@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet My appointment been missed past 1pm and Plusnet are saying their system is down to actually get any info from Openreach. How am I supposed to remote access live IT Systems if my connection has dropped out 7 times this morning? Issue ongoing since the end of April.

@Ofcom, you keep telling us to send scam messages to 7726 BUT what if the provider does not support this option i.e. @Plusnet so perhaps you should make it a requirement that all providers do allow its customers to do so ?

@CockertonMark @JRainbowWarrior @bt_uk Pretty dire and expensive. Plusnet were great and the one time I needed customer service they were great too.
