@houndkirk @Plusnet We've had really good service the whole time. I wouldn't switch providers if you paid me to. Just a bit pissed that a fixed time contract is cheaper than my current 'open' plan.

@plusnethelp I DM'd you yesterday but no reply as yet. My new Plusnet broadband contract was due to go live on 27th November and didn't. I spoke to technical support on 3rd December and was assured it would be absolutely sorted by 7th (yesterday). Today - still no broadband. HELP

@plusnethelp @plusnet I can’t get through on the phone to cancel my broadband and the only other option is notify by post? That’s not very award winning customer service

@RuttagerR1 @Plusnet I had a Plusnet account years ago. Service was bad and the whole thing went into freefall with the Managing Director in person rowing with his customers on their own online public forum. I've been watching this reincarnation slowly fail.

Well thanks for NOT responding @plusnethelp. The engineer did arrive tho, but still dismayed at the poor communications. Engineer spent time fixing/disconnecting all items the last @Plusnet engineer installed. Contemplating @virginmedia as an alternative. Anyone recommend?

Hi @Plusnet I've been with you for years. I'm out of contract and can save £15 per month if I sign up to a fixed term contract. Why not just charge me your cheaper contract price for my service for being a loyal customer?
