Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

I had a phone conversation yesterday & my service was connected - after being wrongly disconnected after a shambles of service provision. A long wait for a 5th time to get through to speak to a human to sort this is unacceptable
