Julian Borg-Barthet (@jborgbarthet) reported from Colwyn Bay, Wales@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

Susie M(ais qui?) (@wrathofgod) reported@Plusnet Of course. But why should I have to? It's frustrating. Compare to something like the iPlayer log in, or Pinterest, with a pop-up box..those are not cluttered with poorly placed and spaced eye-clutter. It's an accessibility issue.

CPI plus 3.9 is not transparent since inflation is an unpredictable variable and unfair as it makes the service more expensive in real terms as the contract progresses. It’s becoming something of a scandal the regulator should attend to
