@Plusnet I know I can use third party apps, but someone ringing me doesn't know to ring me on one of those so I miss their call. If my number automatically diverted to WhatsApp then I'd be happy. I guess I'm looking for a new network then.

@Plusnet I have just been advised by text that I have not made a payment and that I have restricted service!!! Would be helpful if I received a bill so that I can see what I owe and pay accordingly πŸ€” Not a mind reader!!!

@Plusnet Why isn't it being offered. There can't be a technical reason surely. If you offered this I'd definitely stay with you. As it is I'm going to have to look at switching network in the very near future.

@Plusnet My landline isn't working. Internet is fine. I'm trying to upgrade my contract. I've tried a corded phone and still have a problem. I'm a priority. Due to my illness.

@Plusnet Once again I have to go back to the start of trouble shooting, this is getting silly now, the connection has been crap ever since the last open reach engineer, I'm not going to follow a trouble shooting guide. Re open the closed ticket from December.

Hi @Plusnet, if EE and BT Mobile can offer WiFi calling why can't you? You use EE's network and your part of the BT group. I'd prefer not to switch as you offer a great deal price wise. But not being able to make or receive calls in my house is a big problem.
