  Never use use @Plusnet ! Turns out they have lost and are unable to retrieve ALL fathers emails . How do I tell him that?? @Plusnet have no solutions! Can that really be true? #ridiculous

  @NOW Hi I've just got your broadband and the WiFi range is shocking. As soon as I leave the room the router is in it drops - never had this issue with PlusNet... what can be done to avoid canceling?

  @carlosradioguy @Plusnet @TheAA_UK British Gas did exactly the same with us last week. So my husband did some price comparisons, found a cheaper company , contacted BG, & low & behold, BG have stayed at the same price! Loyalty sucks with these big companies if you don’t challenge them.

  @Plusnet Hi :) I changed over to you & kept my number from Talk mobile but friends are saying that when i send text messages it is coming up with a different number? When i call people and they call me it works on the old number. Pleaae help, thanks.
