Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

The BT/Plusnet website says it may take time for service to become fully operational. We recommend you inquire with the provider directly for further updates about progress.

Having to explain it over and over and now trying to charge her £169 to cancel!!!! Shes received nothing from you. This is awful service
