@O2 been 36 hours without an active sim now due to another failure on your part. I have a 10 week old baby and need an active sim in case of emergencies. As a result, I havent left the house in 2 days. Your customer service is shocking and your incompetence is embarrassing.

@O2 Day 88 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 I like the team. If the team selectors are going to insist on Farrell then they can’t really have Smith too, their partnership has never really worked. I really like Smith as a player and I think he’s the future there but looks like he’ll have to wait for Farrell to retire!
