@Plusnet simply issuing the same, bland, uninformative statement every few hours does nothing to reassure customers that Plusnet know what the issue is and have the capability to fix it. Anymore of this stand-offish nonsense and I too will be off.

@Plusnet Day 6. A lesson in how not to manage a crisis , it will feature in text books and lectures. Issue a report daily implying that things are getting better. Say that e-mails are accessible via a Client , it doesn't work for me Don't provide any practical guidance. etc etc

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet I had a similar problem with them myself last year, Marcus. The moment they hear you want to leave it’s silence all round. No-one at the end of a phone line, and DMs on Twitter often unread. I just cancelled my DD and let them sing for it

@OpenreachHelp Hi, I’ve spoken to @Plusnet re an outage in CM6 which they say is an external fault since yesterday but won’t get fixed until Tuesday afternoon. Bearing in mind people rely on an internet connection to work from home, is this really acceptable?

@Plusnet still no WiFi since 12th Nov, we live in a rural village this provides a vital lifeline for home workers and vulnerable people who can’t do online shopping or speak on FaceTime to their families. ETA for fix keeps moving!! Please help!

I have a John Lewis email account which doesn’t work since @Plusnet broke it. As I live in a rural location with family/friends a fair distance it is quite important to me. Since 10th November (the sad day of my fathers passing on his birthday) it has been broken. I’m not pleased

not much happening here no phone service all weeknd from Plusnet also been waiting a couple of weeks for a refund from Plusnet, my advise avoid them
