    Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

    @Plusnet your website isn't indicating any issues but my broadband is dead. Like everyone else, can't get through 2 support & no reply from dm. Can you update your channels urgently 2 advise everyone. My renewed contract started this week & it's been problematic ever since! Help

    @AnnekaKPerry @Plusnet All the time! We have been with them for 2 weeks & barely a day has gone but without problems. They keep saying the speed is fine but the router is not pushing out the wi-fi. Lots of reviews are saying the router is not fit for purpose. I'm going back to Sky!

    @Plusnet not having a good day. Looks like they’re in meltdown. My BB is down along with their systems. Lucky I have a backup in the form of a Vodafone BB, although that’s only just working after 4 months. Telcos, don’t you love ‘em!??

    @Plusnet Hi, all my youview channels have disappeared, leaving just the freeview ones. Isn't this early as I thought the TV service was being removed on 1st November?
