@O2 Any indication how long we need to wait to hear anything from the fraud team? We’ve had times between 24 hours to 30 days from customer services which is obviously not good enough when we’re paying for a service. We’ve already been waiting five days…

@O2 This is my third time travelling abroad in recent months and I still have no access to the network and have to rely on Wifi. I have also been paying every month for the privilege… can find no reason why it’s not working

@O2 I’ve just got a new contract on O2 and have done the number swap service online but my old number still hasn’t ported. No one in your support team answers the phone so I’m this close to just cancelling the contract.
