    @O2 Nothing else currently, the sim swap issue was caused by myself over using the esim code forgetting I’d scanned it many times before on my android and apple. I’m hoping maybe one day we can download the esim profile as backup with unlimited count of installs on individual device.

    @O2 Everywhere even when I get full 4G ( which is rare ) the speeds are terrible 4mb and under

    @O2 Yes, I’ve done that. Local mast down. Third or fourth time you’ve lost me money in as many months. I’ve been with various iterations of what became O2 for nearly 30 years and you’ve NEVER been this bad.

    If theirs a worse network than @O2 I’m yet to see it. Can’t even call them up to speak to an actual person and they no longer do the live chat. Absolutely pathetic.

    @O2 You make it as hard as possible to get through to a real human, even the automated advice cuts you off? I have had no signal when I'm at my home due to a signal fault, since early Feb, which I've been assured by text, is being resolved...no improvement since 17th Feb?!
