@greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

@Plusnet My friend is currently in the process of liaising with your customer services team and her ombudsman. Like I said, I’m not a customer but after overhearing that interaction, it was disgusting and extremely patronising!

Plusnet are the pits. There customer service is appalling. The so called helpline doesn't help. They instead treat you as one big joke. Change provider to save your sanity.

@Plusnet This isnt the first time. Massively inconvenient, have you tried to tell a one year old and sick five year old why they can’t watch their tv? About time for decent compensation please and that you recognise the continued problems we have experienced
