@rach0907 Recommend EE as they do have the best coverage, try to use one of the other providers who use the EE network as EE is very expensive. Plusnet, Asda, Virgin use EE

@WeAreOpenreach we haven’t had WiFi in westcliff for the past 10 days now, are you able to advise when this will be resolved as plusnet informed me it’s an issue your side? It’s really not ideal considering most of the population are working from home!!

@Plusnet I purchased WIFI with plusnet as they advertised a £75 reward card - after chasing for two months they've decided it might be due to my browser cookies interrupting the sign up process - but I have no reward card linked to my account. What a load of crap.

@Plusnet I just had an email saying a payment of £5.39will come out of my account in May. I had problems for 6 months getting connected and was told I wouldn't be charged for 3 months for the hassle. What does this payment relate to? Zoe Reilly LA5 8HT
