@O2 how do I make a complaint? I’ve tried via your customer service number but no one seems interested in returning my call. Your representative promised my situation would get looked into but now I feel ignored. I’m currently on the phone to O2 - 1 hour later I’m still on hold

@O2 Your customer service is shockingly bad. Trying to get an issue resolved over live chat and the rep's are clueless and don't listen to what you tell them. And only advice they can give is to visit an O2 store, which is hardly good advice given the current Omicron wave.
