@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

BRILLIANT! Our @plusnet service is ready. But they’ve changed our home phone number. GREAT! But aren’t going to use it. This isn’t what we signed up for. I’m not going to go through the phone book to update all our contacts. That is not going to happen. SKY here we come.

Any legal experts out there. Does the fact @Plusnet failed to comply with their start date mean they are in breach of contract? If so I’m cancelling the direct debit and going back to SKY. At least they provided a service.

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, we got our new box set up and ready to go on activation day yesterday but still no sign of Internet today! Followed all the steps a million times and still sat here rinsing our mobile data waiting for a solution! HELP

@openreach_help Broadband been down nearly 24 hours now. Supplier Plusnet tell me it's multi-supplier issue, 100s of homes affected & Openreach are responsible. I can't find any information anywhere about whats wrong & when you are going to fix it. exchange is STSHABY

@Plusnet @plusnethelp why is your service so awful and why can't I get hold of anyone to sort it? Been trying since yesterday, live chat disabled, multiple phone calls, the longest lasted 55 minutes and still no response, private msgd on here, still nothing!
