Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet I found that putting the IPad in Landscape mode fixed the problem Eventually..but I could not see it in portrait mode. Your IT people should be made aware,as it may be design flaw That they are not aware of.

@Plusnet (2) We phoned yesterday AND this morning to reconfirm the appointment. By 1pm there was no engineer. We phoned again and were told the appointment has changed to the 10th. No apologies no warning and no way to change it. You are letting down an elderly vulnerable person

Well plusnet is rated 1.8 on trustpilot, which surprises me coz I've used them before and had zero problems. I'm torn between them and One Stream, which TP rates 4.5 :P Everything is a roll of the dice, sod it, One Stream it is :P
