@OpenreachHelp any idea when problem affecting LNTOT exchange will be resolved‽ My fibre connection via Plusnet has been down since ~06:20 this morning, and the estimated clear time keeps getting later & later.

UK Twitter, what are our feelings about broadband providers? I'm fleeing @virginmedia because they annoy me. BT, Plusnet, Now? I'm only getting 60MB, I don't need superfast. #1 criterion is customer service: I want a competent human being at the end of the phone.

@steviebiscuit @Plusnet Same here, DM wasn’t helpful and SIM still hasn’t arrived today. In 20 years of porting numbers, no other network has proceeded with a number port before the SIM is active (most of them don’t take a full week to get a SIM to you either).
