@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@plusnethelp I have Plusnet phone and bband but speed is awful. Can I change my contract to cancel bband but keep landline?

@Plusnet the level of service i’ve received as a first time customer with you so far is disgraceful. Ordered 17 days ago, got an email today to say my order had to be processed manually. 17 days. Cant work from home. Waiting for a call back now.
@plusnethelp I have sent a DM to Plusnet twice in the last week about a problem with my internet but no response. I can't find an email address to contact you and I prefer not to phone. I can apparently write but this seems a strange thing to do to a broadband supplier.
