Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • molb3e Mol (@molb3e) reported from Appleford, England

@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

@Plusnet thanks a lot! Now stuck with no mobile due to your stupid number port system. Should at least wait until you have confirmation that the new SIM cars has arrived! Unhelpful customer services too.

  • uktechfan Brian (@uktechfan) reported

@Plusnet been trying yo contact your agents our fibre speed is trash we pay for 72mb and on your test were getting 11 WTH!!!! worst service we've ever had

  • kristianvanders Kristian van der Vliet 🇬🇧🇳🇱🇪🇺🏳️‍⚧️ (@kristianvanders) reported

@dotwaffle @Plusnet Well this is what I'm trying to work out. I'm seeing problems on certain routes and even random DNS dropouts, but both my WiFi and router seem fine. The only thing I have is that throttling, which I didn't see earlier in the week, but as pointed out there's no loss after that hop

  • dotwaffle Matthew Walster (@dotwaffle) reported

@kristianvanders @Plusnet That's fine, most routers are ICMP rate limited. So long as your destination isn't seeing any packet loss, there's no problem to report.

  • kristianvanders Kristian van der Vliet 🇬🇧🇳🇱🇪🇺🏳️‍⚧️ (@kristianvanders) reported

@dotwaffle @Plusnet There is in fact a problem, though.

  • beard15SWD Bri (@beard15SWD) reported

@andy17467869 We aren't able to unlock routers, there does seem to be some Smart Hubs available unlocked that will work with our service. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield
