    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    Losong my @JustEatUK order because @O2 is down so can't phone the restaurant or receive calls so I'm losing both the food and the money 🙃

    @O2 I received some kind of a notification on my iPhone. It may have said it was a service notification or something similar but by the time I unlocked it, it had disappeared. Can you shed any light on this?

    @cherry_ugh @O2 They depend on us just accepting it and not knowing how to deal with them legally. They back down every time. Ps I’m on o2 and the signal sucks

    @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

    Question for @O2 : how can I be on your Ultimate package in central London and still have literally no usable data? The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. I’ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service? As you can see it connected to you do no data traffic? Why?

    @JohnnyFocal @O2 I was in Covent Garden on a Saturday morning. Zero signal, I am with EE which claims to have “England’s best mobile network” - my @ss

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    @O2 signal used to be top tier! Since teaming up with @Virgin it’s probably time to leave. It’s awful!

    @EnglandRugby @O2 What a terrible start. Smith should not be at fullback. He does not tackle like Wilkinson or Farrell did.

    Been a week since I ordered my ‘next day delivery’ upgrade, and nothing- no help from @O2 don’t know why I waste my money!
