    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    @virginmedia They said they canโ€™t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasnโ€™t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts itโ€™s best

    @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. Itโ€™s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I donโ€™t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service
