@Plusnet PLEASE CAN YOU PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON THE CURRENT NATIONWIDE OUTAGE! We work from home and rely on a stable internet connection. We need to be able to give our employers an update or at least an ETA for when this issue will be fixed, but all we get from PlusNet is silence!

Well... Joined @Plusnet less than a month ago... Not making a great impression considering the service is down and there is zero update on the issue from social media teams. Poor form.

@RealLifeAccoun1 @Plusnet The same here in DE56, the call center is not accepting any more calls, so cutting the call, and the bot is currently carrying out checks after telling me no known issues. Good job I don't rely on my Internet for my job...oh wait....😭

Oh great! Internet has gone down. Not good when paying silly prices for @Plusnet Business, clinic full of patients and unable to see their medical notes or take payments! Thanks Plusnet for the continued appalling service. Glad I only have a couple of months contract left.

@AndrewGalvin14 @Plusnet Exact same issue in Maidstone, been down for over an hour now so not great when WFH! Customer services are obviously swamped as it won't even let you queue if you dial. I'm shocked there's been no announcement given how extensive this seems to be.
