@Plusnet any idea why your internet is so slow and only one person in my house can actually access it?

  • GraemeCoates Graeme Coates (@GraemeCoates) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

  • FayeDobson Faye Dobson (@FayeDobson) reported from Carterton, England

@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

  • Micheylou96 Michelle ♡ (@Micheylou96) reported from Westcot Barton, England

@Saraheboon Get more than 10mbps, and go with BT if you can afford it. They aren’t the cheapest but others like Plusnet/Virgin don’t provide a consistent service

  • itsnoel Noël (@itsnoel) reported

@WinderAsInMere ISP .. Internet Service Provider. I.e Plusnet 👍 Well gaming lag could be a whole raft of things. Just do a speedtest on the console browser and see what you get. If you want to spread the wiffy out more, look at mesh WiFi systems like Google or Netgear etc.

  • kierawatchestv kiera 💫 (@kierawatchestv) reported

@Plusnet Hi, we've had intermittent service for two hours now with the internet frequently crashing and the router flashing orange. We've been advised by you previously not to use the restart button on the router-- would you advise turning it off at the wall to restart it?

  • rpros13 rpros (@rpros13) reported

@Jamess_AVFC I’m with plusnet and get signal there. They use the EE network which works there

  • ingraphicsuk Mark Wakelin (@ingraphicsuk) reported

@Plusnet Adam, I’ve raised a complaint every time I’ve spoken to an agent, I have opened it through support everytime, now you asking for DM with details, I have not had an answer through any other coms with @plusnet maybe it’s just rare that someone wants to pay there Bill in full

  • Jim33038862 Jim (@Jim33038862) reported

I was hoping that @Plusnet support would respond to a DM as suggested on their help page but no answer.

  • jeassebelle Jessie Quinton (@jeassebelle) reported

@Plusnet hi! I recently switched over to you guys but I can’t get ANY Plusnet reception while I’m at work, and that’s a major issue for me as a working parent so I need to switch back to my old provider. Can someone assist?

  • majorchimp majorchimp (@majorchimp) reported

Can anyone recommend a reliable UK Internet Service Provider because @Plusnet @PlusnetOfficial and @WeAreOpenreach have let me down again

  • lucy_riddolls Lucy Riddolls (@lucy_riddolls) reported

@Plusnet please can I register a complaint, I gave notice that I was moving house weeks ago and the internet is still not on. This is very infuriating because I work remotely and have been using my 4G which is becoming very costly. Please can this be sorted ASAP

  • webbybloke Neil Webb (@webbybloke) reported

@EE I was in contact with them for a month. I had an EE company mobile for many years and I complained to EE, but no one listened. I then ditched Plusnet as it got worse. I'm now with giffgaff and have a full signal in the house. EE just don't seem bothered about this area.
