    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I ordered Broadband some two weeks ago and no updates! No router and no news - your customer service lines are overwhelmed so I can not talk to them- I have paid for the service yet no news. Please help.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet No internet service for 4.5days this week..comes back..dropped out last night ..back today with 0.5mbps download (unusable!)..just dropped out again. Do you expect me to wait 42mins o to try and contact you by phone ..or do you want to contact me?

    @virginmedia @jawaid_mr So why are not other providers doing this? Virgin Greedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

    @Plusnet is absolutely no debate the most embarrassing, worst internet provider available in 2021. Whoever is considering them, please I’m begging, don’t. How can my internet be turning itself off every 15 minutes? If I had enough characters, they’d be in the mud like their wifi.
