@Starlink I enquired about Starlink when Plusnet ****** me off grabbing £164 in a direct debit rip off:a I never anticipated! So l invited Starlinzk to quote and they asked £299 for a dish But blimey now free: from best mate Elon! But woah: £75/mth Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet spoke to your chat center in India and said they weren’t getting anywhere. Then when we told them we wanted to make a complaint they sent us to your web page which then sends up back to plusnet. So something is going to have to give at some point?

Part 3 Customer service advisor blaming me for not checking if direct debit is in place and advise to pay a cancellation fee to the debt recovery and then sign new contract with them again - ridiculous! Well done @Plusnet! Let the customer pay for your mistakes! #plusnet

Hi @Plusnet @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Lots of people in Tunbridge Wells with no internet connection. Plusnet, BT and Sky all saying no service issues in the area. That’s going to be a lot of individual engineer visits that might be a waste of time.

Hi @Plusnet, unhappy new customer here. Took the day off work yesterday to await broadband install and @OpenreachHelp weren’t able to complete the job, old broadband now disconnected and no contact from Open Reach to say when they’ll complete. Not happy.

@Plusnet Really, really, unhappy with your service.I have been without internet, since I moved FIVE months ago. Finally, Outreach are coming tomorrow… but you have sent my router to my old address & I’ve been hanging on the phone for ages! Absolutely appalling customer service!

@Plusnet why is it you’re so bad at customer care? Is it that you don’t care about your customers or is it just because you are incompetent. I even contacted your MD and all I got was another useless flunky with a fancy title
