    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    How on earth can it take 4 hours to do a switch up request via chat support , and then they announce there's a 33.02 activation fee but refuse to provide any proof? @O2

    @O2 I was only there for a day. Signal was so bad I couldn’t when check the status page. Appeared everywhere I went (near the promenade/football club) in Blackpool wouldn’t work. Was highly frustrating.

    @O2 I’ve travelled all over the place this year and I’ve just started noticing how frequent it drops off. Motorways, town centres, the whole area around my house. Not something I had issues with before but this year it seems to be getting worse
