  Cancelled my Vodafone broadband. They are vile. Customer help is a foreign call centre! I have choice of 2 providers Plusnet or EE. I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

  @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

  My sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .

  @KevlarBrock @EE @Plusnet Sky are relatively good for pricing right now, however they also operate on the Openreach lines so if it’s an Openreach issue it might be a recurring thing - Starlink is a good shout or the 5G routers

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
