    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live in Huddersfield and im on Lebara ,more than happy with my service for £6 a month. Why has it taken you 15 years to wake up and smell the coffee.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I am with O2, I work in Huddersfield, signal generally ok. O2 customer service is however very bad.

    Hi @O2 Please can you provide an email address to make a complaint to? I've tried using the online form and it keeps saying there is a technical error and to try later. I suspect there is a character limit, but this isn't confirmed on the page. Thank you

    @O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
