So, because @O2 and @virginmedia have joined forces and I’m a customer of both, I’ve just activate #Volt. Double amount of mobile data and I’m just waiting for my broadband upgrade. I mean, I could say no because I don’t necessarily need these things but, hey, they offered. 👍🏻

@O2 your customer services is awful. My partner has been waiting for a refund of over £600 after they “accidentally” took it the refund should have been done by 2/11/2021 but no you have just left us stressed with no help
