@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@Plusnet Apparently my bill is increasing at the rate of inflation plus 3.9%. How you can you say it is increasing at this rate then add another 3,9% on? That's stupid. You mean you are putting prices up 9,9% which is absolutely ridiculous. Rethinking my ISP after 10 years.

@Plusnet been having issues with my broadband connection for a couple of weeks. Slow and low quality videos, I'm appearing very low quality through webcam which I need to use for university, pictures aren't loading at all sometimes
