  @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

  @O2 a freeing of mine was sold a phone from your shop in bury a few mths ago but has had problems with it time and time again eventually going bk to o2 in Trafford centre to have it looked at only to find there is no record of this phone anywhere in records . Police investig

  @andycomfort @daviddunninguk @O2 I used stand on a bench in my garden to get a crackly signal. (28yrs ago). Now, my neighbour stands outside my house shouts very loudly all his business details I feel his pain,home WiFi,WiFi calling its the same crappy signal

  @O2 So there is a nationwide problem of poor signal strength then? It’s literally everywhere I’ve been this week from Hastings to London to Edinburgh. It can’t go on. I will be looking at other options this weekend after 35 years with you.

  @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently
