    @greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

    @ice_crystal Good work! And well done on not resorting to demanding tech support send an engineer to plug it in for you like someone rang me to demand when I used to work for plusnet!

    seems my constant internet drops have stopped after unplugging the router and vacuuming out the dust... worth a try if you have similar problems... d/l speed could be closer to what I am actually paying for though #plusnet...!

    @Plusnet I am appalled by your billing systems, you are the only supplier that I use that doesn't have the decency to notify that new bill is ready JUST STOP SERVICE 🤯🙄
