Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

@SkyHelpTeam I've had a look,and this is just for recordings. My actually recordings are fine,its the downloads from catch up that are really poor and going back to the start while trying to forward. Would it be an Internet problem with @Plusnet rather than my box.

@Plusnet Hi, I've been having problems with my Plusnet router for the last week. I've rebooted it quite a few times now and the internet is still intermittent. I'm currently working from home so I'm quite keen to get it fixed. Do you have any suggestions?

@Plusnet I have no idea, who you sent it to, but it wasn't me. The last email I had from your company was on the 26th of the 5th in regards to a question that was opened stating the emails were ready to go out but had no time scale. Can you send me a link for an official complaint please
