    @Plusnet I received a Purecare prepaid card through the post today for signing up to Plusnet. I'm having issues registering the card online. Apparently this is a common issue which leads to Pure card and Plusnet then bouncing responsibility back to each other. Can you help?

    @l_n0te @Plusnet The only way I could get to speak to anyone was to select the "If you're thinking if leaving us ..." option. But he couldn't help because apparently there's no-one in the Broadband support team today as it's a Bank Holiday.

    Why on earth did I go with @Plusnet? Phone line down AGAIN and the internet. Even upgraded to the best package and still awful. Their amazing 24/7 helpline says it “cares” and then informs me it’s closed. Bet their software on taking your money is working fine 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @Plusnet once again dealing with disconnect after disconnect. Engineer gets sent out, it's fine for 2 or 3 months and process is then repeated. Clearly nothing is actually being done to solve the underlying issue.

    So @Plusnet let me down last night .. and again today .. can’t tell you how difficult it’s been over Xmas with a young man who uses an iPad to communicate and no broadband.. another promise things will be fixed tomorrow… let’s see ..
