. Each time i phoned they asked the same scripted questions, was no help in store. Got me to send the phone for repair and it came back saying fixed but it wasnt. I cancelled the contract midway and they got balifs onto me. Avoid

    @O2 I've now received an email from you stating that you have disconnected my number as per my request. What request? I didn't request disconnection! Why would I? I've then rung your customer service from my neighbour's phone only to be told it could be 7-10days before resolution
