I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@stayingaliveuk @Plusnet My guess. My router was 'connected', my packets were getting onto the Plusnet network all the way to London probably to the point to get off their network to the internet. You would expect redundancy in their network so probably a config or bgp routing error.

@Plusnet 4) I appreciate your personal friendly response, but Plusnet need to reflect on what when wrong and how long it took to detect and respond (and then make changes), rather than try and downplay the issue.

@Plusnet was in a queue/ on hold for an hour this morning trying to speak to someone about my Internet connection which is not working. Never had an issue previously with internet but not impressed with todays service when I have experienced a fault.
