@O2 just went To go into a coffee Nero in Altrincham, staff were inside so shop looked open, pressed the app but went to the front door and it was closed temporarily. No I have lost use of the free coffee. Can you help with him please

Me: Hey @O2, my main (4-years-old) SIM card seems to be unable to roam to Italy, while my wife's and spare 2-years-old SIMs worked fine. Can I get a replacement? O2: You should have called when you were experiencing the problem for us to troubleshoot the problem!

@O2 Spent over an hour with 3 agents regarding unable to use myo2 you have my email incorrect, someone out a - after .com and nobody amongst the 3 agents were any use, please remove the dash after the .com not receiving emails because of this! Really poor service

@o2 Please sort your issues in the #Swindon area out. Have had my SIM replaced as having issues with mobile data - it’s clearly not the SIM as I’m still having issues. Seems like I’m going to have to waste my lunch break tomorrow to go into store and get it fixed… 😩
