@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@Plusnet Thanks for the info I did not know that. I have a other question when I turn the Wi-Fi off on my phone the mobile data goes down to 3g I have to manually turn off the mobile data on and off again every time to get 4g any reason for this ?

@Plusnet Can you help? I pay just over £10 for 10+2GB of data. But new users are being offered 18GB for £10 for the same 30 day rolling contract. Can I be upgraded to that?

@NicolaCarle2 @Plusnet Had same issue in Dec and Jan. Plusnet were the worst to coming to fix this, engineer availability times are horrendous. Also was promised refund for downtime(around 20 days in total) but they did not do it too and billed in full both months. Better change suppliers when you can

@Plusnet I was told that I’d have broadband with you from today, and my old service has ended so I’ve got no broadband, but the email you sent says I’m not getting broadband with you until 21/3! I can’t manage a month without wifi please can you help? Thanks.

@Plusnet Now, while I appreciate it's neither yours, nor BT's fault that a storm has caused an outage and the length of time it takes to be fixed, what you CAN control is informing your customers of the situation. Particularly as a communications provider.
