So I get a 5G phone and go all out 5G with @O2 and my internet is slower and I cant get a signal in my own home. Calls drop off everywhere!!!

@O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

@FrancesBeeton So close to @VodafoneUK HQ you would think they would ensure there would be any 4G signal. If it’s an consolation I have to rely on WiFi calling as the @O2 signal is non-existent in the middle of the Thames valley 🤯🤬
