    @O2 can someone from your fraud department get in touch with me please. I've phoned your customer service team seven times now who have confirmed fraudulent activity resulting in a large sum of money going out of my account. The fraud team have not once got in touch with me!!!

    Genuinely @O2 must be stupidest network to exist. You call to tell them your phone is lost, and in the same breath they say they can only verify your identity via the phone that is lost.

    @O2 after being with you for 10 years I have been scammed by your team. Your people promised me the deal just to sign me up for another sim and never update the profile. Never experienced anything like that before. Scam!

    @O2 I am absolutely not going to go and find a Facebook profile that may or may not be o2! I barely feel safe discussing on x, but this is yet another limitation to add on top of the face you can’t contact o2 overnight when you have an urgent urgent problem that only they can fix!
