@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

Anyone else in Milton Keynes having problems with @Plusnet broadband tonight? Router has done the flashing orange thing several times this evening, then switched back to blue again of its own accord a few minutes later. Pretty annoying!

@Plusnet Username 20135321. Mobile no. 07542 062377. My SIM card appears to have developed a fault. I am only allowed Emergency Calls. I have tried the SIM card in several mobiles without success. Can the card be replaced please.

@Plusnet The only issue is background noise on phone line. My text merely said that my fibre speed is normal after switching wifi connection whereas I initially suggested speed was down by around 30%
