@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@EE As long as you don't go through plusnet who has disconnected my old network and they still have not sent me the sim card. Was promised it on Tuesday but all bullshit, I can't even use my phone or receive calls. This is one way for you to get a bad name.

After repeat outages for the last few months, an engineer and confirmation the issue wasn't at my properly, I keep having issues with @Plusnet. Working from home is hard when your ISP charges you for no working connection

@Plusnet Since around 7pm yesterday our internet has been down. Router alternating between flashing orange power light and solid orange with flashing red broadband light. Have reset router several times. Is the service down currently?
