@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

@Plusnet hello! I'm a broadband customer and would like to start a SIM only phone contract too. You have an offer on that I'd like to purchase. My current contract ends on 27th January. Can I purchase your contract and select the start date as the 28th?
