    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @O2 AVOID @O2 at all costs!!! They have no clue what they are doing and tell lies!! Sending me bills and trying to take thousands of pounds from my bank for 3 iphone 13s that I never had!! Hours of phone calls to them dif excuse from each person, refuse to let me speak to manager 😡

    @JamieGlackin1 @O2 You are much cheaper just buying phones. If the initial outlay is an issue just buy renewed last year’s models for a fraction of the cost of contract phones.

    Please @O2 I have full 4 bars of 4g signal and the connection is proper frigging **** in Crewe. I don’t want to be in Crewe, I have no choice this week. What’s going on? It’s worse than dial up.

    @o2 disgusting behavior not helping my mother with her account. Countless calls and ignored emails. She has to look after my dad with dementia as well as the stress dealing with your chronic customer service

    @O2 I’ve received a default notice for a mobile phone I have never had. Tried repeatedly to contact you and every option cuts me off. spoke to someone 5 days ago who said they’d ring me back in 5 minutes, I’m still waiting! Another chaser. How difficult is it to talk to you!
