    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    @ChrisBarnatt @bt_uk Sounds like a nightmare getting your broadband sorted. You're timing was perfect as ours was up for renewal. 5G was not an option as coverage poor in my area certainly something I keep an eye on in future. Plusnet keeps me as a customer for another 24 months with price reduction.

    @SkyHelpTeam how can I find out if your fibre is available in my street. I m due for renewal with @Plusnet and the customer service is non existent. I have my TV package with you.
