    So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    For a networking student, I sure pick some bad ISPs. First TalkTalk now Plusnet. Heads up, if you get a Plusnet Wireless router, due to the manufacturer cheaping out, your router will hiss everytime a device uses the 5Ghz band. Plusnets advice? Deactivate it.

    @Plusnet your service is dreadful. Been on and off for months and your "support solution" was to just switch off one of our channels. Hasn't fixed the problem, it's made it worse! I want a refund for the past 3 months AWFUL Internet meaning we can't work from home successfully!!!

    @Plusnet Reference my Broadband. I’m experiencing very slow connection and frequent dropouts. To be honest, I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of the service and am now investigating alternative options, satellite or 4G. Very poor in 21st century!
