  Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

  Dear idiots @Plusnet and also @EE as u both have done it this month, if my payment date is set to 6th of month trying to take payment on the 3rd and then restricting services for your **** up won't magically make my money come in 3 days early, both account show 6th so do it!

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
