    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @Plusnet Hello. When I log in to my account it says I'm out of contract, even though I started the upgrade process to Full Fibre back in August. I actually have no idea if I'm on a Full Fibre contract or not. Can you help?

    @Plusnet ..so someone can just make a claim on my BT landline and cancel my broadband.. and it will take 10 to 14 days to reinstate..

    Been let down by @plusnet - 30 days ago we were assured that our Internet would be up and running today only to find out after chasing them that it won't and they dont know when it will be - appalling service!!

    @Plusnet no signal all day, multiple cell phones (so not a fault with device etc). DM sent four hours ago but no response. Anyone reading this (yes, I know it's Sunday).

    @Plusnet you’ve taken money for my first months broadband and your partners/engineers don’t even bother to turn up for pre-booked installations. Shocking service.

    @Plusnet No response all day, such a ridiculous service and no wonder I want to leave plusnet. The sooner the better at this rate. Most awful customer service I have ever seen. Sort it out
