@xxxsammiexxxxx @O2 I never had any problem for Birmingham got straight though within a minute on album presale and booked 2 tickets quick first successful album presale I had previously failed with album presale and said it not worth it as you lose out with it @xxxsammiexxxxx

@virginmedia @O2 The issue was you sold a product that had a hidden /ambiguous mobile contract attached. I looked at the contract and it is very poor. No opt in. Then months of harrasment and hours of calls. Not good

@Kezza_147 @O2 They do this with everyone. I bought esim 4 weeks ago, still have no access to online accounts. They asked me to visit their store to get active, at this day and age Now even the network is not good and they aren’t helping Switch to some other network. They are not very helpful.
