Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

@plusnethelp not your customer cancelled direct debit so you MORONS send me an email telling me to reinstate the direct debit whilst refusing to refund my money ! Don’t have to be thick to work for plusnet but it helps

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!

I don't know why @plusnet broadband has been giving me issues for the past couple of months. It is just impossible and now it has stopped working all together and I can't get hold of anyone form their customer services to help out.

@btsportfootball @Plusnet signed up for BT sport extra on plusnet wifi... linked to my BT account but no activation code and sport not working 25 hours later. Very frustrating... How can I resolve?

@sadaplays @bt_uk They did the same with me! The sticker fell off the box at the post office and for reasons unknown it gets marked as delivered. Might be worth switching. Plusnet do customer service really well.

Judging by the call my retired teacher mother just had with @Plusnet its less ‘good, honest’ broadband from Yorkshire & more ‘angry, rude, patronising’ broadband from Yorkshire Anyone else been on the receiving end of this fabulous shining exemplar of customer service? #PlusNet
