@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@rabbitaway I was with @talktalk and can honestly say they are the worst company I have ever dealt with by far. So bad that they had me in tears more than once. I'm now with @plusnet and would highly recommend them. Cheap and good service.

@mattmecham Had excellent service from Vodafone since switching to them in April 2020. Much better than Plusnet that used to go down for over 3 hours at a time. Recently upgraded to Pro at no extra cost. WiFi Booster and 4G backup in case it does ever go down.
@castelm11 @Plusnet Crazy tho at busiest time of year. To keep in touch with orders via son's bedroom; log, invoice & send out books via office crazy. Yes, I know BT line now virtual & clicking on/off costs £100 or so when I never cut off service in the first place... time to become a hermit/nun!
@plusnet my broadband is terrible - constant buffering whilst trying to stream live sport - what can I do to improve this lamentable performance?
@Plusnet Hi. Have been experiencing a poor signal all afternoon, so bad that I can't offer my clients Zoom calls, as no one can hear me. All was ok up to Saturday! Please help, as it's affecting my business! Thanks

@macronencer They have to pay PRS fees .. hence cheap covers... Btw, top tip, upgrade your Plusnet router to a none Plusnet one because all of theirs are ****...
