Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

@TalkTalk please stop emailing me telling me "there is a better product for you" I signed up a few months ago and the service is frankly worse than plusnet, wifi drops several times an hour.

@Plusnet When will my new SIM card arrive? You’ve already ported my number over and now I’m left with no way of calling your service team. I have DM’ed this account and got an automated reply. To say I’m disappointed is putting it kindly.
