'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

@mattbloke Just using the router Plusnet sent, it's plugged in up in the attic workroom as that's where the phone line comes in. Have a Cat5 network for the desktop, and an old router downstairs acting as an ap. Getting 18mb on WiFi here now

@Plusnet ridiculous that I am working on my tablet whilst hotspotting to my phone because the WiFi is so bad that I can't work at my desktop. 1 room away from router. Tech support told us to put router in middle of room. Joke #Plusnet #WeWillLetYouDown

@fiona_ski Nice. Plusnet were great for housenove but things like Sky/Virgin are awful. I'm really wary of signing up for a contract if I'm not 100% sure I can get out of it or alter it for free. That's good to know. Now to get my over £400 in over charged payments back from eon.
