@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

  • davedpg David Edwards (@davedpg) reported from Caerwys, Wales

@davedpg: Absolutely crap service from @plusnet today. Not getting full speeds and constant drop outs

@GaryWilliamsIT We do have proper FTTC coming soon so I would consider paying more for a decent connection. We get a fairly consistent 65Mbs with Plusnet (whose service has been good and very consistent) - this is Lindfield / Haywards Heath area

  • vivalalinzi vivalalinzi (@vivalalinzi) reported

@Plusnet had connectivity issues since early hours of this morning with wifi - tried all the troubleshooting as directed on website but not resolved. Can I be contacted to find out issue and how to correct please?

  • lynnos sofargone (@lynnos) reported

@Plusnet Hi I’m a new customer, can’t dial a paid for number - is this restricted? How do I remove restriction? Looking in app and don’t see how to

@Buck1e @JasonManford He definitely has Plusnet, it’s awful!

  • hardgraft1 ash (@hardgraft1) reported

@Plusnet have the cheek to charge me for a service that hasn’t worked for 2 days

  • pcbosworth Philip (@pcbosworth) reported

@Plusnet I thought there was supposed to be no preferential treatment of network users? How come my wife (EE customer) gets 2-3bars of 4G and my daughter and I get no signal (Plusnet customers)? We have the same phones.

  • LeafletsInLincs Karl Anders 🇺🇦 (@LeafletsInLincs) reported

@JasonManford Surely as the fat bloke that advertises Plusnet you should get a decent service.

  • AndyWoodturner Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England

@Oneshowywoman Plusnet...there's a 14 cooling off period and it's only an 18mnth contract, so if I'm not happy I can jump. And as soon as @three get their HUB in this area I'll change to that. I never use the landline anyway.

  • PeterJWild73 Peter J Wild (@PeterJWild73) reported

@plusnet. You've transferred my broadband service a day early and not sent me the router. You've charged me for it the hardware and have not delivered it. You've not responded to three emails and one tweet. Is the level in of service I can expect to receive from now on?

  • PeterJWild73 Peter J Wild (@PeterJWild73) reported

Well done @Plusnet. Old ISP has disconnected their service and your router has not arrived. So no way of finding out if I have been transferred to you a day early. An auspicious start to your service.
