But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

Every time it slices off another 2-3mbit down. It syncing now at 79904 max attainable 84577 all from stats on router but only get 63mbit down (wired conn).

Gave up and booked the engineer even tho I have explained where the problem probably is. No compensation offered. Getting more than fed up.
