@Plusnet Well my broadband speed had dropped from 20mbs + down to less than 2mbs for about 2 weeks now. I used the help assistant on plusnets homepage which they responded telling me to disconnect and reconnect through the router settings which did nothing.

@Plusnet is there an issue on your end at the moment? Our internet has been very poor, dropping out and we have had to troubleshoot 5x yesterday and today. It is very laggy and impossible to use for WFH. Thank you
