@Plusnet mobile...what a sh*t service. Tesco shutting all current accounts so rang Plusnet, did a new bank dd & paid not yet due bill. 6 days later when my original dd is due Plusnet cut my services, calls, text and data. And the excuse is its an automated thing. Not good enough

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Can smbdy help in sorting out the BB issue going on at my home since 20th Jul.Its just going on in circles with Plusnet, Openreach and BT Wholesale.Its diff to work w/o BB and acc to plusnet it can take upto 8 weeks to fix it.Just hilarious and frusturating!

@virginmedia I was better off with 20MB broadband with PlusNet than this **** 350MB fibre. Intermittent speeds, router shut downs. Had 3 engineers out and still can’t fix the problem. Just get told to follow the link on the text message. Total cowboys!

@plusnet Who chooses the infantile hold music your subscribers are forced to listen to whilst they wait for one of your operatives to pick up? Is it part of a cunning plan to get people to hang up as the irritation factor becomes unbearable? Even Greensleeves was better than this

@Plusnet Since around 7pm yesterday our internet has been down. Router alternating between flashing orange power light and solid orange with flashing red broadband light. Have reset router several times. Is the service down currently?

@Plusnet Honestly, I'm completely underwhelmed. We stayed with plusnet due to you offering us a fibre package at 60mb downloads, bt engineer has outlined we can't get fibre and we can currently get is 6mb. Today, even that keeps dropping out. Awful.
