    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @Plusnet Having trouble accessing the member centre having just had my new home phone set up. It loads and then disappears! Very frustrating!

    @Plusnet Well that was a waste of time engineer finally turned up after 3 no shows in a row and after 5 mins he couldn’t work out what was causing the issue so left…..

    @Gingerted1 300mb, I can only dream. We've just had to cancel our service with plusnet because we wasn't getting our guaranteed 38 🙄

    Superb service from Plusnet. After a technical hiccup - partly down to Openreach - which left me without broadband for two weeks, Plusnet have refunded a whole month's charges .....without being asked. What a contrast to my previous account with appalling Virgin. @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Your Internet does not work. Its crap. Keeps dropping after 5 mins. When you have kids self isolating that need Internet for school work and it does not work because stupidly dad moved broadband over to you. Never had this issue with the last provider🤬🤬🤬

    Does anyone else have problems with @Plusnet ? Internet constantly dropping. Wish is never signed up with them. Utter crap.
