    Frustrated by ongoing @Plusnet email issues. Intermittently able to access through webmail but emails will not download to computer. Two days without not good

    Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

    @iucounu @Plusnet Hmmm...interesting. I haven't added anything new recently though. My ReMarkable did update and that's when the issue started...but I can't see why that would have booted everything off - or why an update would even impact the WiFi. It's so frustratingly time consuming

    @Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted

    @YA_Books @iucounu @Plusnet If you turn that off [and that's fully off, not sleeping] and reboot the router, does everything else come back? I know that's not a long term help, but it might give an indication of where the issue is.

    @NOW ....now tv ...providing terrible service for uk broadband. I have just been told that their routers sent out are faulty. Expect big delays at start of service....stay with plusnet

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Only Plusnet have acted professionally and tried to help - they were at no fault and have served us brilliantly for over 20 years. For such a large corporation BT your service is shocking. Please take ownership of the problem and fix this. 4/4

    @FionaGowenlock It's possible the drop was caused while they were working to solve an issue with another property on your street. Openreach do employ additional groups to help with their work and I can confirm that Kellys is one of these groups. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet you sent me an email demanding money for a bill you never sent me. And another email claiming you have been trying to contact me but you haven't. I just called you and the RUDE man on the other end put the phone down on me when I asked to speak to a manager.

    @Plusnet called and messaged you today, our phone lines down and won't be fixed until Friday, even though its a business land line for a hairdressing and beauty salon, I was told it takes atleast 2 days to get an engineer out. Wonder if you'll reimburse for the customer loss.

    @Plusnet Been a customer for nearly 6 years but just left due to the abhorrent customer service!! Broadband connection is terrible, drops out constantly, doesn't work upstairs and despite numerous attempts to sort it out nothing is done! Definitely do not recommend!!!! 😡

    @Plusnet What the hell is going on with your mobile service in Coventry?My wife and 2 kids are stuck 40 miles from home because they have no mobile data and cannot use google maps and is lost and VERY UPSET! I'm beyond angry and I also have hardly any service or data here at home
