    @O2 I am being threatened with debt collection letters for an account I tried to cancel in august to be told it had not been actioned. I then called in October and had the same conversation. The number is no longer in use and hasn’t been since September.

    @O2 Is there any particular reason why I can't get an internet connection in the capital city of England, it's a constant issue, if you can't provide a decent 5g service then you shouldn't be billing me for it, I'd be happy to drop back to 4g, but that doesn't work either.

    @bluegaschris @O2 I really do hope watch dog get involved. If @o2 dedicated as much time to the customer service department as they do writing piss taking tweets they might encourage happy customers. Ripping us off and laughing about it all at our expense

    @O2 Thanks for cutting me off with no notice whatsoever,leaving me without a signal or number. This was after your member of staff ordered me a new SIM card and adjusted a "setting" on my account. Not happy and seeking compensation for the trouble and inconvenience
