Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

Want faster broadband from @plusnet? Wouldn't waste your time. Ordered mine on 13th July - today had FOURTH engineer visit with a no show and had no reasons given. Ongoing support ticket but just pathetic apologies and no action getting taken. Not long now til out of contract!!

@Plusnet a bit too late now. After two days here with no response and over 60 minutes just holding to get through to your team had no option but to terminate the service. Hopefully we may work together in the future

Just had the worst time with @Plusnet trying to get WiFi installed. Now it’s going to take nearly 2 months after moving in to set up! Honestly it’s not good enough and I am on the verge of switching to another provider.

@Plusnet why is my internet being throttled? Speed test shows amazing fast speeds but try and visit any streaming or social media website, its like watching paint dry. Can you, for once, just give me the service I pay for?
