@O2 All I needed was two PAC codes... Your retention line is only there in working hours The free 8002 number doesn't work Your live chat takes ages txting back and forth which could have been sorted in a few minute's Considering you're a communications company it's awful 😖

So tried @EE sim and oddly no phone signal at train stations or on trains, and burnt through 300mb of data in under an hour, compared to @O2 I have signal on trains once I get away from crowds but nothing at the football. Pity can’t combine the 2…

So @O2 offered me a great deal for my fiancée, as we're both loyal customers. Agreed to go ahead, then they said "Oh sorry you've been moved to a new system so the price is £11 a month more." What the hell is this? Horrendous customer service.
