But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍

As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.
