  @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

  @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

  Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.

  @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

  @Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach
