@O2 Hi, my number ported over from EE on Monday but today I noticed text messages fail to send and in settings > phone > my number it shows the number that the O2 SIM originally came with, it doesn’t set when I try change it. In the myo2 app the number shown there is fine.

@nicurro @O2 Virgin have teamed up with o2 now so I’ve really noticed the difference virgin don’t get me wrong have other issues but I really identify the difference…I was with o2 from the age of 16 till maybe 6/7 years ago and the service back then was amazing and coverage now terrible

@O2 not a great start to being with O2. First you couldnt port my number as planed by today and now I ave to wait till the 19th......then when I ring the number given to get some help...the other party has hangs up on me twice!

@virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 How can you advertise ANY internet service when frankly yours is awful? Constantly runs slow or goes down. Ive literally upgraded only a week ago because i was told you was putting the bill up. For what? Charging me more to have NO internet. At least provide what you offer......
