    Over the past 10 days we are experiencing at least one incident per day of the router losing connection ..generally comes back on after about 2 minutes but have never had this before @Plusnet

    cannot answer the security questions unaided! I can’t help him because he can’t answer the security questions unaided. So 92 year old deaf vulnerable father isolated due to Covid has no phone. Outrageous and shockingly inflexible service from #plusnet I would avoid this company.

    @Plusnet WHY on EARTH am I paying an extra 8 pounds since I moved house for broadband, and it’s giving me 652.6 KBPS download speed, and ONLY 290.5 KBPS upload?! And I can’t cancel because you want to rinse me of £100+ to opt out. What a **** show of a service provider.

    @Plusnet always singing your praises on Nextdoor and elsewhere for service but had to give up today after listening to hold music for 15mins. Chat directed me to phone, so don't know what to do
