Feeling pretty neglected and ignored by @O2 I just know they're going to continue to bill me I didn't even open the phone. Returned it immediately. Worst thing is the complete lack of customer service. No explanation, no assistance Feel like I'm just another nuisance 'customer'

@Louby_Louu @O2 They are a terrible disgusting company block them via the bank they did it to me a few hears ago you won't get anywhere with there customer services there so badly trained it's insane
