    Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

    @Plusnet We were on a dreadful 3 Sim Broadband which was a max of 5mb and kept dropping out as we were 4kms from the transmitter. We has a phone line that was never used. We knew that we would not get fast BB but was hoping for a bit more resilience. We are now with Plusnet

    @Plusnet 4 week later after a premise move request for our business, still no internet and now just ignoring all messages sent to them. Appalling customer service, and even more appalling we’re still without internet! #badservice #plusnet

    @mazymixer that's not too bad at all. I have phone and broadband with Plusnet and that is around £50 a month but all calls are free.

    @NOW ....now tv ...providing terrible service for uk broadband. I have just been told that their routers sent out are faulty. Expect big delays at start of service....stay with plusnet

    @NOW terrible broadbabd service . Just been told now routers aren't accepting passwords , so a new router will have to be despatched. Big delay in internet service. Should never have left plusnet. Terrible service

    @kugzyy @Plusnet Tbh it's very unusual. I've been with +net many years and not had any issues until now. But a full dropout of broadband at 1:30am two consecutive nights leads me to believe its issues with the bt network.

    @Plusnet What the hell is going on with your mobile service in Coventry?My wife and 2 kids are stuck 40 miles from home because they have no mobile data and cannot use google maps and is lost and VERY UPSET! I'm beyond angry and I also have hardly any service or data here at home
