@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Booked an engineer 2 wks ago to set up internet this AM. Hasn't showed up, instead I got a cryptic email about a ticket being closed when I never asked a question. Been waiting to speak to someone on the phone for 25min. What kind of service is this?!

@CasperCarbines I have fibre through @Plusnet. It's appallingly slow. Every time I complain they just say they've fixed a fault. Never gets better.

24 days without internet. Over 3 hours collectively on the phone, endless mistakes with the order. £77 phone bill due to having to buy more data, the list goes on. @Plusnet the worst service I’ve received from any business.
