@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@whippletom I've had a commercial relationship with PlusNet, which I rate quite highly, that involves them upping the price after a year, me leaving and then, a year later, returning as a 'new customer', for the following 12 months. It's ridiculous. ....of course, they've all now invented

@Plusnet our speed has dropped from 12mb down to 2 mb over the course of a month. You have checked our home and then found a fault in the network, but this has not been resolved! You say this is acceptable but surely you can’t just decrease our speed!
