Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

Michael Corbett (@kobb) reported@Plusnet I'm very happy with my PlusNet broadband and I've been with you many years but this aspect of your customer support is crap. My options seem to be: a) phone and wait 20mins+ or b) phone and wait 20 mins + Hmmnn... 🤔
