@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet I telephoned customer services last Friday to my wireless signal had dropped dramatically over the last few days. "Angie" said she'd run some tests and that she would have to escalate the problem and that someone would call me. Please advise.

@matthfield I had connectivity issues with two routers from plusnet. I ended buying a BT router on eBay and it works wonders.

@Plusnet Hi we're having trouble blocking calls from a scam caller because it's coming up as an unknown number when we try to block it via your 1572 option. Is there anything else we can do? (It seems blocking *all* unknown numbers incurs a charge of £4 per month)

@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!

@plusnethelp hi there, I have received an email saying that Plusnet was unable to take a bill from my account but I can’t log in to pay as I’m not with Plusnet anymore. I cancelled before it started because of other issues. The bill is less than £1. Please can you help?

@bt_uk @Ofcom Surely selling us Digital voice with our new FTTP line (transferring from Plusnet) then giving us a new number/not being able to transfer our number from Plusnet because of porting issues.. and then putting a new random number on our old copper is false advertising?

@plusnethelp Prospective @Plusnet customers, don’t bother with this broadband provider. Customer service is appalling, online chat is OFFLINE! No surprise. DO NOT CHOOSE PLUSNET AS YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER @virginmedia I will be intouch very soon 😤
