@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

@castelm11 @Plusnet Crazy tho at busiest time of year. To keep in touch with orders via son's bedroom; log, invoice & send out books via office crazy. Yes, I know BT line now virtual & clicking on/off costs £100 or so when I never cut off service in the first place... time to become a hermit/nun!

@jwripple @Plusnet Whole day on phone listening to robot alternatives - press 1 if you want boredom, press 2 if you want canned music… get to end & line cuts off due to problem you were calling about - apparently know learn it's called being 'slammed' someone trying to take over your digital ID

@Plusnet Last day of November, and the day with NO mobile phone service. There is also no clear way to find relevant information on service status. I have no idea why the service is down, or whether it is widespread. Can you enlighten me and say when service will be resumed? SK23 area
