@O2 I now have the problem sorted. 3 calls to customer services on 3 different days to have a bar on my account lifted. Each time the operative I spoke to assured my there were no more bars on my account. A problem that could easily have been solved upon the first call.

@O2 I can't call or text is thus due to o2 being down? I can only WhatsApp when on WiFi, my also just keep ending before it's even rang.
