    @O2 I’m in Austria at the moment and roaming is switched on and I full signal, but cannot access any internet or get WhatsApps, etc. This is the same story every time I go to Europe. I thought it might be the phone, but my brand new iPhone still results in no roaming. Please help

    What the hell is going on with @o2 4G network It’s dropping out every few minutes and the immediately comes back again. It’s happening ever 10 minutes or worse. Can we have a stable network? I’m paying for it.

    @O2 Hello. I'm bringin my no. from Three to o2. The shop started the PAC move and told me it would be completed by now. When I text 'active' to 2020, it replies to old phone saying you're busy. I'm trying to trade-in my old phone, so on a deadline to return. Any help please?

    @O2 Day 118 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 is your online payment system not working? Yesterday made three payments on device plans all have left bank but are not showing. Account payment information on o2 says overdue???
