    Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    Receiving the most abysmal service from @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp - now no internet for over 1 month. Last week I was finally notified an engineer would visit today, with a lack of confidence I called to check to be told there is no appointment booked! Simply not good enough!

    @owl4life1867 I'm on Plusnet - they're fantastic I live in an old building and they're the only company that got me decent internet speeds where others failed Customer service good too

    @Plusnet Adam, you're making it sound like it's the individual servers that are at fault. That's not the case. The problem is with ANY server across the Atlantic. This is interfering with my work. I'm paying you guys for broadband service. Please help.

    @Plusnet Thanks for this. I've now been able to phone Support and get the line checked. Excellent response as ever, confirmed there is a fault on the line. 3 day wait for a fix is tough for work, but that's not your fault, it's under way. Thanks again.

    @Plusnet poor speeds in @islingtonnow Current line speed: 4.9Mb. This is a measure of the actual line speed. It’s only a little higher than min. Guaranteed Speed: 2.1Mb and my work MS Teams meetings keep dropping which is bad for business! Help pls

    @Plusnet Still extremely angry that Plusnet insists on charging an early termination fee given the appalling broadband experience I had with you.  Why credit my account for poor broadband delivery then insist on a charge to leave after 2 miserable months ?
