  @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

  4/4 bars and 4G.. yet nothing is working.. @o2 you need to absolutely sort your **** out.. i’m paying for **** all clearly.. oh, i’m outside aswell, i’d understand if it was inside but no, fill everything and outside and i’ve got nothing. utterly useless

  @wheat_daddy @agricontract @O2 Go anywhere in the world and the signals on mobiles is never an issue, come back to blighty and you may aswell throw your phone in the nearest skip bin. It's a massive scam where you're obliged to pay a fortune for a service that doesn't work..it's not just 02 it's all of them.

  Hi @O2 Do you know there is a problem with your app & website. You can't make a payment on the site. It keeps kicking you out with an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.

  How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened.   @mattstingray @O2 Don’t worry your bill will go up by £4 in April and they tell you it’s to improve service! Had better signal in 🇧🇬, 🇪🇸, 🇨🇭 and 🇫🇷 off the local providers than I do with one of the main players in 🇬🇧
