@Plusnet Some of us had a problem with our email accounts today. Lots of old emails being resent multiple times to our inboxes, emails dated before 23 May 22 missing from our Webmail inboxes etc. We have raised the topic on the PlusnetCommunity Forum. Can someone respond please?

So the resolution for my aunt is who to give hundreds of pounds to: @Plusnet or @BTGroup, for a problem caused by them. Oh, and they’re actually the same company.

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @BTGroup I've missed the earlier part of this story. Sounds horrible. Dealing with BT can be a nightmare. Leaving aside the resolution/compensation of the current situation, what's the cost/feasibility of leaving these service providers? For internet & phone, better service is possible.

@WhichUK I’m with Plusnet and I wish they would offer a social tariff but I rang up and they said they have no intention of offering one. I could switch to BT but their customer service is notoriously bad.

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @BTGroup That's terrible. I hope they offered compensation, but I bet they didn't. For what it's worth I offer sympathy. Thanks for the info.

@Plusnet Hi! Happy FTTC customer here, but I've seen gfast is availableat our address. I appreciate Plusnet don't offer gfast plans, but it seems mad for me to Leave Plusnet to use the same cables and get gfast with your Parent Company, who DO offer it! Any suggestions?

My move to @Plusnet mobile was a bad one, signal strength poor compared to EE who I thought was the same network provider. Also lack of Wi-Fi calling is well hidden in T&C
