  @jmellling1895 @O2 @davehpayne That's very interesting. I have had problems for months with the O2 app, periodically not letting me log in. Won't let me upgrade my tariff. When I tried to submit a complaint it failed Call centre suggesting I was the problem. I'm leaving them now. I have had enough.

  @mattsprake @O2 @EE I also left 02 after 15 years and went to EE even on full signal phone hardly ever worked. EE far better with more 5G

  Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡

  @SteveJoyce14 @O2 Generally there are issues with signal when there are large crowds of people gathering so close to each other I take it as a given that that's the case with music festivals, sports grounds etc so don't expect it when I'm in/around them
