@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@Plusnet Morning! Received a txt saying line activation would be yesterday. Phone has switched over yesterday and was cut from Internet around 12ish. On order tracker its still showing {strCustActivationDate} and had no other updates if going to be delayed. Many thanks for help

@Plusnet I had a ticket raised on my account to address issues with broadband connection. The latest message I received asked me to reply to arrange an engineer visit, but when I open the Help Wizard the ticket is gone and the page says I can no longer ask a question.

@Plusnet Plusnet is the worst broadband I have ever encountered, only been with them a few months and to think I signed up for an 18 months contract. It goes off completely 4-5 times a day, my films stop when I watch Netflix and when they don’t stop the sound goes off. Don’t get Plusnet🤬
