@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

@OpenreachHelp please explain the repeat outages in Lees, Oldham. Plusnet can't say if it's planned or emergency. So far we were off all yesterday and 5hrs off today. Tried ringing you and have never heard anything so unhelpful as the recorded message! Need to work and can't.

Hi @Plusnet please advise why my renewal offer is for £27.99/mo for 18 months yet a new customer can get the same package for £22.99/mo for 12 months. I'm regretting to buying line saver last October. Thanks.

She is now asking whether she would be better off returning to BT, and I can't disagree with her. Plusnet have been a dreadful disappointment. Complete lack of thoughtful customer support.

@EveryCountry @bt_uk They're all bad. Left Sky due to issues, now Virgin media don't even respond when you complain about speed dips & intermittent loss of connection. Been months, & notified they are still processing my complaints about not hearing from my complaints! Plusnet?

@MartinSLewis Check out the feedback on any Plusnet advert, it’s horrible, I would think hard about switching to them

@MartinSLewis Think it's about £21 but would rather pay more than be stuck with Plusnet, they were awful up until we left them late last year.

@swapnilnshilpa @Plusnet Where abouts are you? I'm down in Devon in the South West. Same issue here. Supposed to be getting 30+ Mbps, but keep getting 5 Mbps max quite often. Incredibly annoying.
