    @VMO2News hi. I'm a virgin customer and have recently joined @O2 I was supposed to get double data but that hasn't happened. I was also supposed to get amazon prime with @AmazonUK free for 6 months but I am being charged for it. What is the best way to sort this? Cheers.

    @O2 No response on this. I was able to activate call forwarding yesterday but not cancel it - "unexpected response from network". I accepted to activate Volt just before I set up the call forwarding - has some change process started on my account that's messed with the settings?

    @O2 it is completely unacceptable that we are without network since Monday and it has now been suggested that it will not be resolved until 23rd Dec. The fact that there has been no official warning or explanation from you is a disgrace.

    @O2 can you help me please? I placed an order on 8/12/21 & it hasn’t been processed! I have been chasing it since Tue & ur advisors keep fobbing me off. I’m still waiting for a callback today at 10am? This is a Xmas present and so far your customer services have been appalling!

    @O2 is there any reason why on o2 priority can't get the Disney plus offer? Everytime I click on the link it says not available. Also when you go to chat to a customer advisor they are always busy and to try again later

    @O2 After a week the phone arrived but without warning now the offer has gone - so I’m stuck with one phone when I need two - with a company whose customer service is non existent and no one wants to help and get me a second phone on the same deal!
