@Plusnet @plusnethelp I ordered Broadband some two weeks ago and no updates! No router and no news - your customer service lines are overwhelmed so I can not talk to them- I have paid for the service yet no news. Please help.

@Plusnet I submitted a fault call 214859734 on 3rd June, BT fixed the fault by the 7th, I replied to a support question on the 8th, but the line speed is still well below MGS. What next?

@Plusnet we ordered a wifi box that didnt arrive a second one did but had been opened. our wifi phone not working. any answers????
