@Plusnet You have got absolute TERRIBLE service. You cancel my existing provider and don't complete your transfer. Been without phone and Internet for 4 days. You've got incompetent staff working for you. Absolutely abismal service. Will be leaving reviews everywhere possible.

@virginmedia Plusnet on EE Network Equiv £4.92/mth – it's £7/mth, but you automatically get a £25 prepaid Mastercard within 45 days for 10GB of data unlimited Mins/Texts. Just 2 examples to show I can get better for less, so forget 11.7% increase. I've already been paying you too much!
