@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been a customer with three for over 10 years and this has never happened. Been on this contract for 2 years. Done nothing different. So the problem is at your end. I do not appreciate being lied to or blamed. Done worry, I switched to @Plusnet this morning.

@Plusnet hey plusnet, our broadband has been terrible for weeks, supposed to get between 18-21mbs download speeds and we consistently get no more than 13, sometimes less. Impossible to work from home!

@Plusnet trying to get through for last 30 minutes. No Internet again, paying £32 a month for appalling service. Supposed to be working from home but causing big problems.

@Plusnet doesn’t do your customer service review score any good when you threaten to use debt collection agencies on the first payment request letter you send. £22.01 and this after you let your side down with poor internet reliability for 18 months 😞
