Hard to believe in this day and age, someone in London can download a film in seconds, Kevin Bacon can shave someone and land a plane over a network according to there advert. And yet I have to go for a drive to receive a text message. @O2 How can you charge someone for this?!

Just the daily reminder that @O2 delivers appalling service and treats customers with utter contempt.

@O2 So it's only the broadband I want to change. The O2 Shop guy told me that as a VM customer I need to talk to them, while Virgin Media told they don't do 5G broadband. This is most bizarre example of a partnership when I am already a customer of both but can't get an answer.

@O2 keeps getting emails that a balance is due but in fact he is due money from o2. None of these agents are understanding what is happening & wants it to be resolved ASAP & issue a complaint due to this mess via the Ombundsman as it seems like O2 are trying to take his money!

@O2, hi - I want to switch from @virginmedia cable to O2 5G. When I went into an O2 Shop & asked about offers, they told me as I'm a Virgin Media customer I should ask VM, as the two are linked. They mentioned "Volt", but I can't see how this relates to my situation. Any idea?

I forgot to add, the @o2 advisor who took my first complaint is the same person who repeatedly asked the questions 'are you sure?', 'are you sure?', 'are you sure?'.

@O2 my mobile data has stopped all of a sudden. My o2 app says I have no data services but in my tariff says its 15gb per month. Tried to add a bit on but wouldn't let me and your messaging service is unavailable. What's the best way to contact someone to look into this?

@O2 Once again... my complaint still hasn't been actioned. Who do I need to escalate this to as your complaints team seem to be unable to resolve this?

It's been coming back to me and making me curious, so I thought to post the 'repeatedly' part (I was speaking to the complaints dept): @o2: I spoke to my manager and the only options are to resubmit the complaint or retrain the advisor. Me: resubmit. @o2: Can you confirm ...
