@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet This hasn't worked for me. I have two email clients on different devices. Neither are working. Both tell me to sign in and when I try it tells me my password is wrong. I tried to set up a different client. It told me it couldn't connect to the server.

My @plusnet email address isn't working properly... I'm struggling to send a couple of emails on my phone... and noticed some messages coming through late... Thankfully did a search & saw that they are having problems... but not sure what to do with the messages I need to send...

@Plusnet Although I have been receiving emails sent to me today, I have still not received any emails which were sent to me between 08.33 and 19.01 yesterday. I am also still not able to send emails. The problem is not resolved.
