@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@LaurenCJAnkers Hi Lauren! We don't apply any service restrictions until 14 days, we just add a splash screen notification that you can bypass. If this is affecting your ability to use certain devices, send us a message with your username and we'll take a look. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

@triscoe @Rugbylad37 @Plusnet Good luck, you will need it. PlusNet weren't able to supply me with Internet for 9 months but still charged me the entire period. I vowed then to never ever return.

@Plusnet I hope the team don't use Plusnet as their Internet service provider, they won't be getting much work done with the slow speeds and constant network drop outs.

My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

@Plusnet My last Plusnet contract ended well over a year ago. If I take out a mobile sim, I would qualify as 'new Plusnet customer' for deals, correct? BT, Sky, Voda etc do. Quidco suggest that if I've ever had a product from you, I likely wouldn't qualify for any cashback?

@Plusnet help. Our internet speeds are really poor and always have been. Online checks tell me that the meany virgin I can get min 54mbps. And I only get 3-5 with plusnet. Surely that’s not right that yours is so slow? Please help. Think of the children!!

@Plusnet Hope their connection is better than ours then, ridiculously slow and regular dropouts - so frustrating

Discovered an oddity (bug) with @Plusnet router tonight when helping a friend. Access control feature, though clearly turned off, was behaving as if active - client only getting APIPA address. Once ACL enabled and then disabled again, the problem was resolved! Weird...

@Plusnet Used to be so good at customer service, this is why I switched back but it’s now dreadful. No online chat support anymore and the Twitter account makes funny posts but are no help whatsoever
