@O2 You have locked my sons phone when he moved to Vodafone, the unlatch code supplied was incorrect and now he can't use his phone. I have spoken to several people on 202 but all the say is I will escalate the issue and call back. I hear nothing. Been going on since end of February

@O2 big shoutout to o2 for ripping down the mast near my home, not telling anyone, leaving people to suffer while they "talk to local authorities" and still expect people to pay full price for a service they are not currently providing

@O2 Twice, and you sent it again yesterday. Customer services not onthe ball at all. No urgency and not really concerned. Pity you dont give numbers for head office so i can talk to someone that can get things done, all hiding behind the workers
