  @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

  @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

  @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
