  @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

  @EltontoNick Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

  @Plusnet Already raised a complaint and doesn't seem to be making a difference! Really quite woeful to be honest. Please can you forward my complaint to the Ombudsman
