Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

I click on activate now but it says allow at least 5 minutes before doing so and also ‘there is a technical issue’. I don’t have the ID and I can’t activate.

I'm a new client, with no internet speed as promised, advised by your team to buy a private router (only works by cable), and just now a member of costumer service denied to provide his details/ended the call on me
