As if the last 12-18 months of horrendous reception with @O2 hasn’t been bad enough, they now can’t even provide a phone that I’m paying extra for…🤬

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... But then you queried the amount of state support going to Channel 4, when in fact they're self-financing. Truth, eh? Not a standard which you bother with much...

@O2 hey team. I paid £168.48 as an "other charge" for my bill from O2 due to overseas calls I made. This was last night. I don't want to pay another £168.48 now that the option to pay the fee properly has shown up - can we get my bill cleared so I can have service?

@O2 new customer here registered via Virgin and I can't get into my O2 account. Stuck in the dreaded "your o2 account isn't activated" and "your details don't match our records" loop. 2 calls, an escalation and no further progressed. Help would be appreciated!

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 So we get to keep what we already had on two networks? If this is a win, I absolutely fail to comprehend what planet the government's collective brains are operating on.

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Is that the best you have got after 5 years of toil? A failed economy, bankrupt farmers, fisherfolk, an NHS set up to fail, a workforce unable to pay its bills, & a huge shortage of key workers in essential services. You must be so proud.
