    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    Do @jlandpcustserv @Plusnet know how very poor their WiFi help is!? Spent many hours trying to get through to speak to someone. If you’re moving house don’t bother with them. Waited 3 weeks for transfer.

    @Plusnet, we've not long just met,yet I have to let you know, as far as the speed of my internet, I find it incredibly slow.Downloading's a pain, uploading,the same, I'm going insane. You charge me full price, for half the service, it's not very nice. Pls give advice?

    @Plusnet I'm a new customer spent 45 mins waiting on the phone was reassured the problem could be fixed only to be cut off! Can't say I'm impressed now waiting on the phone AGAIN 😡
