    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    @EE I’ve just transferred to you from @O2 and I’ve never experienced such awful service. Are you always this bad? Currently nobody are answering your phones and your website is down! Shocking @EE

    @Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

    @O2 Like I said I have made a formal complaint 02 directly. They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @O2 We’ve had an absolute shocker with your chat service. A catalogue of mistakes, incompetence and frustration. In shop team and phone line doing their best to unpick it, but still not done.

    @BenInRushcliffe I used o2 switch up the other month. The phone got lost in the post, they tried to charge me £900. Several phone calls and its still on going @O2 customer service is based abroad and it's terrible
