  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • Micheylou96 Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, England

Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

I can’t believe in this day and age, with cybercrime increasing, that Plusnet do NOT enable its users to forward any SPAM texts that they receive to 7726, the number used by just about EVERY other mobile network provider in the UK! Come on @Plusnet @plusnethelp get this sorted!

  • PBarrett8 P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported

any else have issues with @Plusnet connections after 8pm, after customer services have gone home and then they get back in its all fine again. Is this part of the business model. Combined with making people run about "trouble spotting" at home when the issues are in their network

  • davebluexx Dave (@davebluexx) reported

@JAYNEHAIMES Sorted Plusnet out for me Ma couple of years ago an it’s been sound. No loss of service and fast. Good support lines too

  • MhicMhuirich RozlynMac (@MhicMhuirich) reported

@AnnCleeves @virginmedia Wouldn’t touch BT, they’re just as bad when things aren’t right. Plusnet are pretty hot on customer service.

  • RachaelParkman Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported

It’s an @OpenreachHelp problem apparently. But no one else in our block of flats is affected. ‘It could be anything’ according to @Plusnet .

  • TimMart23440433 Tim Martins (@TimMart23440433) reported

@RachaelParkman @Plusnet There routers are as cheap as chips, I was with Plusnet for 10 years and to be fair their customer service was good in my experience, but first thing I did was change to a Netgear router, now with EE much better speed and they don’t restrict the speed in peak times like Plusnet

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

3 hours 30 minutes (and counting) waiting for a DM response regarding security. Full details of problem submitted. No response. Is your telephone helpline more responsive? @plusnethelp @Plusnet
