@virginmedia Doesn’t matter ! You still have the most appalling customer service . After 10 years as a customer - I can’t believe I spent 5hrs between online chat and on the phone to resolve a simple issue . Volt responsibility is clearly a ping pong ball between you and @O2 So disappoint

@O2 promised 3-5 working days to replace my phone. Over 3 weeks later and nothing. Raise a complaint and that takes 8 weeks. What’s the actual point?
