@DayLafai @O2 @Apple You can leave. I did as they admitted fault. They have gone down hill massively. Get a sim free contract with Vodafone. I did and got unlimited texts and mins plus 20gb data for £8 a month.

@charliefrake @O2 I’ve already left o2 a few weeks ago after being with them since it was BTcellnet 21 years ago. Their signal has gone down hill and they couldn’t care less. They admitted fault and stated that there was nothing they could do to fix it. They just don’t care anymore.

@O2 Nope. You're missing the point. You're own system says there's a problem with the mast. I get text alerts telling me you're working hard to fix it. After more than 2 months it's not fixed. What happens now?

@charliefrake @O2 make that 3. Been with them for years but now not having any signal for weeks makes me just want to go withj a better provider who has decent customer support and actually doest lie about their signal issues and pretending masts are being worked on.
