  @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

  Pretty disappointed with @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. Engineering visit booked via PlusNet. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

  @Plusnet I've tried number of times and they still refuse. Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. How about you dm me to arrange someone to sort this out?

  @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
