@O2 Yeah checker says its working fine but it's clearly not. Neither have signal at work in Walsall, always drops out in little Aston, and Sutton coldfield, thankfully have WiFi at home there but yeah all the time it drops out. And now it's worse

Been badly let down by @O2 customer services refusing to honour an agreement made yesterday where the contract wasn't properly completed at their end. Wasted so much of my time. 30 years a customer and so what.

Hi @O2 after awful service the last fortnight, I now have zero service. I can't even call you to discuss and noone can get through to me when I'm away from wifi. What can you do please?
