    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

    @greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @Plusnet Just don't whatever you do sign Doris up to Plusnet. They'll rip her off, cut the service randomly, ignore her calls for help, drive her insane.... honestly, Plusnet cannot be trusted with any customer let alone a vulnerable one who needs help.

    @Plusnet Ordered a SIM on Friday 11 December, SIM now active and being charged, still no sign of SIM - help! Also ported my number across without SIM being delivered

    @plusnethelp I must say I'm impressed by Plusnet response. They've leant on the hopeless Outreach kept me fully informed and, hopefully, getting things fixed tomorrow 16 days without a service what a shambles.

    @plusnethelp I have purchased a new tplink router as reading issues people are having with the plusnet hub I have no faith in it. This appears to have rectified the issue. Is there a way to be reimbursed for the cost of getting my broadband working ?

    @openreach_help Broadband been down nearly 24 hours now. Supplier Plusnet tell me it's multi-supplier issue, 100s of homes affected & Openreach are responsible. I can't find any information anywhere about whats wrong & when you are going to fix it. exchange is STSHABY
