@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

@Plusnet Been holding on the phone for more than 15 mins to speak about the fact that the incorrectly charged early termination charge still hasn't been removed from our account, in spite of Plusnet's assurances that it would be. Grateful for help in getting this sorted.

@aaronfarny_b @virginmedia Try @Plusnet. I currently pay £22 a month, for unlimited fibre. Decent speeds and never really drops tbh.

@AndyBat15384160 While your line is capable of getting Superfast, this would only provide a tiny boost in speed; as this is still a Fibre service provided through your phone line. Ultrafast is Fibre which is wired direct to the property, which isn't currently available. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@JasonA87151323 From our side we handle the email being sent out so you can claim the reward card. Once the claim has been submitted, you then need to speak to Purecard if you have any queries or issues. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet I appreciated your call and that you are taking ownership of this on our behalf. Thank you. Getting us back to ADSL is something, but nowhere near the level of service as per our contract with you.
