Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

So I have 100% found a vulnerability in the current firmware of this router, but Plusnet support keeps refusing to arrange any contact with their security team (been trying since Weds last week!). Come on @Plusnet, this is kind of urgent and serious - would you rather I give up?

If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

@Gadgetoid @Plusnet Fortunately it is not my model of router but another customer's. They used to be so much better than this, including proactively getting in touch when I found a vuln in another company's router years ago when they realised theirs might have similar firmware (it did).

@plusnet Broadband seems to have stopped working today. Have checked everything, phone line is OK, cycled router and hub, no luck, limited mobile coverage here as well, please help!
