    Over the past 10 days we are experiencing at least one incident per day of the router losing connection ..generally comes back on after about 2 minutes but have never had this before @Plusnet

    @Plusnet once again I'm experiencing a dropping connection. Since Xmas when my daughter got an ipad the connection drops all the time and rebooting and turning off WiFi doesn't help, also takes ages to appear on the WiFi list

    @mistertee1970 @MsSpydaSam Seems to be horses for courses. I've been with Plusnet for 7 years through necessity (no cable) and I think I've had only 2 "major" outages in both places I've had service. It's handled my WFH (and latterly Kath's) superbly, as well our VoIP telephone line.

    @Jason59314353 @BBCNews Honestly, I've been with them 9 years now, and I've had 1 issue (someone had broken into the exchange and stolen equipment), they sent me a plusnet sim with unlimited data FOC, knocked a week off my bill, and rang me to let me know it was fixed. So, yes, absolutely 100%!

    @Plusnet so I've been a customer for over a decade... and I thought my account had plusnet protect.. New pc unit - clicked on the plusnet protect add on...tells me not ready for download.. any help would be great?

    @KarenSethuraman @Plusnet If Plusnet use EE there is a service interruption today. Maintenance work. As an EE customer I was advised of this.
