    @Plusnet is the worst broadband provider!! Constantly slow speeds or no internet at all! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM ! You’ve been warned.

    @Plusnet very disappointing in service received today. You’ve had someone attend my 78 year old mother leaving her with no internet by performing a reset on a router and back to factory with no devices unable to connect after leaving and then not answering calls to return.

    Going on a money saving bender. Gym - cancelled £33/m saved Phone - EE at £27 to Tesco £12 for the same thing. £15/m saved. Internet - BT at £46/m to Plusnet £27/m for the same speed. £79/m saved, with no loss of service considering I never bothered going to the gym. Lol

    @Plusnet All ok now. Normal service was resumed at about 10am next day.

    Seeing as @JohnLewisRetail and @Plusnet think 3 months down the line, illegally deducting money from an ex-customer on pension credit is fine, I have sorted it myself, from helping mum to claim the fees back from her bank. Try and challenge, we'll see you in court. Charlatans!

    RT @MSE_Deals: Right now you can get 12GB of data, unlimited calls and texts for just £4.50 a month from Plusnet 👇 Shame they don't support short code texts, often used for security verification or customer feedback. Left them for that reason alone. Price isn't everything.

    @three_broadband how much longer do I have to suffer while your engineers work on a mast??? My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!

    @Plusnet so signed up to a guarantee min of 17.3mbps, had issues with speed so now plusnet changed my contract to 11mbps! That's wrong surely.
