@Plusnet I would like to give notice of my wish to cancel my service, with Plusnet. I no longer require a home phone (not used for 18month+), and the £41/mth can be better spent. Your advice would be welcomed.

@Plusnet gone over my quota by around 25mb and yet again they have deleted my full mailbox. Time to archive 2mins time to unarchive about 3 days. Bonkers policy and quota limits which plusnet will say they arent an email provider. Poor service as usual from a bad ISP

@Plusnet really not happy that we have taken time off work for an engineer to come, warned about a cancellation fee if we couldn’t make it, only to be told we never needed one in the first place?

@Plusnet The solstice is the middle of summer, not the beginning. The beginning of Summer is Mayday. This is why 24th June is called Midsummer day; it used to be approximately when the solstice was, going from a calendar that at the time had errors.

@MartinSLewis The extremely poor (i.e. non-existent) customer service and support is too high a price to pay for 'cheap' broadband. Try John Lewis and Plusnet instead!
