    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @PlusnetHelpHub I'm not a Plusnet customer, I'm closely observing this scandal. Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.

    @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia Did the same with mine, rand them. Best we can do is Β£55! Erm everywhere else is offering Β£25-Β£35 for the same service? Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.

    @Plusnet Horrible experience. Placed order on Sunday. Called today and it turns out order was not placed. Activation was due Thursday and now another order was placed and it wont be activated until 26th. Unacceptable service!
