@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet Good morning Plusnet. When we moved you promised us 8-12mbps. We have at most 3mbps. This morning we have no WiFi at all. We both work from home. Yes we've done the normal troubleshooting. No it's still not working. Please fix this or cancel our contract. BA22 8EU.

So disappointed with @Plusnet! For a company that prides itself on customer service I can’t believe that you insist on your customers sitting on hold for upwards of 30 mins to talk to staff and won’t offer a call back or help via the online chat function on your website!
