@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

To the debt collectors, without even calling me to discuss. This has had a huge impact on my credit rating and the worst thing is Ray says it's now out of their hands and I need to deal with the debt collectors. Absolutely disgraceful and Plusnet are a disgrace.

@Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

@Plusnet Phone answered eventually, but your website is appalling. Especially for a telecoms company! It's slow, clunky and poorly designed. You really should invest a few quid in sorting it out instead of those crappy adverts.

@Plusnet Hi, the help page said the speed is basically good and that the strength is 7/10 but none of the other channels are better. Is it that plusnet have poor network in Macclesfield?

@BTCare hi bt. Can you advise on how early I should sign up for new service? I need to ensure zero disruption to my service as I'm working from home. I'm with @Plusnet until 13th Oct which I will be cancelling. Again critical that no break in service

@Plusnet I’ve now had to call you 3 or 4 times regarding my broadband that drops every time it rains. It’s ridiculous. Cant stream a film or play an online game at all! Clearly a fault somewhere letting something get wet or corroded! If you cant fix it I want out of the contract!
