    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I ordered Broadband some two weeks ago and no updates! No router and no news - your customer service lines are overwhelmed so I can not talk to them- I have paid for the service yet no news. Please help.

    @Plusnet your website says your 0800 number is 7.30am - 10pm ... so I called ... the message says you close at 8pm ?? ... if I have a problem after 8pm what do I do - wait til 8am ?

    No mobile phone signal for last four hours. Rang support three times in a blip in outage and told the mast has been worked on. I have been trying for hours to get a signal with no success. Very annoyed 😠 Internet is fine. @Plusnet

    @MartinSLewis £22 per month fibre plus line rental, unlimited, new contract but stayed with plusnet who we have been with for several years now so was able to neg new customer rate.

    @Plusnet Hi. After receiving an email with an offer of purchasing the Google Nest Hub for £40, as I'm a Plusnet customer, I clicked on the link in the offer and it took me to BT Shop with the hub shown at full price of £79!!! I assume the email I received was a SCAM??

    @Eldandoerino God knows nowa days, I mean the infrastructure is likely still owned by bt, but the service is definitely better with plusnet, i plan to switch back in 12 months time, bt just happened to be third cheapest for me this time round, talk talk 1st (no thanks) & sky can **** off & die

    @MartinSLewis @EE FTTC/VDSL 76Mbps. £30.39 a month inc. line rental. Not had an issue as yet. Was with @Plusnet but they wouldn't budge for even £1 a month to match.
