@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

@bt_uk But if different providers are on a line (vodaphone) that we are moving to and not set a move in motion the order gets rejected and if our buyers place an order (Plusnet) on our line, our services are set to cancel and we are blocked from moving them....(Sky).

@Plusnet S8, we're having intermittent dropouts the past few days. Followed troubleshooting and carried out speed test, but the link to report result doesn't work. Please advise. If issue persists we'd like to be released from contract due to service not as advertised.

@Plusnet I received an email from Plusnet threatening debt collection agency if an INCORRECT final bill unpaid after 14 days. I have written confirmation from Plusnet that the bill is wrong. No help from customer services after 7 days. Appalling service.

Plusnet have left a disabled/seriously ill person who has emergency careline installed without broadband/homephone and can't use emergency careline Explained this is dangerous to @Plusnet @plusnethelp plusnet had given so many excuses so far still nothing wtf !
