Cliffy (@radagastcb) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.
-
Alan (@metalheed) reported@Plusnet engineer just finished installing full fibre. How long until service is on?
-
Matthew Broadway (@matthewb79) reported@Plusnet only getting 20mbps when it’s usually over 100. Is there an issue?
-
alyson (@AlysonAjm) reported@Plusnet plusnet keeps going down - what going on?
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I've had an email about phone line switch off. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.
-
Louise Edwards (@LouiseE53079472) reported@Plusnet I want to know why my restrictions haven't been lifted on my Broadband wifi. I paid nearly £50 yesterday for a service I'm not getting.
-
Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported@Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order
-
DerylLynn on stranger’s island (@DerylLynn) reported@Globalistloon @GavinFreedomLo1 Until I got Starlink I had everything , landline , broadband and email address through Plusnet but had so much trouble with outages that I dumped Plusnet broadband . Starlink is superb but of course no landline .

MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
