@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

Never want a landline AGAIN! Please avoid @Plusnet - the very worst customer service! I was invoiced £60 for an engineer who didn’t come but stated he did on his notes - due to Covid (& having MS) - so I cancelled the account. Now they’re charging MORE as I didn’t pay on Xmas Eve

@weareopenreach #auchterarder With NowTV FTTC. Want to move to Plusnet FTTC. Plusnet say they can't guarantee the transfer as there is capacity problems. I'm not upgrading as both will be the same speed. Is this correct?

@chrishallrides @virginmedia The only way you can "negotiate" a lower price is to cancel. Not threaten to cancel, you actually have to cancel. Then they ring you back with all these amazing deals they couldnt offer before. I gave up after 12 years and moved to Plusnet.
