It seems a lot of this was down to automated stuff, systems not talking to each other, & I'm the one who suffered for it.

Chloe (@ChloesPJs) reported@Tiothae Aaah I see. Yeah the issue is me trying to VPN into my parents house. With a double NAT connection that’s just not possible. They switched from Virgin Media to PlusNet and after a month Openreach just cut the line. They haven’t reinstated it yet and it’a over a month now.

All UK tech support (by Leeds uni halls), stuff gets fixed quick, they don't stress about you using your own kit. If you want fttp they might not have that yet though
