    @SooozeKerr @O2 Yes, it's probably a scam thinking about it. Sorry @O2! I put the phone down straight away. I couldn't really understand her Indian accent and it was in a loud call centre. I am fine with who I'm with and couldn't be bothered and was annoyed so said "have a good day, goodbye".

    Thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for great network after years of lies and blaming me and saying network upgrades from @O2 my network been far better under 3uk gone from £36 per month to £8,78 and get a lot more from Three 20+ years i gave o2 never again...

    @MartinSLewis I need your help. We switched from @O2 for MSE @lebara deal and hit with £400 bills. I'm worried that and I jumped on the deal without checking terms but o2 didn't flag at cancellation. Would never have switched if I knew. I can't afford this cost so close to Xmas

    @O2 Never again would I use your online switch up service. Old iPhone sent back two weeks ago, no confirmation from your switch up team that the device has been checked & cleared and now I find another months charge on my bill. Your call centre staff useless since joining Virgin!
