    The @Plusnet joy continues. Email for £125 “early termination fee” for the account THEY had to close because “the billing has broken”. @MoneySavingExp #shambles

    @Plusnet Username 20135321. Mobile no. 07542 062377. My SIM card appears to have developed a fault. I am only allowed Emergency Calls. I have tried the SIM card in several mobiles without success. Can the card be replaced please.
