Why are network providers such as @O2 not doing more to combat the absolutely ridiculous amount of fraud text messages and phone calls going around at the moment? Been going on for months and it’s only getting worse and worse

  • MollClements Molly Clements (@MollClements) reported

@O2 when you say “it’s good to be back” you’re only talking to young consumers right? I have sent a DM regarding the service my 90 year old Grandad received from your Regent Street store in Swindon.

  • MattNewman94 Matt (@MattNewman94) reported

@O2 Done that like with over a half a dozen texts, never seems to stop. New numbers every time 🙃

  • Matt_37082 Matt (@Matt_37082) reported

@O2 why will you not accept ANY of my payment cards for my PAYG sim? I'm down to my last £2, I have tried the app, online, on the phone but no joy. And I can't get through to a human being. Maybe I should just take my custom elsewhere!

  • JOEYSPINOZA1 JOEYSPINOZA (@JOEYSPINOZA1) reported

@O2 You guys are absolute con artists. You have sent me a default notice on a phone that I never received. What's the reaction from customer service? A department is looking into it! Is that before or after you have ruined my credit rating? Absolute bunch of scammers!

  • 1986RFC01 Stuart Bain 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@1986RFC01) reported

@O2 is there issues with 4g at the moment ? Mines hasn’t been working for past couple of days

  • MstanfordMaseyk Madeline Stanford-MAseyk (@MstanfordMaseyk) reported

@O2 Feeling very duped by O2, literally set up to fail. I was not aware of the 'fair usage policy' for data and have been charged £67.06. If O2 were a good company, they would text and let you know you were approaching your fair usage data amount of 100gb.

  • suzannebridges Suzanne Bridges (@suzannebridges) reported

@O2 you set up a Direct Debit on the day my bill is due and then cut off the service for two weeks every month claiming you haven't been paid, meaning I'm paying full price for half my tariff.

  • ajmajor Alison (@ajmajor) reported

@O2 No never! Would love to
