    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @Plusnet trying to help my gran, changed to Plusnet and now when I call her some Chinese woman answers her number and any number dialled out from my grans phone get number unrecognised but the internet is working can someone help

    @deejmakey Hi, sorry to hear you're having issues with your console. Can you let us know if you have tried alternative cables and ethernet ports as well as trying any other device with the same cable and port to see if the issue persists? Dan Plusnet Sheffield
