People should know… if you transfer your number to @O2 then you better leave it there for the length of your contract or moving it will terminate it. Service in Nottingham so awful it makes little odds but they act like the #mafia never knew this would be allowed in 2022.

@idlewildgirl @O2 Yeah same! We’ve had people come over recently saying “oh you don’t get any signal here so you” but we’ve literally never had a problem before this summer. We used to use phone data for everything.

😡Sat 24th 2022 15:53 @o2 I've been driven mad today by o2's useless AI THAT CAN'T UNDERSTAND A CLEAR 'YES or NO' IN ENGLISH on a good microphone. Question: What is the Email address for customer service/complaints? As I can find no way to bypass this AI virus o2 is employing.

@O2 Was having problems with the O2 priority website this lunchtime. Could not activate the offers using the Samsung browser, did finally manage to get the offer code with Chrome. Very slow through both. Kept getting "there is a problem" error message.
