@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@charlotte_sears Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your connection. From testing the line I can see two issues with your connection, the first of which is that the router is using an incorrect password. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet hi can someone please dm me as I've got a billing issue (DD didn't go out as I didn't realise bill was going up and didn't have enough in the bills account). In a bit of a panic that it might go down as a missed payment and stop me getting a mortgage next month!

@Plusnet If I'm not in a fixed term contract does this mean I can cancel my service and look elsewhere then?

  • twigletfan Melody Shieldmaiden (@twigletfan) reported

@Plusnet Hi team, I'm abroad in Serbia & can't make or receive calls on my UK SIM. Texts are received. Wouldn't make calls as too expensive, but. Rang customer service 10 March. Any fix? Previously with 3 advisers never knew needed to change network to get texts. Not fixed calls

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@tearsofpearls Fixed term just means you've agreed to use the service for a set amount of time, which you have done. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • MissMaryCL Mary (@MissMaryCL) reported

Hello @Plusnet - I'm a new customer (not quite connected yet) and I seem to no longer be able to quickly leave a message for you on my account without having to call you. I would appreciate being able to DM so you can pass on a message to customer service to add to my account?
