    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I ordered Broadband some two weeks ago and no updates! No router and no news - your customer service lines are overwhelmed so I can not talk to them- I have paid for the service yet no news. Please help.

    My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

    If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

    Avoid @Plusnet like the plague! Over & above stress of no broadband for 3 weeks, now hit with cancellation bills amounting to OVER £500 for: Original a/c broken by them; Repair a/c "declined" (never existed); 3rd a/c cancelled by us well within 14 day cool off period. Bandits😠😡

    @AureliaRae2 Feel sorry for Sky customers but this isn't the issue for Plusnet customers. My router needed a quick fix.

    @higheight @virginmedia @Plusnet Another half hr on the phone just to cancel it! I explained why & guy on the phone asked me if I would reconsider, & wouldn't mind waiting another 3 weeks! What, for them to change installation date again without warning? I just need internet. They couldn't provide it. Jokers. 🤬

    @Plusnet my wifi says connected but no internet/ authorisation needed. It has been like this for the last 2 days. Everytime I click on the hub page is says connection is fine but its not working

    @tryingtobeaDr which provider are you with? BT are supposed to give never dropout of coverage wifi, as you can use your cellphone as a hotspot with them. We've been through all the providers here: Sky internet - seems the most reliable of BT, talk-talk, virgin, Plusnet & is the cheapest!

    @robldavidson @virginmedia Never had a problem with plusnet. Fast and reasonably priced IMHO. You should be able to switch with minimal downtime
