@Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

@JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

@Plusnet Hi there, I'm moving soon and need to get internet set up at the new place. There might be an overlap period where I need internet at my current address and at the new address simultaneously. What's the best way to go about this? I'd like service at the new address ASAP.

@XFlonix @Plusnet Does the fibre terminate in your PC or does it use an Ethernet connector to reach your PC? Cos if it uses Ethernet to get to your PC it’s not fibre, right???
