@O2 Day 127 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

Signal in the house gets worse…. @o2 please sort your coverage out! And then @virginmedia bb goes down in the afternoon so wfh was fun 🫣
