    @O2 Could really do with speaking to someone to sort out why I can’t receive verification codes since moving from EE. Seems you’ve known about this issue for months but haven’t done anything about it! May need to end my contract as I’m still in the 14 days cool off period.

    @O2 why have you disconnected my phone for the last 2 days? All I did was ask for a 5g enabled sim!!! I doubled checked doing this was not going to be an issue! I have missed 2 vital postnatal calls because of your incompetence!

    @M_R_Hoffman @O2 Awful, today was the last straw. 2 weeks of incompetence. The app doesn't work. The website doesn't work. False advertisement. The store doesn't know what a rolling plan is. Stay away and save yourself some time and frustration.

    FFS @O2 . My number I am porting in has been dead since Monday. I keep being told it will port by the end of the day. Your support chat ignored me since 17:15 yesterday. Great first experience.

    It’s impossible to contact @O2. Chasing them for our discount to be applied and never heard back. Tried to contact then on all options but they’re always ‘too busy’. Awful service.

    @O2 Moving to you guys has been the worst decision ever! Appalling customer service! Been over a week and pay monthly sim still not working! Number still not ported over! Call centres hang up on you!! I can’t use my phone as old network now stopped!!😡😡 #o2 #awful
