Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

@Plusnet Hi,I recently joined plusnet but I have problems with my broadband, the speed is slow. I should get 45.9 Mbps minimum speed guaranteed but my speed isn't even reaching 30 Mbps.I tried the connections I changed the main socket still the same. Can you help me please. Thank you.

Had to end stream early because my internet is being unbearably bad. @Plusnet @plusnethelp for the love of Christ please give me a solution on how to stop packet loss and ping spikes every two seconds

@Plusnet Morning Adam another few days with problems .system falling out on quite a few occasions twice this morning had a colleague yesterday to help but after the wi-fi speed you fixed is back to around 7.0 download ,if needed please use remote ,Joe
