    @O2 got a new Vodafone contract today, will be switching from o2. Worse service ever. Bad service in my house for years and nothing been done. 2nd contract I've had to switch. Glad to see the back of o2.

    @O2 Hi I am just wondering is there any reason that approx. 75% of the time when I try to ring Ireland from the UK I can’t get through as it says - call failed. I can’t find any answers on your website & there is no one to speak too. Can u help? Thanks

    @O2 my friends phone network has completely gone down all day, they can’t call anyone including yourselves. Please suggest what they should do?

    @Joker58669051 @O2 O2 emailed me problem with my mast will be fixed if I am not a basic pay as go customer but take direct debit with them it's outrageous method of payment don't fix mast congested 6 days 24 hours anytime

    Only thing that really annoys me about #ManchesterPride2021 is when you in the village I can never get a signal on my phone! Does anyone else have that same problem being on @O2???

    @O2 worst customer service award goes to Rick in the payments team.... awful human being. Rude, lazy and serious computer says no.... you work in a call centre mate......

    @Joker58669051 @O2 I'm clinical vunerable with serious health issues. O2 just don't care if the phone you paid £344 for or cost top ups they say if you don't debit go elswhere

    @davidjs_uk @O2 Send them a complaint by email keep it when you get deadlock report them to ombudsman. You can email your MP to get them involved and email national and local newspapers. In my case they discriminate me denying voice call because im pay as you go they say go debit they fix it
