You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

@O2 I have to give DPD 5 working days to look for it and if they can't find it a replacement will be sent. Very disappointing service from DPD and as I leave the country on 29th, it doesn't look like I will have my phone before

Dear @O2: 19 months ago I got a new phone. Instead of giving me 128MB in storage as requested, I got 64MB. I’m paying for more & have now run out of storage. I need to bring in my phone to a London store to sort but your online customer service is an absolute nightmare. #help

@O2 the sales of goods act protects customers who have been sold faulty items or misold products that are not fit the for purpose for which they are sold my phone is just over a month old and Bluetooth doesn't work properly,poor signal and the battery crap #poorcustomerservice
