Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

Jazz Baby (@BixWeetabecke) reported@LC_186 @bt_uk When did yours go off, Laura? I'm also in Glasgow, and mine stopped between 11pm and Midnight. BT reports everything OK, and various web down detectors say that customers of BT and Plusnet are experiencing problems, but the network isn't. Perhaps they only listen to businesses?

It went this morn, rebooted, came back. Now phone ringing one/1/2 rings, then cuts out. Repeatedly. If pick up, Broadband crashes. DM me pls.

(@_mickjack_) reported@EE Strange, I left Plusnet last month which uses EE network due to poor reception in Manchester, and parts of Cumbria, I'm now on Lebara which uses the Vodafone network, much better signal, and far cheaper, I think your advert is miss-leading @vodafone
