Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Neil Johnson (@lordtweek) reportedGood old @bt_uk, they cancel my new phone line, I am not told so no internet again. @Plusnet just shrug and tell me they’ll see me in 10 days, don’t seem willing to escalate into BT to expedite. Left with limited 4G or BT wifi which won’t stay up longer than an hour.
