    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    @O2 Has anyone noticed the gradual decline in signal since virgin took over? Been with @O2 for ten years and it's worst it's ever been.

    @O2 I am getting very frustrated at the lack of communication about this. The status checker says that "we are making progress, but are not quite there yet" and this hasn't changed since the problem first started. Somebody must know what is going on and what the schedule of work is?

    @O2 why can't you speak to a human on your customer service line??? The IVR just keeps spitting me back out (unless I ask to leave!) Currently in a queue for retention just for them to put me in the Customer Service queue - sort it out!

    Hello @O2 I am getting seriously sick of constant calls from you! I keep asking to be taken off whatever list they’re calling but it doesn’t seem to work! Help me out as I am getting really frustrated and being quite rude to people because it is so annoying! 😡

    @O2 **** Service. I call saying I am looking to purchase the new 13 pro max 1tb in silver as a early upgrade.I advise I want this one as it’s in stock for next day, if it is not then I will not pay £127. Order the phone as it’s in stock. Today, I’m told 1 month wait no stock.
