    Over the past 10 days we are experiencing at least one incident per day of the router losing connection ..generally comes back on after about 2 minutes but have never had this before @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Forgot to add, this exact issue happened to me 2-3 months ago as well. I called up and the person I spoke to just said they would send me a new SIM card. The issue resolved itself with a day so I didn't ever use the new SIM. Could this be an issue between yourself & EE?

    @Plusnet Hi Emily, this was apparently an issue with EE that has now been fixed. I’d suggest you guys really need better online support for mobile - I can’t call support if I don’t have a signal on the only phone in my house and I can’t wait 3 days for a response on Twitter

    @Plusnet for the love of God can you turn my data on again. I've paid my Bill's.. I have issues talking on the phone.. and theres no other way to sort it till tomorrow.. such an awkward way to run a business

    @Plusnet He’s got MH issues, which is why I’m the named second person on the account. He’s had two episodes because of this now so you can imagine how I might be feeling… we are looking at cancelling and switching providers. Less than 20 minutes to go. It’s clearly not happening, again.
