    Losong my @JustEatUK order because @O2 is down so can't phone the restaurant or receive calls so I'm losing both the food and the money 🙃

    @O2 It’s random. It will be working fine then suddenly will cut out, even though there’s full 4G, and I have to restart my phone. Does tethering to devices that aren’t mobiles like iPads violate the fair use policy?

    I’d like to thank @O2 for taking my money and not even ship my phone more than a week later, leaving it still unshipped, and then outright lie to me on multiple occasions by saying the credit check will be done tomorrow, and then never inform me again.

    @O2 When you allow a 4-year (phone+SIM) Contract Customer to switch to another network, keeping their number, you issue a PAC Code. But should you, also, automatically issue a PUK Code to unlock the contract phone in order to accept the new SIM? On this occasion, you haven't!
