@OpenreachHelp No landline or broadband since last Wednesday. They are with Plusnet. According to BT Help, the fault lies with Openreach.

@MrMattArmstrong VM has terrible customer service - long call waits and little help. I've been a very happy Plusnet customer for years now and I'd never go back to VM.

@MushroomWonders I've not suggested it was anyone's fault. I've advised how you can get a speedy resolution if your parents are vulnerable. The provider has a welfare process to help vulnerable customers. If the services are with PlusNet, you would contact them. 1/2

Plusnet is ******* useless tonight. No matter what I do it won't connect, there's no broadband signal yet they claim there's no issue on the "downchecker" sites. It's obviously down somewhere or it would be working.
