@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@TomSyvret Don’t be fooled by the BT slogan. This includes Openreach who service and maintain the telecoms network for over 650 providers, EE,sky,plusnet etc. Hopefully your microwave service will be fine.

@Plusnet Sent me a £75 reward card for signing up to another contract, which doesn't work. Endless calls to Cs to be told I have to contact the company 'Purecard' THEY use to send them! Disinterested CS passing the buck. Unacceptable! What happened to the brilliant Plusnet I had?

Unbelievable. @Plusnet is definitely the #worstcompany I have ever dealt with. (And that includes you @Airbnb!) Not only have they overcharged me multiple months, given me a terrible rate, mishandled my move, promised things they didn’t do, now that I’ve moved on

There can be few things more annoying than when your cellular phone signal drops out - but @Plusnet don't think so. My signal has been gone all week - Plusnet will still want paying. Well, I just blew them out of all my phones and they can now *******. I've 'done myself proud'

@NortonSupport Hi Neha thank you for your reply. Whatever the problem was yesterday it is now fixed and I have Migrated to Norton with Plusnet
