    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

    @greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @plusnethelp no online chat and not even a call queue available. We’ve had no internet for most of today (intermittently up). Line fault troubleshooting says no problem with the phone line (plusnet line rental) What’s the best course of action? SE6

    @MarcAllera Why is @plusnethelp ignoring a very simple problem? Failed number port from EE to @Plusnet - Support are not supporting and no-one on Social is responding. Why?

    Here are three things I am fed up of. Dose escalation strategies, Plusnet and the fact that 90% of today's feed is people claiming other people have said stupid things behind their backs. And then acting surprised they noticed, EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY THE POINT.

    @Plusnet The Plusnet mobile signal in our area (PO17) has disappeared since yesterday morning. Hubby is with EE and has the same issue. We had a good 4G signal until about 10am yesterday morning. Are there any issues? I cannot receive calls or texts!

    @SkyHelpTeam "Most likely having WIFI or device issues" Wow nothing gets past you does it? Let's see, all WIFI devices having issues, so that would mean its the WIFI. Who provides the technology to provide the WIFI? Sky. Months of this crap I have dealt with. Can't wait to go with @Plusnet
