@O2 no network on my phone for 4 days now. No calls, no texts no data just throwing credits on the account. I highly doubt there is an issue with a mast in my area as I have checked nearly every postcode in the UK same problem. At least tell us what the real issue is OR and eta?

@O2 Nope it’s terrible, not helped that I moved over from ee. Gave you benefit of doubt due to mast issues, but no resolutions or timescales, most of the time phone unusable and im now outside the 14 day period - I can’t assess the service properly until it’s actually working.

@O2 is there a problem with the network at the moment? I can’t send text messages with out putting my phone on airplane mode then on again. Making calls sounds like I’m calling abroad! Help please
