@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

@SkyHelpTeam Checked our local community site. Plusnet have also accepted there is an issue as other streets and internet providers including BT are affected. This is not an isolated issue.

@UswitchUK @Plusnet OMG if your the best, l hope l don't encounter the worst. Poor quality of broadband, customer services that agree you don't need to pay early exit fee, not once but twice but then sell you to a debt collection agency. 1/10 is to high a score.

@plusnethelp This is shocking customer service! We have been trying to contact @plusnet for days, with no reply. Our broadband is dropping out frequently making work impossible! I accept covid is making things difficult but this is out of order!

@plusnethelp Query. I have router (Plusnet) set to both 2.4 & 5 ghz settings but of late I keep losing the 5g signal. have found that if I switch router off for 30 secs or so, then I can reconnect to 5g signal. Does this mean fault with router ??

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.

@Plusnet You're not doing much @Plusnet. I just tried to activate my £75 gift card, only to be told that it expired a week ago. The agent at the outsourced(!) rewards company was unprofessional and evasive. Would hope for a bit more understanding after the year we've all had. Never again!

@PDPhotoUK @Onestream_UK @Plusnet We went with BT in the end. She needed a line upgrade too and they didn’t charge for that. Easy to organise and they offer a pensioner benefits related service once they assess usage. 👍🏼

@plusnethelp - absolutely useless! I switched because BT was bad but OMG this bunch are even worse! Can't even get help because their offices are closed..... @Plusnet I'll be asking for my money back first thing in the morning
