Julian Borg-Barthet (@jborgbarthet) reported from Colwyn Bay, Wales@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

Tim Miller (@Xexyzx) reportedOn Tuesday I was told everything was sorted, and the line would be activated before midnight. Wednesday morning, no broadband. I commented on the support ticket to tell @Plusnet this so they were aware - apparently this means "don't worry about this line, it's lowest priority!".

Tried resetting, with button / paper clip / unplugging everything. Can’t find anymore help online, can’t get through to customer services. Thoughts?
