            Bromley, England@toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

They call it a mass outage and then email him saying 5 houses are affected. @Plusnet should cancel the account with no fees to pay (£159 exit) because of this.
