@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@O2 slightly dissapointed that I saved the cinema ticket deal codes yesterday as you state to use at a later date. However I've gone to use them and now your saying they've sold out! Does it say no where in the terms and conditions that saving the codes doesn't work!

@jcjojo444 @O2 I’m a patient person but I’m told my issue is being passed to a senior adviser and manager to resolve but I must wait (another) 24 hours. I’ve been calling daily and told to wait yet another 24 hours. I’m now looking to go back to my previous provider. #useless
