    @O2 hii! If I’m transferring my number and I requested that when I got my sim only, is there anything else I need to do other than put my SIM card in and wait? The PAC code has been already entered when I bought my sim only. Just never done it before, so all new!

    @O2 Yes. Since we first visited the house when it was just some bricks. My husband and a few of my neighbours have the same issue

    @O2 why is your signal getting worse. It’s been like it for months. I am using an iPhone 12 but indoor and outdoor is absolutely shocking. This was not the case 6ths ago but now is getting to a stage where I look at another provider as soon as my contract is up.

    @O2 My old number has made out of service by O2 for the last 4 days and every time ring customer care service and says it takes 24 hours. Please restore my number

    @O2 this isn’t good enough. I can’t get a useable signal to make calls in the daytime in my own flat in Manchester. I’ve just had to walk to a nearby local park and hang around waiting to receive an important call back. Cause the one bar signal I can get in my flat doesn’t allow

    @MartinWildlife I was thinking of changing for a better signal but I will stick with @O2 - only please do something about the coverage in rural north Wiltshire. It is poor immediately you leave any of the town's. I appreciate the signal booster in my house but outside it's v. poor.

    @O2 WN4 0SB-WN4 0YU mast any chance of actually fixing this issue now its been ongoing since Feb and the signal is absolutely terrible through the day

    @O2 I wanted my old number to be migrated into new number but still not completed. My old number has been out of service for the last 90 hours and I made around 15 calls since Monday and I was told wait 24-48 hours every time and managers can’t speak directly
