But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault?The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.
