  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks

  @Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, don’t set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.

  My sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .
