    @RhiwWard Yerburgh Avenue has been fighting an uphill battle with BT for weeks due to intermittent broadband faults on Plusnet and BT subscriptions. The exchange is where the fault is and it looks like they’re not willing to upgrade our cabinet. We need council support!!

  • davedpg David Edwards (@davedpg) reported from Caerwys, Wales

    @davedpg: Absolutely crap service from @plusnet today. Not getting full speeds and constant drop outs

    @Plusnet I've done the trouble shooting tests

  • Psymonkee Simon Paulton (@Psymonkee) reported

    .@Plusnet @plusnethelp So my internet connection through yourselves has been garbage for a few days now and solidly stuck on 9Mb/s Download and Upload. Rebooting my router fixes it for about 20 mins and then it becomes unusable again - what gives?

  • codemon18429317 codemonkey (@codemon18429317) reported

    @Plusnet Dear Plusnet. Can I ask why you are unable to bill me the correct amount for my BB service? Not once in the time since it's been in operation have you charged me the amount we agreed. This month's bill is over by £1.40. Close, but not right.

  • Andy_Bob_C Andy Clarke (@Andy_Bob_C) reported

    @Plusnet What's the early termination fee for 15 months left on a £26.81 month contract? I've spent a fortune on mobile data, Mifi and a New router due to your appalling broadband service. I just want internet that works! And don't ask me to run through your troubleshooting guide again!

  • NLJ1964 NLC Jack (@NLJ1964) reported

    @Plusnet Internet is still down since 8pm last night. Never an answer on the phones. Any idea when this issue will be resolved?

  • DavidWildJnr David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England

    @Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

  • amandasegal Mrs. Insomniac Segal (@amandasegal) reported

    @Plusnet It's all well and good @Plusnet saying sorry but the fact remains that our Internet shouldn't have been cancelled in the first place. We're the ones left with no WiFi in a house with very little signal and one person trying to work from home!

  • calelirory grouchmeister (@calelirory) reported

    @broadbrightlens @SkyHelpTeam @Plusnet Not a bad idea.

  • moosegrinder Steve Robinson (@moosegrinder) reported

    @Psymonkee @Plusnet @plusnethelp Their Twitter help page has been quite inactive recently, dude. You'd be better phoning them.
