Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

If I hotspot off my phone it works fine, but if I use Plusnet I get an DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. This has been happening since last night. Please can you resolve. All other websites work fine

If I hotspot from my phone I can connect to Slack fine (so not an issue with Slack), but rather with your DNS record

This lot have known about the fact I have no phone or broadband for days and have made promises and broken them blaming @BT . I'll re tweet this until its sorted.
