    I think it’s ridiculous how @SkyUK couldn’t waive a £20 setup fee for me as a new customer to only HALF match the deal i would get with @Plusnet, but instead tried to upsell me a tv package I don’t need to remove the setup fee. Not great for a new customer @SkyHelpTeam

    @Plusnet thats it ****** off to max with you utter wankers... you **** up my account to were i was given 4 months free... that wasnt done and it was re put onto my account... and you today take money after 1 month on.. i will be going all the way now..
