@Plusnet please can someone on your complaints team look at question 250751947? Support agents are not understanding the issue and constant delay on a new connection and resetting a 30 day SLA is absolutely naff. MDU build was done BEFORE order placed. External build is the issue

@Plusnet I'm afraid that doesn't help problem is that outlook won't let me enter my plusnet username. it assumes my username is my email address

@Plusnet This isn't an issue that can be resolved via the member centre. My broadband speeds are consistently below the minimum guaranteed (500mbps) and I would like to discuss the termination fees as they are extortionate when you are in breach of contract

@Plusnet I DM’d you 2 days ago & haven’t had any response apart from automated reply which doesn’t cover the issue I have raised. Do you not accept DMs any more?

Hey @Plusnet My Fibre has just gone down spectacularly! What gives?!

@Plusnet When I call I get stuck in the same loop: “computer says no”. From what I can tell, OpenReach has spent 4 weeks doing nothing on a 6 week SLA and your support team keep just repeating what the OR system says. This solves nothing! It needs escalation!

@Plusnet my broadband is up for renewal but why is it always cheaper as a new customer? It's the same every year. Can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere.
