    @O2 Doesn't let me DM you but keep getting every so often over last few days no service it comes back later on but it happened again this morning whilst I was out and I was trying I access a return label on my phone for a parcel I was returning to someone

    @o2 why has your app got so terrible. Apple Pay now times out and does not work, the save card option does not save the card. Why fix something that wasn’t broken?

    Congratulations to @O2 you have the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve clicked a link in my email at least 25 times. Unfortunately I’m unable to pay my bill. I refuse to spent anymore time on this.

    @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 So do I! I'll be leaving O2 once my contract is up. Too expensive and my phone is useless most of the time because of the lack of signal.
