Having a stressful change over of Internet package with @Plusnet Router only arrived in the post 2 hours before the engineer visit, and I’m still being charged line rental despite them terminating my phone service as agreed! Beginning to wish I’d never started this! 😡

@Plusnet The benefit of a DM is only to you. It means no one else gets to read about the circus of a service. The only thing missing this last 24 hours is a clown.

@Plusnet is there an issue with service around Loughborough? Your diagnostic bot is saying that there’s an incident and it won’t be fixed for 24 hours?

Wow, @Plusnet , you're really spoiling us with your 7.2Mbps fibre broadband. It's so much higher than the 6 we had yesterday. Counting down the days until we switch to FTP and decent speeds.

@Plusnet Genuine question. What is the point in having a contract, when line rental and broadband will now increase every March with inflation irrespective of contractual price? Energy companies are taking the mick but at least fixed is fixed - shoddy way to treat customers
