    'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

    @Plusnet hi Plusnet! All of your diagnostic checks/help say my internet connection is great and everything is fine, but it’s freezing/dropping constantly - my speed checks have been between 0 and 0.55mbps all morning. This is super frustrating - what’s going on?

    Morning @Plusnet there’s been a network error on and off for the last 10 days that won’t be dealt with until Saturday. The ppl I’ve spoken with at Plusnet have been as helpful as they can but it’s unreasonable that customers should have to pay more because of plusnets issue, no?

    @Plusnet Oh dear. Lovely person @plusnet convinced me to go full fibre option with no landline telling me to use WiFi calling on my mobile to sort lack of signal. Trouble is I'm also with plusnet mobile. Guess which mobile service doesn't support wifi calling??

    Anyone else had problems with Plusnet mobile roaming in Europe? Very slow (5mbps) even when you can connect - @plusnethelp this is not acceptable. All there is about it online is folk complaining, getting nowhere, then switching to a better provider. @Plusnet

    @Plusnet I recommended a family member to plus net broadband, filled out my username etc at the point of signing them up… I don’t appear to be getting any benefit of the recommendation… their service is up and running etc…

    @ChrissieBailey2 @Plusnet Omg same I work for emergency services from home and I’m having the same issues!! It’s a disgrace @Plusnet sort it out!! Now being told I will be charged if I cancel I’ve lost 5 days work so far!!

    Incredibly bad service from @Plusnet which provides @johnlewishelp broadband. Incredibly rude call handler. Making no allowance for my circumstances, offering no options. At a stressful time, I now have to change providers🤷🏼😮‍💨

    @KarakDesi **** sorry didn't see this reply! I was with plusnet and they completely messed up a home move and had never without Internet for a month and then started being ***** about the mandatory compensation. Shocking. Been with them 2 years with no issues before this.
