My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Plusnet we've had to pay for my phone data also because of this situation. Not happy! Your adverts are so friendly, bet the plusnet guy hasn't had to deal with these problems.

  • roo42uk Roofus (@roo42uk) reported

@Plusnet Hey I was wondering why you keep turning my mobile date on and off randomly. (also the fact your website doesn't have a chat or email feature to contact support is very frustrating)

  • redskarr Adam 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@redskarr) reported

@RenjiPls Hmm I'm with PlusNet and they're owned by BT and apart from the internet dying for almost a day a few weeks back I've not had issues. Hmmm.

  • sarahpilates Sarah Pilates (@sarahpilates) reported from Camden Town, England

@Plusnet very disappointed. As I now cannot use my home phone someone at plusnet needs to call me! I phoned and discussed. Suddenly I cannot make outgoing calls. Bad service after all these years.

  • jane_touil Jane Touil (@jane_touil) reported

Hey @Plusnet Day 9 no Internet. No landline since 28 Sept. Multiple failures in service. Promises to escalate & expedite not kept. I work from home. I don’t want to be told that you ‘understand’ or thanked for my patience. I have no income. Truly terrible!

  • Dan_jmiller Dan Miller 💙 (@Dan_jmiller) reported

Hi @Plusnet just set up a business account today and I can’t log into with details I created. 30mins on hold to contact services and I gave up. Help?

@chudhope Hi there Richard, I'm sorry it's taken us a few days to respond and that you've been without a mobile signal too. Could you come back to me with your mobile number if that's still a problem please? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • fineartskaty Katy Jones (@fineartskaty) reported

@Plusnet I have been ringing you around 3 times a week to try to get our internet sorted out as a transfer from Sky. We STILL have no internet over a week after we were cut off from sky, and are spending £££ on data to allow working from home and homework etc to happen. Help?!

  • BridgeeCee Bridget Chapman (@BridgeeCee) reported

@Plusnet ...account. They have ignored my emails about escalating. This is 'award winning customer service' apparently. So, one more time @Plusnet, how do I escalate this to complaint to @ofcom?
