So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, don’t set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.
