  I think @Plusnet should change there advert, we do everything backwards and then,When you leave because there service is poor and they up your bill up with no notification, they charge you £68 for leaving. Plus net we will con you proud. Awful service and awful company. Awful!!!!

  'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

  @Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

  @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

  @WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

  Cancelled my Vodafone broadband. They are vile. Customer help is a foreign call centre! I have choice of 2 providers Plusnet or EE. I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

  @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach @MoneySavingExp Day 10 without broadband and still no information as to when service will resume, or what's being done (if anything) to fix it!!
