As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

Some providers "no capacity" (TalkTalk), "wrong tech" (PlusNet), some choose to not connect to Openreach fibre (Vodafone)... Latest info is one provider may have bought the rights for 12 months (suspect it's BT)... So much for having fibre built in π
