@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@O2 Over 50 minutes later and the answer I needed took less than 30 seconds to sort out. I’d say 90% + of my experiences talking to you on the phone are bad. EVERY time I speak to someone they struggle to understand basic English. You’re never going to have an easy chat are you!!

Hey @O2 no signal since Tuesday evening (barring 20mins last night weirdly), you’ve acknowledged there is a mast down will there be a refund for the 3 days and counting I’ve had disrupted services - have tried calling but I’ve been disconnected twice after extensive waits
