    @O2 I need to escalate a complaint re. a member of staff who refuses to to 1) process my upgrade and 2) who has just terminated my call. Who can I talk to? Your staff say it’s not possible to talk to a manager.

    @o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

    @O2 Terrible service. Experienced issues porting my number for nearly 3 weeks, during which I haven't been able to use my 02 SIM. The team have no idea how to resolve. I want to cancel but am outside the 14 day period, so will incur your cancellation fee! Please can you resolve??
