    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @Plusnet Hi, the blue light on my router has stopped working. It's not affecting the service but it's now not easy to see if there is a problem b/c the router looks dead! How can I get a replacement please?

    @VodafoneUK full fibre is literally the worst internet connection we have ever had. Even bloody Plusnet was better. Every time I pass the shop I want to run in and stop the poor folk from signing a contract. #Vodafone

    @Plusnet Hi, I'm supposed to get upgrade today, engineer called at 10:30, said there was a problem and someone else would be out and then they'd come back. Heard nothing since. Been on phone for 25 minutes so far no answer. How do I get status update?

    @Plusnet terrible experience trying to get your broadband into our new house. Misinformation followed internal errors at Plusnet cause major delays. I need BB for remote working, spent my first week in a hotel (at my expense) ... wonder if you're prepared to reimburse? Doubt it.

    @Plusnet The fraud team told me at the time the credit search would be removed from my credit file - that was in July - its now November and the search is still there. No one seems to every answer on the phone number i was given to contact. Please help get this removed from my file

    @Plusnet Hi there. My internet has been repeatedly going down since yesterday afternoon. I turn the router off and on again, and it comes back, but then twenty minutes it's gone again. Can you help?
