Antony Nomis (@antony_nomis) reported@Plusnet General internet usage. Browsing, Discord, Teams, YouTube etc. The downstream connection is fine, there is no issue there. Additionally my WiFi connection is strong and stable, which I have checked by pinging the router. It’s the upstream connection that is the problem.

jo (@jobowandarrow) reported@sarforalltosee @MrsM_here We’re happy with Zen who aren’t the cheapest but worked better for something quite specific which was a problem with plusnet. Had a pretty bad experience with Talk Talk, not a great fan of Virgin customer service
