@o2 my contract ends with you this month but out of interest is there any vague hope of the B76 postcode having any signal at all in the near future after 2 months being in a dead zone?

@RevRichardColes @O2 The standard IT / Help Desk response: "Have you tried switching it off, counting to 10 and switching it on again? “

  • mm0jxi John Innes (@mm0jxi) reported

@RevRichardColes @O2 Real technical support will first ask 'is it switched on?' We occasionally would get sent to a fault only to find the building in darkness, someone would report the phones faulty in the middle of a power cut

  • Kilmardinny63 KC14 (@Kilmardinny63) reported

@RevRichardColes @O2 It may not be such a good idea. Just spent a good few hours talking to humans at BT. They all have conflicting advice and cannot give you a price for the service you want to order. I have given up

  • TeslaReferralU1 TeslaReferralUK (@TeslaReferralU1) reported

Warning to any potential @O2 customers looking to sign up on the basis of their coverage map indicating good signal where you live. If it turns out that you don’t get a good signal after all, O2 response is pretty much “tough”. Drop-out in most calls. :-(
