@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

@sadaplays @bt_uk They did the same with me! The sticker fell off the box at the post office and for reasons unknown it gets marked as delivered. Might be worth switching. Plusnet do customer service really well.

@plusnethelp - absolutely useless! I switched because BT was bad but OMG this bunch are even worse! Can't even get help because their offices are closed..... @Plusnet I'll be asking for my money back first thing in the morning

So now I'm waiting for my doctor to call me back. Then I have to make another call to Plusnet to continue trying to fix the problems we've been having for MONTHS. Today is not a good day.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I have now contacted you 3 times by private message as I can't get through on the phone lines and still no response, almost a month now! My Internet speed and connection is awful & the wiring into my property is electrical taped together 1m from the box.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Possibly THE worst broadband we have ever had. 1.3Mbps, keeps dropping out, and after 30 mins on the phone gave up trying to talk to anyone

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!
