@RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

Hi @Plusnet please can you sort out my broadband. It keeps dropping. Speed also varies. I've Txt HELP several times. Fault with line one moment, no fault with line the next... Never had any problems up until recently...

Always haggle the customer service rep on the phone when renewing a contract. Took me 20 seconds for Plusnet to offer £28.99 a month, down to £25.99 and finally £24.99 a month for 18 months. Cheeky buggers.

Hi @ShellEnergyHome I need to move my father-in-law away from his current broadband provider (@Plusnet) as I cannot help him renegotiate his contract. If I were to move him, can he add me as an authorised contact on his account and would I be able to renegotiate his contract?
