    Hi @O2 can you tell me how to sort out Volt please?I’ve tried on the o2 app but have very little phone reception in my house and currently my Virgin broadband isn’t working. Both accounts are at the same address so I’d like some of the benefits please (signal and wifi preferably)

    @O2 Why? So you can tell me that there are no issues. To what end? I've followed every means of recourse I can and i got nowhere. The only thing I can do now is move and it's a shame because you are one of the few retailers that carry my prefeed phone brand (@sonyxperia ).

    @O2 been without any form of signal for over 12 hours now and when you go onto your service checker it says a mast is down. Is there an ETA on when this will be resolved? L40 area
