@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@Plusnet Thanks for your reply. I think most users have found Customer Support responses over the past couple of days to be wholly inadequate, and lacking a bit of honesty. So I think you should as a company, use this as a moment to learn from so in future you comminicate better.

I am having to explain why I can't log on - my Internet is down with @plusnet - I have forwarded details. Since yesterday the connection is intermittent and it comes at a critical time at work. :/ If I take a day off - which I have had to - then I am out of pocket (furious)

@chrisdingleb It's okay - I am off to my home town today and I've let work know. Plusnet are in big trouble here. I am unhappy to put it mildly and the repeated "It's just email" when broadband is down coming on for 24 hours isn't acceptable. I will be moving provider as will many others

@Plusnet - I continue to be flabbergasted at how poor your service is. I finally received the sim on the 3rd attempt and 4 weeks after asking. Yet we were still charged for a month of contract! I have now tried to activate it but can’t! Why? I am nominated on the account?

@Plusnet my company use @Plusnet for their emails… STILL not working… now causing HUGE issues and problems with clients not being able to send documents. I NEED TO KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED??

@Plusnet Slight improvement getting emails now via Outlook, but still a bit late. Still cannot login to Webmail. It was always very poor and slow, and I usually only use it to delete old emails to reduce for storage limits, but cannot get in at all now, just sits at loading.
