You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

. @O2 hi I lost my phone a few days ago. Was delighted to receive my new SIM card on Christmas Eve however because I don’t have my old SIM card it is impossible to activate it ? Surely you should have an automated service to do this if your staff have all gone home .

Anyone know how I can talk to @o2 without being the customer? My uncle is in hospital recovering from a stroke, he is not in the right state of mind to talk to them about the rising charges on his account but @o2 refuse to talk to me and help him

@O2 bought two tickets for aerosmith sheffield arena. This was over 3 weeks ago, ive not used the site before and im not sure if im supposed to have recieved them by now. Cash taken from my account butnnot even an eticket Please help.
