Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp your customer retention team are terrible. Been a customer for five years, wanted to stay and no incentive to do so. Moved to @TalkTalk

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Charpezz I have a sim only contract with Plusnet for just under 10 a month, think it's 2gb data and I can't remember the minutes/texts, but I've never gone over. And then phone wise I will say I had a galaxy A40 which broke 3 times within a year of buying it, so not that!

@Plusnet absolutely awful company would never use or recommend them! Took out a 12 month sim only contract for my son that ran out in April, sent 2 letters in July to cancel and still demanding money and threatening action!! No use on the SIM card for 9/10 months at least!

@O2 never mind. Seems like when I connect to 4G it is fine. Must be a problem with our broadband provider @Plusnet 🤔👀

@virginmedia can anyone call me. Thanks for cutting off my service with plusnet from today but after 2 no shows from engineers and on hold for over 3 hours....i have no internet!!!!

I go to the shops for two hours and come back to find my phone and internet down, and the phone line troubleshooter not working. Thanks, @Plusnet

@plusnethelp switched to plusnet in mid Sept and all has been fine up until this week when the Internet has become really slow. Tried the tips on "how to boost your WiFi" but hasn't worked. Tried to go to our account to log the poor speed but the website isn't working. Pls help

@Plusnet hi I'm meant to be having an engineer out to fix broadband today between 8 and 1 we are coming into last hour and I'm wondering what's happened to them

@plusnethelp Hi, I am trying to confirm the max speed I can get for my address, but getting conflicting info. My Plusnet account shows 40Mbs but comparison sites say 66Mbs. I know they say average, but it would be useful to know what the actual max speed is. Can you help?
