    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    Losong my @JustEatUK order because @O2 is down so can't phone the restaurant or receive calls so I'm losing both the food and the money 🙃

    @O2 why can’t I get through to customer services? Very irritating! I try messaging in the support section of the app, it doesn’t work as ‘no one is available’, I try calling and only works if you have a huge emergency. Any suggestions?

    @O2 is it mandatory training to tell your long term customers to F@*K off or does that just apply to your customer reps from the North working at home!?? Seriously awful customer service and this will go mainstream! @VodafoneUK any good deals? as this company is disgusting!

    @O2, a company of double standards. Staff expect respect, but don't think they have to show any. Staff verbally abused, and laughed at me, because I have an invisible disability. Cue the copy pasted denials, and 'sorry you feel that way' fob off from O2. Awful company.
