    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    @Plusnet seem to be the most difficult network/ISP to leave! Your causing such a difficulty for my services with BT to start which in turn is causing stress at home.. Whatever the marker is on the line needs to be taken care of right away.

    Why are so many ISPs scared to acknowledge faults? BT/Plusnet and openreach DSL lines as a whole seem to be down across London and only @aaisp and @zeninternet seem to have acknowledged. Plusnet/bt as of writing this say everything is fine according to status.

    @SkyHelpTeam just lost all broadband from borough green exchange. I have two lines (1 sky 1 plusnet), both syncing to cabinet fine but network connection lost on both at same time. Can you log with Openreach.

    @PriskMark @powerportraits @plusnethelp @Plusnet 1/2 So I have managed to get additional technical information: Report shows capacity issue on SFBB00030361 due to be resolved 13/07/2018. It is one of four vlans on this particular head-end. Unfortunately all are running hot, so there is not option at present to move the circuit.

    So glad I’ve only got like 9 more days of this crap. In case anyone was wondering no I do not recommend Plusnet, especially after the news that apparently BT are going to play a bigger roll in their running. And thanks for reading, rant over.

    Plusnet one until we switch from them. Guess what the ******* WiFi issue still happens and they haven’t updated the firmware or anything. So I have to keep resetting the router every so often when it drops out, which causes issues with Sky Q. So thanks for that Plusnet...

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp If you refuse to cancel someone's order until they have sent a letter, so they send it signed for and the proof of posting/ tracking clearly shows someone signed for it, that is when you cancel and refund. The customer has been clear and has legal rights.

    @Karpsy_ @virginmedia I had no issues with @plusnet and when we had an issue with @sky they were helpful and got it fixed quickly. Sadly I can’t leave Virgin as I’m a new customer - only in my second month 😑 I won’t be renewing at the end of my 12 months!

    @virginmedia @Jaimedparanda This has been going on since Thursday night. No mention of it on your outages page. No ETA of when this will be fixed. I’m a new customer and wish I’d gone to @Plusnet because your customer service is, frankly, awful (especially on the phone). CC: @cicasuk
