    @RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

    @plusnethelp Still no internet, 6 days now, no chance of ringing them, they cut you off after waiting around 30 mins. Last time we had no phone or internet for 17 days in September. In 35 years Plusnet are the worst provider I’ve ever been with!

    @Plusnet I’m so disappointed in your service, my household hasn’t had working WiFi for nearly a month and today was suppose to be “the day it was all fixed” yet nothing happened and we spent most the day not being able to speaking to anyone on the phone, we feel scammed

    @Plusnet Very poor service! I’ve been without broadband now since Wednesday. Supposed to be fixed last night but now no help till Monday. Not easy running remote clinics for the #NHS with no broadband. When is this going to be fixed?

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk You can equip teachers? Really!? But you can't be bothered to look in too the 2* reviews for your mafia company Plusnet and it's awful practices!? Extorting customers and spectacular failure to provide the so-called "Fibre"!? Comedian!

    @icklenellierose We often find our WiFi over Plusnet has high download speeds but is slow to react in some way? Such as starting a YouTube video or opening a Web page, then over LTE data it's faster. Also our Internet drops out every night between 11pm and midnight for 1 or 2 minutes, annoying.

    @Jennifer__x @VodafoneUK Don't hold your breath. 8 WEEKS later since my premise move should have happened, they still won't refund the charges or let me cancel. We've got @Plusnet now who are brilliant. I'm fighting for my money. Plus they hadn't changed my address or bank details over from 2yr ago

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. We are all experiencing constantly disconnecting WiFi signal even though I have split the channels. Just checked our Plusnet one hub software and it ends in .263. Last update march 2019. Could this be the culprit?
