@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@jacquep @skytv Had Sky for ages. With a very slow BB speed. Complained and they repeatedly said "we'll try to improve, but it's yr old BT copper cable.." still <0.5MB. Spoke with PlusNet ab this and they just said 'rubbish'. Never will buy anything from them ever again.

@Plusnet I can't find a place to register a complaint. My WiFi cuts out nearly everyday for an hour or two in the evening/night (occuring for months). As a paid service, this is unacceptable. Please reimburse me for the service I'm paying for & not receiving

@Plusnet Your wifi is a torture method. Your wifi never ******* works like at all.

@kristianvanders @Plusnet That's fine, most routers are ICMP rate limited. So long as your destination isn't seeing any packet loss, there's no problem to report.

@Plusnet Promised firmware update on router didn't happen. This is now 2 weeks without broadband. Your service is beyond dreadful. I recommend everyone stays away from #plusnet.
