@clarkjames79 @O2 Just spoke to CS and you need go to settings mobile network, sim, preferred network type then turn off the 5g line and restart phone. He said it's linked to 5g whilst they fix the issue so just follow those steps. Worked for me. If not call CS as maybe something he did his end.

Imagine @O2 stealing ******* money off me while I’ve been living in Canada SINCE JUNE. What a joke! If they actually put me through for once I’d be ok but I get “conversation resolved by o2” EVERY DAMN TIME. Dm me NOW to resolve this!!!!!

Signal is so inconsistent with @O2 never works where I work. Even when it shows 4G I cannot get things to load. Worst decision I have ever made was upgrading with O2, between not giving me my discount at the start of the contract and other issues. Total nightmare

@O2 it’s quite the joke that the masts have been down for days at this point, don’t you think? How can you expect anyone to receive important calls (drs, for example) or call for help if they get stranded without reception? What are you doing to solve these problems?

@O2 can’t even fix the mast in my area and it’s nearly been 1 whole month. I’m so baffled as to what’s going on. I’m told an engineer is “likely” to be on the case and I know that’s some bullsh*t. Absolutely shambolic service!

@O2 Absolutely disgusted with your customer service. Apparently mast is down in Basingstoke and they don't know when it will be up and running. I have hardly any phone signal and have been advised to switch phone to 2g!! It's been like it for over a month!!!
