Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

@Plusnet our devices have full WiFi signal and are attached to the router, but the internet keeps dropping out for no reason for the past week. Generally a router reset seems to make it work again but sometimes it doesn’t come back for an extended amount of time. Hp6 area

@JamesHarkin @peterdaily You get to decide when your 'enough is enough' point if there is documented evidence you've contacted them about poor service they can't charge you a exit fee for breaking contract if you still in one. I would also jump on the Plusnet bandwagon they've been great
