@Plusnet HOUSE PHONE STILL NOT WORKING, more of emergency stepdad can't drive for over a month, a stroke Mum disabled too NEED HOUSEPHONE working also trying to sort out bills etc for new property, if keep use mobile will cost a fortune if so will be asking you to pay mobile bill

@AlStewartOBE Broadband and telephone provision on the other hand is a veritable consumer paradise if you're willing to shop around! Sky, talktalk, plusnet et al have given me loadsa money to join them/stick around down the years.

We've acted as a consumer champion in the past when Plusnet had a horrific migration between billing platforms. Today we're hearing of similar problems emerging on a large scale with @BritishGasHelp Canvey please let us know if you are experiencing payment issues with @BritishGas

I see my @Plusnet Internet is back to its normal self over the past week. Been in 20 minutes and its unusable, only trying to send a couple of emails. Will receive a reply no doubt about wired connection instead of wifi (which it is) can't wait to cancel.

I'm taking time out of complaining about everyone and everthying to give a 👍 to Plusnet. Excellent customer service and I've just had an amusing and beneficial virtual conversation with one of their team. That's not anything I could say about other broadband companies. Well done
