  @O2 why is it so difficult to add an international bolt on with you? O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I’ve required this service a few times for business and each time it’s a headache

  @O2 just experienced the worst customer service ever. On the phone to O2 for an hour and a half about a broken phone, after being put through to three or four equally clueless people, having to give my details each time, we are told to phone Apple. I have full insurance

  New scam to watch for with @O2 ring call centre with an issue. They add a new line to your account to fix an issue. Basically churning the customer for a new sale. And taking off advisors stats and earning themselves a bonus O2 stop call centre making sales. Please

  @O2 Hi. Thank you for your response. I will message again but have already messaged multiple times this week. I really do not appreciate a complaint handler implying I was dishonest yesterday. That has really upset me. I will message with more information.
