    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @O2 not helpful at all offer triple data boost on there official website and when it doesn't work. Ie £10 for 10gb of data should be trippled to 30gb there solution is to pay for 30gb data for 3months so £90 upfront and they will credit £20 a month

    @O2 Seriously, I messaged by DM prior to 1800hrs today, and even notified you on the main timeline I had done it, and guess what, yep @O2 have completely ignored it. Customer service is missing
