If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Plusnet I'm amused by your "award winning customer service" which in Rosy's case had you saying you'd resolved the case before you had investigated it. While you can't comment on other people's cases, I certainly can, & I'm sure @rosysparkles doesn't mind at all. Shoddy customer service!

@Plusnet Hi, I’m consistently having trouble with my broadband. E.g. I try to load something on phone on wifi and it’s not working so I switch to 4G and it works immediately. I often get message that my internet is unstable on zoom calls. I’m not happy with the service anymore
