  • StuWattsEsq Stu Watts (@StuWattsEsq) reported from Kingswood, England

Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

  • StuWattsEsq Stu Watts (@StuWattsEsq) reported from Kingswood, England

I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

  • InnovationPj pj.innovation (@InnovationPj) reported from Cheltenham, England

@Plusnet and @EE - are there network issues at the moment, people cannot call my number, says it's not in service! Help please.

  • HoultElly Elly Hoult (@HoultElly) reported from Cheltenham, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp your customer retention team are terrible. Been a customer for five years, wanted to stay and no incentive to do so. Moved to @TalkTalk

  • barney_parker That Barney guy 💖💜💙 (@barney_parker) reported from Charfield, England

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

  • AlanKelloggs Louis Barfe (@AlanKelloggs) reported

@Shinybiscuit I've never had TalkTalk because I've heard the service is superficially attractive, but they cut corners like mad. I'm very wary of ISPs that seem to promise the moon for not much money. I'm back with Plusnet now after a few years away.

  • CoucouChaudchou LynnC 🐴 (@CoucouChaudchou) reported

@Plusnet hey, ive called you 3 times today. Still cant connect. Ive just moved house. But your team want a whole list of details. Ive been a customer for 2 yrs. Not going to be able to work tomorrow. Can you pay the day's lost work?

  • BriefcaseMike Briefcase Michael (@BriefcaseMike) reported

@Hardennizen @Plusnet I was referring to Virgin cable TV. My broadband is with a different company so I don't lose that as well when Virgin goes down. Called not putting all your eggs in one unreliable basket.

  • MatthewHenry Matt Fleming (@MatthewHenry) reported

Anyone else had a massive fail trying to use @plusnet ? They cut my old internet off while my new internet was still 24 hours away - with no warning! They seem surprised that I'm unhappy about that! Hoping #EE might take me back! #plusnetfail

  • XxChantoixX 💜 𝒞𝒽𝒶𝓃 💜 (@XxChantoixX) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet No those instructions did not help in any way I have followed those steps too many times now and it’s still the same so you better find another fix or send someone.

  • 3pinksheep C (@3pinksheep) reported

    @plusnethelp Why is @Plusnet AWFUL?

  • TomMooseFlynn Tom Flynn (@TomMooseFlynn) reported

@Plusnet I have had a ticket open since 9 March and it still has not been dealt with, the only update I got was a "you just have to wait" because I was proactive in calling you, it is marked as urgent and this is poor customer service, please DM me to get this resolved, Thanks

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@flashgolding Hi, thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call our Customer Options Team directly on 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. - Will.

  • Sara84455006 Sara (@Sara84455006) reported

@TalkTalk I am desperately trying to communicate with your customer services!! Hopeless! That's how it feels. Been a Customer for over 10years. Plusnet my next call! Internet down past two days and no resolution yet

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported

@plusnethelp Thank you but a bit too late. She's now blocked 0900 numbers but can't get a refund. Premium Rate numbers should be blocked by default with opt in. This poor lady has been conned out of £94 and Plusnet say it's her fault. Yet Plusnet has paid the money to the scammers. 😕
