    Absolutely unbelievable customer service @O2, I’m shocked. I was told several things were to be done but was not completed. Ended up being overcharged £100+ for things that I was promised it won’t. I was then accused of LYING to another customer agent. Full story below soon.

    @O2 please can you say if there is a problem with the network. As I'm not only one suffering with lack use of phone even if we have 3 bars etc still not able to call text or use data. I'm fed up of it since you joined with virgin this is happening regularly.

    @JamieGlackin1 @O2 You are much cheaper just buying phones. If the initial outlay is an issue just buy renewed last year’s models for a fraction of the cost of contract phones.
