    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @Plusnet we moved into our new home 3 weeks ago and we're still awaiting Internet connection. We've just been informed it will be another TWO weeks!! This is wholly unacceptable. We were recommended you as a provider for excellent customer service. I'm not seeing that whatsoever

    @Plusnet Tip 5 - Read people reviews about Plusnet first. Before you decide to be tortured by them! Guaranteed you will have Internet problems and none stop customer service problems.

    @Plusnet hi. Honest answer please. Has my sped been cut since I notified that I was leaving plusnet? Suspiciously our speed has dropped so slow in the last week that I find it hard to believe not

    @Plusnet 5 days and your tech issue means I still have no mobile network, my number not ported and in limbo because your system says it’s ‘pending’. You say you have no idea when it will be sorted and you can’t even give me a PAC to go elsewhere. Help, plz, this is rubbish.

    @Plusnet Is the issue with porting numbers to plusnet going to be resolved any time soon? The number hasn’t transferred over despite a text last night saying it would. And now I have no data. It’s farcical.
