    @O2 guys I'm trying to pay my bill and I'm in an endless loop of texts and a automated answer service that only offers more texts. How have you made it so hard to pay? The link to verify my emails happened 5 times this morning. Can't access the O2 app for the same reason

    @daviddunninguk @O2 O2 has gone from one of the best to the worst in this area and North Yorkshire. I have been with them for 15 years and I think it’s come to the point to change. Quite often full 5G signal but won’t access the internet. You ring up to tell them and they say nothings reported 😴

    The absolutely useless @O2 network went down at about 9.30 am today and has only returned spasmodically. How a network can be off then on and a minute later be off again is beyond me. This has been its capability all day. My advice never ever sign up to O2 for your phone network.

    @O2 is the number +441138684226 an official O2 customer services number. It is trying to call me but I am abroad and O2 are charging me to talk to me due to International Charges. I'm not sure what to do.

    @O2 I ordered a phone upgrade yesterday which DPD attempted to deliver today. It seems YOU should have sent me a pin number to quote but nothing received here by email or on old phone. I tried to call you for help but instead I am going around in circles with your AI idiot. HELP!

    @O2 I need help! I now live abroad and I need to cancel my monthly airtime payments now that my contract has ended! I cannot fine anywhere to do this on the my o2 page 😢😢
