    @O2 I, like many other O2 customers are angry. Might as well call it O2 non priority. Maybe we should all cancel our network provider and go with one of O2s competitors. They might do something about their app then, especially as they allow touts to buy in bulk to screw the fans

    @O2 still cant get priority to work app logins in then crashes and says to login again wont do anything more. 2 days now come on sort it out

    @Poppy90D10 @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Well if you're going and not reselling the tickets I don't have a problem and enjoy the show. Its just I found way too many tickets on the resale site indicating lots of people just wanting to make a quick buck Considering the tickets don't officially go on sale until Saturday

    @O2 new customer here, been trying to swap from physical sim to eSIM all week but your chat team haven’t been able to do it, I’ve now been cut off when speaking to an advisor 3 times tonight and had a call intercepted when discussing personal details which I thinks a data breach
