Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

@Plusnet Morning, instead of posting stupid messages about camels why don't you scum bags do your job and call back customers when you said you would. #takemoneyoffdeadpeople

@MarkSaltmarsh Because there's no reception in the flat - and they decommissioned Sure Signal - I can only make calls via Wi-Fi Calling. So they want me to pay more to Plusnet to get a faster speed... And, yes, 'moving the mast' is definitely the way forward...

Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet. They managed to get our broadband up and running for house move but broke our a/c, had to set up new a/c which has changed our home phone number. Broadband failed to activate on "Activation Day" yesterday. Total and utter shambles 🤬

So if your thinking of moving to @Plusnet don’t…… categorically the worst customer service ever. Five failed promises for a manager call back. Communication is not the forte of this communications company. God knows how they are voted the best st anything.

@Plusnet Dear @Plusnet When I'm staying at my auntie's and I ring you to say the phone line's gone dead, this isn't a "data protection issue" because: - It's been GDPR for years now - I'm not getting any personal information, I'm telling you about a fault on your equipment
