My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@plusnet Hi. My plusnet mobile consistently fails to make or take calls. They drop after 1 ring or 1-2 secs of call despite good signal. Having to use landlines for most calls now. Can you help please?

@Plusnet Can somebody please reply to my message? Plusnet is not offering the service they said they would and said they’d fixed the issue when in fact they haven’t.

@Plusnet has got the worst customer service. My home move broadband order is not sorted even after 4 weeks. None of their CS advisors know what's happening. Never ever go near their broadband service #shambolic

@phoenixbaggie @mikehemm Plusnet offer decent prices but are owned by the devil (BT). Utility Warehouse do good deals but never really show prices. These two have decent support, the rest are much of muchnesses with crap support. If you dont need huge speed go for 36Mbs and save a couple extra quid.

Right sorted enery new tarrif out, got that down to £105 per month (taking into account my credit of £530 in the black). Ordered Home Essentials BT broadband at £15 per month (Plusnet £36). Trying to rearrange my finances so I can have at least a meager life & food.
