@O2 are offering me to upgrade my phone and clear off my outstanding device plan but if I want to go to sim only I have to pay the outstanding balance. Yet I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Bit harsh

@O2 If I had access to Wi-Fi I wouldn’t need o2 that’s a very poor reply by o2 I pay for 4G if your coverage is this rubbish maybe you should start to refund customers
