    @O2 tried to add an Apple Watch to my contract and it gets to the review and then when I press submit says there’s an error and to call 202 but they can’t do anything? Is the website down?

    @O2 To be honest, if you can that will be more infuriating. As a customer why would you make me chase a better deal over different platforms. Anyway I want a pixel 5, I can buy one and get a sim deal with 12gb of data and it works out £771.80 over 2 years. Can you match or do better?

    @johnthejack Yes, we do! No chance of relying on mobile here. 😢🤬 Mobile signal and internet hopeless despite being so close to the City Centre. @O2

    @O2 I'm thinking of joing your network with one of your SIM only deals. But will it support esim. I have galaxy watch and its important this is supported with my phone

    @O2 on phone to your customer services, been on hold for about ten minutes as I asked something really complicated. How to upgrade a data plan. Useless and unhelpful staff

    @CPWTweets @O2 Hi Sam. Thanks for your reply. Could it be the phone is already unlocked? It was bought on contract around 4 years ago, so I assumed it was. I can't check as my contract still with O2, but wanted to send the phone to a relative whose phone has broken.

    Hi @O2 Trying re-set my password. Get a message saying I'll get 2 texts within 60 seconds, the 2nd with a code. 2nd text doesn't arrive within 60 seconds & then when I put the code in, it says it's invalid. Can you help please?

    @O2 But you said an O2 customer can pick whatever specific number they like that can cost £100 + VAT to £1,000 + VAT?

    @O2 thoroughly unimpressed with your o2 recycle service and now understand why you keep it at arms length. Had sent off my old handset. Now just noticed money taken back off my bill without communication or return of handset!
