@plusnethelp So once again Plusnet have failed to do what they promised. I was assured that a representative would get in touch with me as soon as my line was activated (nearly 3 weeks late!) to discuss compensation and reimbursement of money paid to my mobile network.Not a peep!

@GJJahn I get 10-20mbps unlimited and turn hotspot on. It's lesd than the 30mbps I'd get on Plusnet.... but Plusnet would hang and chug multiple times a day, which was infuriating.

@plusnet extremely unhappy with the service / help I’ve received today. The internet is down on your part and won’t be able to get support for 72 hrs. So no internet no tv no working from home.

@yvonnemurphy53 @Plusnet I mean - sky charge for landline rental? It’s ridiculous!!!! We still have tv with them but cancelled home phone and broadband and are now saving £20+ a MONTH and have better broadband service.... seriously... they take the absolute p*ss...
