    @Plusnet The connection is very poor on all phones and tablets. We are constantly using our mobile data. How can you say there's no issues for 2 weeks when you said there was an issue in my area.

    @rosemaryhopkin Or possibly a fault. Virgin are a problem at times. With others could also be an equipment fault at the exchange. Raise a fault ticket with your ISP. We had intermittent problems a few years ago with the Plusnet equipment at the local exchange.

    Hey @Plusnet service has completely gone down in tooting. Tried restarting to no avail.

    @EE I've recieved an email claiming to be from EE saying that there is a problem with my Plusnet account how can I know if this is from EE or a scam?

    @Plusnet really hoping that after over a month to be connected you don’t let me down. Today is the day and still no connection. Hoping you don’t wait until 11.59pm but going by my experience so far I’m fearing the worst!
