  Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

  @puncharama @MartinSLewis @O2 O2 asked me to direct message them which i did only for them to say they couldn't help and had to ring. I’ve now switched to talk mobile this morning.

  @DelBoy80s @EnglandRugby @O2 And he makes poor decisions in defence. Ultimately we will never agree on this but I suspect you wouldn't have an issue if he played for any other team.
