@Plusnet Award winning customer service? Switch day today, no router received, internet switched off early this morning, impossible to work from home with no connection- self employed so no work = no earnings. Can’t reply to email you sent. You need to step up considerably!

@plusnethelp for the fourth time in my year contract with plusnet I have returned to unusable internet levels. Capping out at less that 1GB of data, usually around 0.4GB. I will NEVER return to using your service but for the remainder of my contract I'd really appreciate a fix.

@Plusnet I’ve done all of the above,and my husband has a different phone with same problem and my daughter was visiting last week and was first to notice on her phone which is completely diff,We haven’t had this problem before? Now it just says no service

@awoodvine Me too. It's a case of we have a landline but only got the Plusnet router plugged into it. Have a phone somewhere but that's never plugged in!

@SkyHelpTeam "Most likely having WIFI or device issues" Wow nothing gets past you does it? Let's see, all WIFI devices having issues, so that would mean its the WIFI. Who provides the technology to provide the WIFI? Sky. Months of this crap I have dealt with. Can't wait to go with @Plusnet
