    @Plusnet I'm confused by your reply "To answer your question about the final bill, once an 18 month contract with us has expired it automatically becomes a 30 day rolling contract with 14 days notice required to cancel, due to this there's a payment of £6.69 on the final bill."

    @Plusnet my 90 year old grandad is having no end of issues with your webmail, I can confirm this isn’t internet or laptop, I’ve cleared the cache and now at dead end, what do we need to do as everything has moved online?

    @Plusnet my internet has been terrible for the past few weeks - cutting out 10-20 times a day for 2-3 minutes at a time. Can’t work or watch anything. Sometimes reconnects itself other times need to reset the router. Have logged it online, but getting desperate now…

    @O2 @thepeterhunt I'll just add that I agree with Peter, and I usually can't access the internet. Your team insisted it's plusnet, but it's not, it's the issues with accessing the internet on O2 when your masts are down as everything else works.
