    @O2 For the third consecutive week, your data service in the IG8 area has dropped off after an upgrade to "unlimited" / spending literally £100s on top ups last month. Last week it was down for days, then "fixed" for about 3 days & gone again. Do you think this is a good service?

    @O2 got to give credit where it is due was thinking of leaving due to non existing signal at saltfleet (Ln117rz) but since you have put the mast up in the New Inn Caravan Park back field the signal has been exceptional, I can work uninterrupted from my van again so big thank you.

    Do you know what would be really nice? If @O2 actually had a decent signal. I pay for a tonne of data so I can hotspot at work and I can’t even send an email!

    @O2 just spent 20 minutes on hold to customer service and finally had my call answered and when I explained the problem the guy hung up on me?!!!!
