    @Plusnet Hi, in view of the fact that I am still experiencing the notorious 5GHz WiFi 'dropout' issues, and that's after having upgraded to the latest firmware, would you please consider upgrading my router to the latest Hub Two to see if that fixes the problem?

    @Plusnet Iโ€™m not receiving calls on my phone apart from in the odd instance, otherwise everything is working fine. Is it a problem with my sim? The coverage checker has full signal.

    Hi @Plusnet one of your staff made a mess with my contract. Despite you looked into it and confirmed the mess and promised that it is solved you are still charging me more than what supposed to. Also ignore my emails. Can you please solve the issue.

    @Plusnet Morning! We've been 10 days without internet now. All our neighbours have been given a hub by their providers so they can work from home. Don't you do anything to help your customers during extended outages like this?

    Is plusnet cheating their customer through not actually having a true test capability at tjhe service desk and therefore the figure, which is constant whenever I contact, of 76.9 is fiction. By the way my broadband is currently off but your test say that it is fine. Cheating?

    @cattyrrell Interesting that you say that. Iโ€™m considering a switch to new provider , having been let down by BT and need feedback. Maybe Plusnet isnโ€™t the answer.

    @Plusnet I am without service for at least the next 5 working days due to errors made by Plusnet and BT. I am disabled and rely on my WiFi to work voice activated gadgets in the house like lighting. Can't understand why it takes so long to sort the mess out.

    @Plusnet Hello. Quick one: Line rental due for renewal w/ yourselves in January, 2022. Service has been OK... but do I actually NEED it? (V. happy with the Unlimited Fibre service, also from yourselves -but landline isn't really needed anymore..). Mandatory??
