    @O2 never buy from this company. My personal details were stolen and used to make 2 purchases. The company doesn't use security checks. When I kept receiving letters for money I contacted O2 a total of 7 times. I have been lied to, promised ring backs. Still nothing resolved!

    @O2 Ah! Found it. Sorry. I think my issue was around European travel. Does my contract cover it or not. I thought it di, but I got a text inviting me to pay more for a service I already had. Thanks

    @O2 so after over 20 years with Vodafone i am switching to O2, better customer service today, better tariff and no fee for NHS discount 👏🏻. Loyalty means nothing in this country.

    @O2 On occasion, yez. But it's the priority app that has issues 90% of the time. Signal is sketchy when using mobile data for anything but 9/10 they load, eventually. Priority nearly never works
