    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    Absolute joke #plusnet service. Told 8 days ago they need traffic lights to repair our internet in the road. Turned up with traffic lights on Friday. Had a look for a few minutes. Then drove off. Still without a decent Wi-Fi provision from Plusnet. Shambles of a service

    @Plusnet I tried I payed to have it installed over a year ago and you never sent anyone out didn’t even get my money back so I would never pay upfront again I went with sky after never payed upfront

    @Plusnet disgusted with your service. Was told today my router is broken but I need to agree to a new contract before you will send me a new one (take a minimum of 4 days) So at least a week without the Internet for someone disabled and mostly housebound

    Hi @Plusnet. It's now been over a month since I left you. I still haven't been refunded for the 23 days I paid for your service but didn't actually have it. My latest bill says I am in £30.63 credit. I would like you to pay this to me immediately. No more messing about please.

    @Plusnet Is your server down because today our internet is constantly dropping out! It’s bad most days when the box slightly gets a knock!! But today is worse !!
