The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'
