    @Plusnet I am leaving Plusnet tomorrow after years! I phoned Customer Services to ask to retain my emails temporarily until the changeover is sorted out. They say this is no longer possible and yet the community posts are still saying it is! What can I do?

    Hey @Plusnet, I just turned a few features on for my mother's phone account, and now (a) I am locked out of making other changes (lame), and (b) the only thing you've done so far is disable a feature I didn't change. #FAIL

    @Plusnet broadband goes live today still no router despite it being allegedly dispatched on the 3rd, now paying for a service I can't use even though I've had to wait 2 weeks for you to start my service. not off to a great start 😡 Why do you wait so long to send the router.

    @Plusnet another day without my new sim and all my clients and suppliers cannot call me. This is not great customer service from a company that prides itself on it. Customer services couldn’t be more unhelpful of my situation.

    STILL NO CONTACT #OPENREACH # PLUSNET #BADCUSTOMERSERVICE Asked for upgrade to full fibre on 8th August, been let down 3 times with no explanation or promised secured appointment. What is going on!!!!! No idea when it will happen, no faith left in plusnet.
