    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    Last message from @O2 was March 27th with still no call back, still no resolution and still MORE problems arising. What the hell is going on? Can't upgrade or can't get a new subscription as pending problems from O2 still blocking me from doing so.

    @O2 how the hell can I wait 8 weeks for my money back, £490 for a sim I don’t even have . Complaint logged, it’s been over 8 weeks, no resolution, told by o2 to contact ombudsman but they don’t even deal with you. Get it sorted FFS
