And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

Dear @martinstanford I just listened to the advice about routers. I use @Plusnet who are great. I never use a pre configured route supplied by an ISP and only use @DrayTekUK routers. I frequently check it for firmware updates & only allow my list of MAC addresses #JerseyBread

why is plusnet wifi so crap? they say to upgrade your deal yet give you no upgrade options. i cant even watch a youtube video in 240p without it buffering. unbelievably bad when we can finally look at a different contract will NOT be with plusnet anymore😡 @plusnethelp

@plusnethelp @Plusnet to me. Honestly cannot believe it, how plusnet act like they provide good customer service is beyond me! And half the people I have spoken to have simply denied all wrongdoing. Simply avoid plusnet at all costs is all I have to say!

@plusnethelp thanks for the link to cancel my account with plusnet. I will take a look at that later. I assume, as plusnet raised the price during contract, I can leave without penalty? I am happy to stay with Plusnet, service is good, but I am very unhappy about the in contract price rise

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I received a call yesterday after submitting an official complaint and was told he would be personally helping resolve this. Today I get a call from him explaining my engineer had cancelled after I waited 4 hours, and couldn't tell me why and couldn't.. pt 5

@Plusnet @plusnethelp have got to the worst internet provider I’ve ever dealt with and haven’t even managed to use their services yet! Signed up with them 3 weeks ago, two routers shipped to a home and work address. Neither delivered and no reason why from them!Wouldn’t recommend
