    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

    @O2 The complaint wasn't really related to my account, it was related to the behaviour of your agent in your chat service, which was predatory and full of lies. The entire transcript accompanied the complaint, and was sent from the email attached to my account.

    @o2 why has your app got so terrible. Apple Pay now times out and does not work, the save card option does not save the card. Why fix something that wasn’t broken?

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 After they inc their prices by more than they stipulated in their contract last year both me and my partner left. C£15 cheaper each pcm, comparable data, can use abroad, better signal!! IDMobile

    @O2 my account was locked for unknown reasons 2 months ago. 6 calls and 6 promises to sort later it is still locked. You have the worst customer services of any company I’ve dealt with
