    @O2 are your servers having issues? My partners phone is on o2 and is constantly just over the last hour been cut off and on mobile data, texts and calls. It feels going and coming back. Many have reported this on downdetector today. Give us an update...

    @O2 I can’t believe I have spent over 2 hours in the last 3 days to customer service team to sort out my airtime plan for my new watch which was cancelled by an advisor by accident on Tuesday. Still no answers and still no airtime plan for my watch. Customer service is rubbish.

    The service I've received from @O2 absolutely disgusting trying to sort an issue and speaking to someone it was very difficult to understand which makes it more frustrating one that talk too fast with a heavy accent.

    @O2 over an hour on your dumb chat and the agent still hasnt got me through security. Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?

    @O2 after multiple phone calls to customer services to advise i had been receiving emails and texts stating I owed money when I dont a restriction has been placed on phone and they cant lift the restriction for upto 7 days. @O2 I wouldnt recommend you to anyone these days
