@O2 terrible customer service when trying to upgrade package. 2 hours!! on webchat with an insulting and rude employee. No competitive offers on the table. Not even for a long term customer. Very disappointed.

Tried to move family to @O2 but could only setup 3 of required 4 accounts so had to cancel 3 accounts as no use if can’t all move over to same network 😢

@O2 how is it that after 4 years your support staff still cannot help with a name change issue. My name was changed 4 years ago and whilst my billing was changed instantly. But on my myo2 account my name hasnt ever changed. When i call I get told there is no issue on their end.
