Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

@Plusnet I hired your Wifi services on the 2 of September. Even though in the website it is advertised you only take up to 7 days to start the service you gave me starting service date the 20 of September. I has just got a message that my service will be delayed.

@Plusnet Haha it is yeah, signal is pretty good upstairs where the router is (need it up there for work) but downstairs it's really poor. Do you offer boosters or anything similar to improve connections throughout the house?
