    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

    @Plusnet @bertnotbob same in Odiham, Hampshire. Seems to be a national outage. Can you confirm this Plusnet? We understand that things happen. We know its not your fault personally. We'd just like it acknowledged and to be advised what you are doing to fix and when you hope to have it fixed.

    A bit of information would be nice @Plusnet . Looks like a national outage and no acknowledgement from you guys yet. Totally get your priority is to get things back online, but I'm also sure you have a separate social media team to keep us updated.
