@O2 Hi I recently ported my number to to you from Sky. Since doing so I no longer receive 2 step verification txts for ebay. I have spoken to them and they can't see any issues there end. Can you check to see if the OTP platform ported over correctly please. Thank you

@O2 I have made 2 complaints you where meant to remove my amazon subscription that your advisor added to my account without my consent in Feb and refund me. But instead you have put a complete closure on my account from 06/07/25 and no one knows how to fix this. #poorservice

@O2 I’ve spent all weekend trying to make an order with you, twice and on both occasions an order confirmation and contract was sent out however the orders were for some reason could not be completed. I passed all their checks and even took £1 from my account. Terrible service

@dshensmith @ThreeUK - I’ve been considering leaving @O2 due to their continually declining network coverage in towns and cities, so looking for an alternative. However what you’ve been doing here is a massive red flag, so you’re off my list for sure.
