@O2 I think you deliberately pretend you don't get it. I think OFCOM should investigate this widespread mispractice by o2 and take action. You have stopped people getting access to finance by stealth. That is wrong and you should want to fix it not brush it under the carpet!

Hey @SkyHelpTeam. I have sky broadband, it generally works fine, but the Twitter app and WhatsApp aren’t working if I’m connected to my WiFi (works fine via @O2 4g or wifi anywhere else). My wife has same problem. Help? It’s been like this for days!

@O2 mobile phone companies are quite use to blocking mobile phone numbers on pay monthly if the bill is not paid HOWEVER in this case i'm simply asking who can cancel a number on pay as you go so its no longer activate

@O2 @Ofcom it appears o2 are jumping on my tweet to you as I conclude they are scared of what you might find when you look at this issue. It was clear I was talking generally about this issue not just my partner's complaint. Such corporate misdirection shows investigation is needed!
