@O2 I did it on Wednesday last week but it didn't work. Called customer services on Friday and they said they'd sort it. I have restarted my phone about 10 times with the new SIM in it.

Been an @O2 customer for almost 20 years and its time to change. Phone signal and Internet always seems to be poor in the places I regularly visit, even though my phone is showing 4/5G. @EE, what deals can you offer a new customer?

@O2 your customer services says data no longer works in the US whilst roaming and you haven’t told your customers?! I have had to outlay £50 on a US sim to be able to use my phone whilst in nyc. Pathetic!

Been with @O2 now for over 15 years and I can’t wait to leave when my contract is up. Terrible service and coverage and overpaying on a poor data plan. Roll on cancellation. #o2
