@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@O2 This is the second week in a row that the Priority app has crashed just as the Odeon tickets become available. Never had this issue before until the ticket scheme was changed about two weeks ago.

@O2 O2 priority @ODEONCinemas reward doesn’t work, keeps saying error, says then same every week, kicks me out of being logged in, @virginmedia customer and it’s telling me my virgin login failed, then it logs in, but the rewards say error!

@O2 been trying to use your priorities app for half an hour but it says there is an issue and you’ve been notified…what’s going on? Selling contracts with the promise of rewards which then don’t exist…false advertising 😢

@O2 Hurrah! It working now but can you guys investigate and tell me what happen. It was working and suddenly stop working and nobody told me about manually selecting Airtel network. Can you investigate and let me know, so I can write a formal complaint to the ombudsman cc O2
