    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp your customer retention team are terrible. Been a customer for five years, wanted to stay and no incentive to do so. Moved to @TalkTalk
