    My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

    Anyone thinking of getting @BT Broadband DONT!! They are worse than the average Plusnet or TalkTalk connection issues are rife even if you have Fibre Optic.. go elsewhere and don't waste your money with this thieving company. 😡

    Morning @Plusnet there’s been a network error on and off for the last 10 days that won’t be dealt with until Saturday. The ppl I’ve spoken with at Plusnet have been as helpful as they can but it’s unreasonable that customers should have to pay more because of plusnets issue, no?

    @Plusnet hi Plusnet! All of your diagnostic checks/help say my internet connection is great and everything is fine, but it’s freezing/dropping constantly - my speed checks have been between 0 and 0.55mbps all morning. This is super frustrating - what’s going on?

    @Plusnet No-one on the help line appears to be able to 'HELP' at all. I think my husband will have a stroke over this!
