Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

A couple of days ago, my broadband slowed down, I did all the usual maintenance stuff on the router etc & left it a day or so to monitor. No better today so text Plusnet & within 5 minutes the tech had called back, run line checks and contacted Openreach. Brilliant service

. @Plusnet the irony of all this is that I'm trying to LEAVE your terrible service. If you'd just make everything accessible online this could've been done in minutes! Instead it's been an hour of panic attacks and crying, and now waiting <4 hrs for a manager call 😤🙄

. @Plusnet I'd actually love to know what training your teams get re disability because it seems very clear it's not working. It is NEVER ok to ask a customer to reveal their disability/why they need accommodations - that's 101 basic #Ableism

@Plusnet very disappointed with service on day one of my new services with you, via @JohnLewisRetail (Broadband)almost 10pm and still no broadband services. Took hours to get the phone line so why am I still waiting? You’ve had 2 weeks to get this set up! Terrible service!
