    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    Although a Maths grad also an IT grad and Twitter issues today nothing sinister just someone messed up. Downdetector is a cracking little app for checking on things you use the issues now are at. Sky, Visa,Tesco, Daisy, Steam, Ocado, Plusnet, Morrisons, Emirates

    @Plusnet so I log in to the website and call the number shown for help as my broadband is frequently going down and am told, the number you have called is not recognised. Up until about 3 months ago my broadband was awesome. Now it’s gone to ****.

    @Plusnet Why do you have such horrible service recovery when there is a device failure caused by your team ? Customer service is poor. It has been a disappointing experience so far.

    @Plusnet 3 days ago I did this. I sent a DM with my user and post code etc. A week has gone by. No idea when we will get connected. Health equipment unable to send info to hospital to manage oxygen levels. Basic courtesy and customer respect would be appreciated.

    @Wootten2 @PeteBarronMedia @youfibre plusnet is a massive company with 1000s working for them and there crap everyone forget you fibre have just started up with a hand full of employees give them a chance

    @JohnPAtkinson @Plusnet Looks like I am in a poor priority area for full fibre. And I am on the fastest internet product with BT/Openreach. Definitely not doing Virgin which is now available on my road. Oh well

    @Plusnet Got back from holiday on Monday night and haven't been able to get internet. Sent a private message and raised a case on the website, yet haven't received a reply. Paying for internet I'm not getting and can't terminate without paying loads of fees.
