My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@MarcSchmitz18 Your service isn't down at the moment from what we can see Marc - there have been two router restarts today but these look to have been done manually. What kind of issue is it that you're seeing on your side? - Jess, Plusnet Leeds 🌻

@Plusnet What's the point? Your service is shite. Crashes at least twice a week yet every time we contact you we just get told there's no problem your end. Been happening for nearly a year and we can't wait to move to a different provider

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband is down, I'm with Plusnet but think BT outages affect my internet. Is there any issues in the NE35 postcode, and if so, an ETA on a fix?

@Plusnet Adam why you being condescending towards a customer? “Few and far apart to be honest” well let me tell you Adam, I run an online business… so these “FEW and FAR APART to be honest” are affecting my business, as I don’t work 9-5. The connection has been slow as per usual.

@NinaPinOD @Plusnet Support said the issue is with openreach and that it’d be sorted by 4am today (clearly wasn’t), then half 8 tonight (also a no, although it was back for an hour or so before going again). Whereabouts are you based? We’re in Warrington WA5.

@Plusnet It's also great that the EE site won't let me report the outage since it doesn't recognise Plusnet numbers, as if we're second class citizens.
