    My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

    @pipmcleod @Plusnet I'm in Derby and it is down but I also think I've not been billed.. can't login to banking on my phone but when I looked Monday night, bill hadn't gone out and it still didn't say "pending transaction" for today, despite having an email saying my bill was ready for the 6th.

    @Plusnet Many thanks for your reply I spoke to someone on your service team tester and due to the internet being off due to the server outage I had to do a hard reset which is why my log in details had been forgotten by the hub, this has now been rectified

    @Plusnet you say you are there to help but nobody is really bothering...my connection keeps dropping, it is more the time without internet than with it, this is a joke, what am I paying for...no internet, no customer care...a scam basically

    @Plusnet @abbieritch Plus net what a shame on you what an absolutely diabolical establishment I owe you nothing and you refer me to a debt management company FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN here we come. I have never owed anyone 1 pence. I suggest you call me regarding this. Stay away from this company
