Oh @O2 you really are the worst phone network out there for customer service, had an issue for 7 weeks and still not resolved and been passed about to so many different people I've lost count of what I've been told

There’s little to no guidance online and there are no bloody options for a simple “request pac code” on My O2 once I’ve chosen the number I want to move. Is it “swap your sim”. WTF does this option do? Where is “request PAC”, why make it so hard? @O2 Fix up

@O2 Net zero is not enough. It's like being an Oil Tanker with a hole in the side, "we'll stop the leak in 2025" but what about the oil leaked until then, what of the oil already in the sea. Net Zero is commiting to not making the problem worse by x date. What about after?

@O2 I’m planning to cut my own throat and thereby reducing CO2. Do I win anything? Also turning down my heating so I die of hypothermia and encouraging the elderly to do the same. Use wind energy but only on the day when the wind blows? Did I win anything yet? Sail to America?
