    @Plusnet I need help with my account, I am supposed to have an engineer out today as I’ve moved home 2 weeks ago, this was arranged for today, I have taken time off work to be emailed just now to let me know it has been changed now to the 15th. Compete disgrace.

    @Plusnet Hi there, it's apparent that the factors in this case are down to @VodafoneUK having better organisational skills... Or possibly clout with Openreach... Which is ironic considering who owns who in the telecoms market. Yes we're online now, although speeds are still inconsistent.

    @Plusnet always jokes when a company screws themselves out of money so popping this on the twitter rather than call. You've thrown hissy and cut our internet, 4 days before next direct debit due. Now no set up a new direct debit, you go **** self 🖕 3 4G quicker and £20p/m less

    So @Plusnet have won the award for worst customer service. No update for weeks on my full fibre followed by 20 unanswered minutes in a queue. Apparently BT are happy to help buy out the rest of my contract so not all bad

    @Plusnet Incredible contempt for customer service from Plusnet. I agreed to renew a contract at a new price and they increased the price before it even started without notification. Attitude from staff online and phone is, “tough, like it or lump it”. They were great at first
