@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@plusnethelp I’ve just tried to send you a message to tell you that a car crashed into the local ‘BT box’ group of neighbours have lost their Internet connection. #BT already on the case but will it affect my plusnet service when services resume after box repair??

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Waited 2 weeks for Plusnet switch over speed half what previous home owner had, plus multiple daily drop outs. All topped off with never ending being put on hold plus no one ever answering online help desk tickets. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Gradually getting more frustrated with @Plusnet stability...constantly being thrown offline in the middle of meetings and running queries. Any new #broadband recommendations?
