@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

@Plusnet my phone keeps telling me to reinsert the SIM so that I can keep using imessage and Facetime, but doing so doesn't stop the problem recurring. imessage and Facetime are sporadically not working.

@Plusnet Yeah that's indoors, ground floor. This morning a call went straight to voicemail when I was in the bedroom, 1st floor, so no signal at all at times. If I disable the EE sim, I'm getting 4G+ full reception on Giffgaff. Reception is better on the street, but not great.

@Plusnet awful service router over heats the Internet cuts out the customer service is below 0 I'm disgusted with plusnet I have been with them for way too long I really don't recommend

@JustaQuad PlusNet uses a different technology to VM. PlusNet uses Fibre To The Cab that goes over your copper telephone wire to the cabinet where it is then connected to fibre, the longer the copper the slow the BB. VM delivers coaxial cable straight to your door.

@Mike_Observes never had any major issues with Plusnet. Other broadband providers are available.
