Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

Although they were helpful, they said I should prepare for the issue to go unfixed until after the bank holiday weekend. That's disappointing - being without mobile signal for that length of time!
