    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @markevans02 - pretty disappointed as a hopeful customer of @O2 to be denied because I am a member of the #UKArmedForces that live inside a military establishment that is a genuinely registered private addresses its residents. Especially as O2 is a member of #armedforcescovenant

    @O2 Your sales and customer service team are denying my request to become an O2 customer because I live inside a military establishment (registered address for everything) else . Is this #Britisharmy discrimination by O2 Can you assist where your branch & CS team can not?

    @O2 Thanks. I’ve had acc access issues today and I think it’s to do with the fraud case ongoing. Can you please ensure I won’t pay £75 on 5th August as it’s still looks like I will pay it. Several chats with o2 said this will not happen but although promised by o2 nothing in ✍🏻

    @O2 I’ve come to you guys from Three to leave pour customer service. I wish I had stayed! I’ve transferred my number to you and somehow you’ve deactivated my eSIM! And can’t provide me with service for 2 - 3 days. No data, no phone no nothing! Completely unacceptable
