P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported@uncletatty @Plusnet yep just before 8pm when customer service goes home. That is the business model it seems. From then on the network is little swiss cheese and they just try and blame the user.
-
✨🌙 Getti 🌙✨Rugged and Awkward Giant (@Assagetti) reportedPlusnet continues to be the worst internet provider I encounter, like, consistently. PN social media team I don’t need a reply I’m just venting

Lucy ⭐️ (@lucyyoung90) reportedHow can I contact @Plusnet to cancel my broadband order this weekend? 21 days today since I placed the order and still no internet... phone number that claims to be 7 days a week is definitely telling me they are Monday to Friday when I ring. Online chat is offline...
-
P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reportedany else have issues with @Plusnet connections after 8pm, after customer services have gone home and then they get back in its all fine again. Is this part of the business model. Combined with making people run about "trouble spotting" at home when the issues are in their network
-
P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported@cashbey @Plusnet @plusnethelp useless, just cuts out whenever their network can't cope and they just spend the whole time trying to tell you its something your end. If that is the only service they can provide then fine, i will take if for a fiver a month.
