    @welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

    @O2 This whole episode has rocked my confidence in @o2. You've treated us appallingly and are still refusing to see it. I'm not a debt risk. You can see that. My usage was understandable, you can also see that. Your process is broken and unacceptably distressing.
