@Plusnet Still not received details of how to claim my reward card, despite receiving 2 emails saying plusnet are aware of the problem and will be resolved in 2 weeks. 2 weeks gone by and still waiting.

@ukevowners We were lucky with our ISP. The @Plusnet router plugged straight in no problem. Looking at adding their RPS next and then possibly cameras.

@Plusnet Can you please cancel my broadband account. You'd think this would be a simple few clicks on your website, but then this is UK 2025 isn't it. Do not give me a number to call.
