@O2 just upgraded phone when started up-new phone it kicked him out of his old phone and now he can’t use either as he needs to get on old phone to get text to swap the sim we can’t call customer service as his new phone is enabled for calls yet and can’t use old phone:

@O2 It might be nice to have an actual signal for more than two days in a row. I have had a signal for an average one week out of four for the last three months. I switched to 02 because the Vodafone signal was so bad in my area.

@O2 nearly 2 1/2 hours on the phone tonight and a minor issue of adding a watch to my new mobile plan isn't sorted (after going to store) ... Its frustrating for me but must be massively embarrassing for you guys... with Vodafone it was easy, 10 mins on the phone and sorted....
