    Can't access either XhamsterLive & Stripchat via uk networks tonight(EE or Plusnet) gone. However if I geo block my location, and go Via a VPN it is all rosie. Checked both land and mobile network here so it not my IP blocked. Having to VPN to dutch networks 2 view English lasses

    @Plusnet So today would be a good day to have another crack at getting you guys to fix the broadband connection issues we’ve been calling about since the moment we had it installed? The award winning customer service team have been **** every other day, must have a new lad in 🤔

    @Plusnet Once again I have to go back to the start of trouble shooting, this is getting silly now, the connection has been crap ever since the last open reach engineer, I'm not going to follow a trouble shooting guide. Re open the closed ticket from December.

    @skalovingeek @Plusnet Normally you still have a manual control box connected to the boiler which can be used in the event of the wireless / or wireless thermostat not working. The hive wireless thermostat talks to the control box connected to the boiler. So the box can be used on its own.

    @Plusnet my master socket front plate is not working for some reason. I can only get internet through the test socket. Who will replace this for me? Thanks
