@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@DHLParcelUK your telephone line is broken - nobody answers and in the automated part that is only place I seem to get to it terminates call midway through entering parcel number - is there any way at all of contacting DHL ? @o2 confirm parcel is arriving today - is it?

@O2 I have been waiting on a refund since 23rd January 2023.Kelly Farrar from your complaints department has said it’s been sent but it has not. She has not responded to my emails. Where is the difficulty? 16 years of custom this is absolutely poor!

@EE Just curious to know are you intending on ripping off customers like @O2 @virginmedia are with unethical, unfair and quite frankly absurd price increases? Looking for a new network as O2 service is garbage yet they feel a 17.3% price increase is fair!

@RoDuSu @O2 This is one of the things that needs to be made illegal. In fixed length contracts, the price should not be able to change. It should be fixed for the length of the contract - that’s why people fix!!!
