    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @O2 you need to sort your service out. The service I’ve had of late has been embarrassing and I’m seriously considering switching provider. Can’t even make or receive calls or connect to apps like WhatsApp this morning.

    @O2 @JamiesRailTrips I originally got switch up when you could change it whenever you wanted. Then it changed to every 90 days now every 11 months. I'm gonna leave them because other than switch up, O2 have nothing going for them. **** reception and even worse customer service.

    Anyone know how to get in contact with @O2 these days? Contract is up and want to go to a sim only deal but Google, o2 app, ChatGPT an even o2s own ai assistant cannot help. Every number I’ve found says not in use when I call.

    @O2 why can’t I speak to someone English when I’m trying to talk to O2 it’s Indian calling centres and they have no manners I want to talk about too much money coming out of my account but they don’t want to hear me smh appalling service
