Julian Borg-Barthet (@jborgbarthet) reported from Colwyn Bay, Wales@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

Mike Oxlong (@MikeOxl61921318) reportedJust re-newed my #plusnet package it’s not a bad deal but the customer service guy is only 26 and actually has a landline😳
-
Peter Richardson (@ptrichardsonuk) reported@Plusnet Yeah, there's just no justification for a ~9% price rise. I didn't get a 9% pay rise, and I bet you didn't either. I've just requested my PAC, and I'm going to try Lebara for a while. Seems Vodafone's signal will be better where I live too.

BÎFF Ø BRÄDLĒY (@pablox53) reported@Plusnet It was ‘a while ago’ but it didn’t work. Therefore, there seemed little point in going through the motions yet again. The service has always been problematic. We’ve done everything that Plusnet has advised us to do, TP links, plug plates etc. nothing has changed
-
BÎFF Ø BRÄDLĒY (@pablox53) reported@Plusnet That’s as maybe but when I can get a better, more reliable service AND at 80% of your costs, it’s a no-brainer
-
Gold please UHB 🙏 (@jazzandshiraz) reported@Plusnet Customer support dependant on Internet working will do? Absolutely regretting switching to plusnet. Would never recommend
-
Chintan (@Chintan578) reported@Plusnet I can see minority people dont get reply or response of tweet or complain.. more than 9 weeks suffering with broadband issue, but sadly no response yet.. i can understand that some people dont have fully right to get service in your company...

Oscar (@Oscargetsit) reported@misslucyp Had no issues whatsoever with Plusnet over the couple of years since I changed from Sky. Never had to use customer service so can’t comment on that but don’t flood you with emails etc trying to sell you other stuff.
-
Kellie (@kelliechapmanxo) reported@Plusnet I’ve tried calling your number to report an issue and it says it’s no longer available. I’m paying money for the services and they’re not working.

BÎFF Ø BRÄDLĒY (@pablox53) reported@Plusnet Oh thanks but we’ve had numerous times when you’ve tried to help but our broadband STILL drops out randomly every day. My wife is an NHS Director working from home & so we just can’t afford to have such drops in service
