    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @plusnet I’ve got no internet or phone at home - no dial tone, even from master socket. I can’t work out how to report a fault on your website and my home. Pls help. It went down at 8.31 this morning when system controller hosted on AWS reported no more heartbeat…

    Internet down many times, when it was up it was way slower than minimum guaranteed. Many complaints, engineers this year. Not one penny of compensation or a sorry. It doesn't surprise me Plusnet were bought out by the heartless, money grabbing BT who care not about there customer

    @Plusnet Internet went down at 2:15pm yesterday in Cullompton EX15. Looked like plusnet were aware as it was showing up as a known problem in the area but this message went later in evening. Stil cant get internet in the house. Really poor this guys
