    'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

    Just lodged a complaint with @Ofcom after illegal #slamming of my parents broadband & landline by @Plusnet .. meanwhile 2 elderly & vulnerable people are still without email, phone & internet & a v stressed 86yr old has spent £60 this week on mobile calls to broadband suppliers.

    @Plusnet my master socket front plate is not working for some reason. I can only get internet through the test socket. Who will replace this for me? Thanks
