Plusnet Issues Reports Near Witney, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Witney and nearby locations:

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet I get why the costs rise, but it's a little cheeky to give me a price then put the price up before you've switched the service on. Surely you could have a) Quoted the new price, b) Told me the price would change when I ordered or C) honoured the original price for the 1st year?

  • Seeking_Gnosis_ Neil before Zod #AnimalLivesMatter 🇷🇺 (@Seeking_Gnosis_) reported

@paullyscotland @Plusnet You should have 14 days to cancel

  • ajpickering Amanda 💙 (@ajpickering) reported

@Plusnet I'm a new customer and my broadband should have gone live on the 8th March. I am now without a phone line or broadband and can't work. Can I get an update? This really won't do!

  • lewesian Lewesian (@lewesian) reported

@tigger_tim @Plusnet SIM page says clearly “from March 2024” but chat help told me from the end of this month. I had exactly the same question. “The plan price will be increased on or after 31st March every year from March 2024 by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation + 3.9%” Misleading or…?

  • stieber_oliver Oliver Stieber (@stieber_oliver) reported

@plusnet common carrier and network shaping in the Liverpool area. I can get bbc iplayer but itvhub is practically unwatchable. Are you network shaping and testing out common carrier changes?

  • anonabc987 MD (@anonabc987) reported

Supposed to have @Plusnet install fibre broadband on 20/01/23 with their pals @WeAreOpenreach no one showed. Got the evidence to show it was their mistake and no engineer showed up but still can’t get an appointment before 25/03/23 even though their fault. Excellent service?

  • CW1885 CW1885 (@CW1885) reported

@Plusnet I have private messaged you a couple of times now coz your router isn't working. You've had all day to reply and you ain't. Any chance you can sort out the pony service I pay over the odds for

  • DanielHyde Dan Hyde (@DanielHyde) reported

@Felix_F_Fern Price wise you can't beat plusnet or TalkTalk but if you want customer service go to Zen or AAISP

  • robjo2112 ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reported

@WeAreOpenreach Each time they lie through their teeth, it will appear on here and be reported to my MP, who is in this for me. They call it a mass outage and then email him saying 5 houses are affected. @Plusnet should cancel the account with no fees to pay (£159 exit) because of this.

  • mermaid99 Squirrel crazy Georgie (@mermaid99) reported

@Plusnet did you know that your service status page isn't loading which isn't helpful
