    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

    @O2 Also trying to change my surname and your website won't let me upload my marriage certificate, even though it's in jpg. My local store in Romford wouldn't help at all.

    @BillCockaCha @O2 I am experiencing the same issues. I don't know why @O2 have to constantly ask separate individuals what they are experiencing when multiple people are experiencing the same problem !

    @O2 This happens in Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham. My wife has the same problem, having a 6 month old and needing to check/updates things is impossible when out and about with O2. Very unreliable
