  • A88yJones Abby Jones (@A88yJones) reported from Cassington, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp we’ve just moved house and STILL no internet despite your promise it would be with us 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but in never ending queue. Making WFH very difficult😡

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • Micheylou96 Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, England

Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HelloFromMarcus Marcus Green (@HelloFromMarcus) reported

@Sarah_racewear @Plusnet Awful, awful, awful sub brand of BT. I fully expect to leave in the next week or so.

  • SeanMcDD Sean McDonald (@SeanMcDD) reported

@Plusnet Two days in and still can't send emails. Very poor customer service but no real surprise at that given the decline over the past year. Plusnet used be dependable but no longer

  • Wynthorpe Wendy Baxter (@Wynthorpe) reported

@plusnet I've signed up for your broadband and now trying to switch my mobile to you, but online form keeps telling me that I'm not a broadband customer of yours, despite inputting correct account details. Any ideas?

  • bromleyj Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

Normally I pick up my Plusnet email using Gmail POP3, and that doesn't seem to be working as smoothly as normal either. But Gmail can send from my Plusnet a/c using SMTP without problem. All very odd.

  • Sarah_racewear Sarah Tyler 💙 (@Sarah_racewear) reported

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet Still? We had months of poor broadband and poor service. They kept investigating, our signal kept dropping out. We moved. Our broadband improved straight away. Despite saying they wouldn't charge us for cancelling early, they threatened us with court proceedings to pay up. 😡

  • Chris59730511 Chris aspi (@Chris59730511) reported

@Plusnet wheres my internet gone??? Terrible service this first dodgy router i had to put up with for month 2 engineers out for a faulty router and now internet just goes off mid film I'll be leaving and want my contract terminating thanks

  • Sarah_racewear Sarah Tyler 💙 (@Sarah_racewear) reported

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet If you're cancelling before the contract ends due to poor service, get it in writing that you won't be charged the early cancellation fee. We only had this verbally and despite saying that they record all conversations, surprisingly couldn't find this one.

  • Liebes_kind . (@Liebes_kind) reported

@VictoriaPeckham @Plusnet But who is better? People are always having problems with Virgin and Sky. I'm in the same boat as you but I don't know where else to go

  • DCharlieUK1 DCharlieJP (@DCharlieUK1) reported

@mcbrit2 @Ofcom @Plusnet I am having to explain to my work why I had issues with Internet access and why I can't log in at all today. I expect my work place won't be happy at 2 days out yet I am told no issues with Internet. It's intermittent - are they switching it on and off again? ;)

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@StephBirdArt Hey Steph, you should now be able to log into your Plusnet email, however there may be a delay when sending and receiving emails. We’re working to fix this as quickly as possible and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you - Liam, Plusnet Sheffield.
