    @O2 I'm an existing o2 customer, I have just tried to order a basic product from you 3 times online and then over the phone - which took 2 calls and 40 mins. I had to cancel the order as you were unable to complete the sale on 4 occasions. Absolute awful experience

    @O2 @Propermister89 Hi. When I call your support number I am redirected to top up my account. There are no options to get help with activating a new SIM card. Plus the system does not recognize main debit card number, so I cannot top up the account either. The phone number 202 didn't work Help

    The UK phone company @O2 doesn't properly validate email addresses and sends customer info to other random people if they sign up with the wrong email. Contacted them twice and they haven't stopped sending me all this customer's personal information.

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance
