@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@Plusnet Sorry but I am nearly 7 months pregnant and trying to shield as much as possible. An engineer has been out fitted a new socket (which is huge and takes up loads of room) and the issue is still there.

@ZenMezzer Plusnet for broadband. Don’t use a landline for calls. Just renewed my contract. Been great with technical issues.
