  • trevormiddleton Trevor Middleton (@trevormiddleton) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

  • OpticalFusion Dawn louise (@OpticalFusion) reported

@virginmedia The engineer gave us his number to call if the connector he fitted doesn't work, he's said that if it doesn't work it will mean the cable will need digging up. I've paid full price for the service that hasn't worked. I've had a more reliable ADSL connection with Plusnet!

  • No_Serotonin Keith Knight (@No_Serotonin) reported

@Offcom BT and Plusnet are supposed to be separate companies and yet they can access each other's retail systems. I placed a switch order with landline number port with BT. Plusnet was able to access and cancel it without my permission. No money is owed. Surely this is illegal?

  • mulberrycrush Mulberrycrush (@mulberrycrush) reported

@Plusnet I want to cancel my BT Sport App without calling in.

  • therenster Paul Rennie (@therenster) reported

@Plusnet Easy tip - steer clear of plusnet. I paid 2 months for broadband, never got to use it then plusnet cancelled my account and won’t say why nor will give me my money back - joke of a company

  • mistymaria Claire Oatley (@mistymaria) reported

. @plusnet Interested that when I just called BT to cancel my broadband to switch to you, they said you are part of the BT Group and then tried to get me to stay with them by implying they are the British Airways of the Group and you are RyanAir! How rude!

  • OLI_DICKO Dicko AFC (@OLI_DICKO) reported

@Screwfix @norfolktina I think it's because I'm with @Plusnet for both broadband and network and there seems to be a problem their end which apparently they are aware of.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@HelenSwire Hi there Helen! I'm terribly sorry about this and can understand that after being on hold for as long as you were to be hung up on isn't the best and we don't want this. Is there anything I can help with without having to listen to our hold music again? -Em -Plusnet Sheffield

  • ShaneOrlando129 Shane (@ShaneOrlando129) reported

Just joined @Plusnet and starting to regret it already, considering cancelling before this poor service snowballs. Not gone live on the date it was suppose to, sending an engineer on a day when I am at work, which will fine me £65 if I am not there. Now on hold for over 30mins

  • WarrenG1967 Warren G (@WarrenG1967) reported

@Champs707007 @virginmedia Under OFCOM rules you're entitled to compensation. I had no Internet service from plusnet for 16 days, I was entitled to ~£8.69 per day, which is just under £140. I got my service restored and it's back at an average of 57Mbps so not bad at all.
