    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    @Plusnet seem to be the most difficult network/ISP to leave! Your causing such a difficulty for my services with BT to start which in turn is causing stress at home.. Whatever the marker is on the line needs to be taken care of right away.

    @virginmedia Yes but ironically only relating to trouble with logging in to My Virgin Media. Honestly the service visit shocking at the moment. I was going to work from home tomorrow but I don't think I can now. Seriously looking at @SkyUK, @talktalk, @plusnet and others now.

    @SkyHelpTeam just lost all broadband from borough green exchange. I have two lines (1 sky 1 plusnet), both syncing to cabinet fine but network connection lost on both at same time. Can you log with Openreach.

    @PriskMark @powerportraits @plusnethelp @Plusnet 1/2 So I have managed to get additional technical information: Report shows capacity issue on SFBB00030361 due to be resolved 13/07/2018. It is one of four vlans on this particular head-end. Unfortunately all are running hot, so there is not option at present to move the circuit.

    Darn. So fed up with our @Plusnet broadband I was looking forward to changing supplier next month so imagine my disappointment when I realise I signed up for a 18 month contract. The modem is pathetic (and noisy) and wifi quality is shockingly bad.

    @BritishTelecom Plusnet Looking forward 2 getting new CEO,he might b more customer friendly and get the Cowboy camp in order and clear out Bandits. 2wks No service=No compensation=No reply from Bandit CEO's=Zero customer service, waiting 33 months must b a record. Avoid Both!!!!!

    Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp - over the past couple of weeks we've been having no end of problems with our wifi connection. Devices say they're 'connected but no internet'. Have tried hard resetting the router several times plus tried the 2Ghz/5Ghz split thing and still no joy.
