    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    @plusnethelp unauthorised/fraudulent use of my details to allegedly open an account with plusnet and it is now 2 weeks since plusnet is suppose to get back to me. Talk of basic customer service!!!

    @Plusnet I'm a new customer spent 45 mins waiting on the phone was reassured the problem could be fixed only to be cut off! Can't say I'm impressed now waiting on the phone AGAIN 😡

    @MartinSLewis What are our rights to cancel a contract with @Plusnet @plusnethelp if the internet has not worked for two months and they’ve no fixed it for 42 days since the first complaint?

    @Plusnet 50minutes later and finally getting through. Poor guy on the other end sounds harassed! I wonder why? Never took it out on him either as he’s not to blame. I await my fix!

    @plusnethelp i have had no support for 3 days. internet was fine and then asked if i wanted to upgrade. i did to then be given 60% lower speeds. so low i couldnt even do a zoom call. why can i get no support ? @Plusnet #plusnethelp
