    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @AFCAMDEN I moved from Canada Water to Kent and we had Sky (shite) 2-5gbps Changed to Vodafone (good when kids at school awful from 5pm) went to Plusnet (uses BT and were ok) needed more last year as all at home.

    @Plusnet major pains in Berkshire with whole estate with on / off broadband for 7 days now - plusnet, talk talk, bt, sky. Same response “it must be the router” - not with approx 100 households having the same problem it isn’t!! Get open reach to sort it!! RG109TS

    @plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for over 5 years. I have a very old modem with separate router. I get around 30mbps speeds with wired connection but 15mbps when using wireless (& it drops). Same on all devices, even if next to router. Please can I have a new one? 🙏

    @Plusnet you keep saying we are the only residents affected by the issues in RG10 Charvil. 100+ properties are currently reporting on a FB forum they are also experiencing major issues!! @bt_uk PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!’n

    @Plusnet Hi. If there's no wifi light on my mum's router, does that mean the router is faulty? Have tried resetting, unplugging and swearing at it. Wired internet devices working fine. Just wifi not working at all. Any suggestions?

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp have intermittent modem reboots and drop of bandwidth to approx 25mbps download. Are there any issues with #business services in the NE31 postcode area ? been on going for 3 days now.
