  • planetf1 Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported

@matt303 @Plusnet @zeninternet nope - they promise to keep prices same. Of course they are higher.. though better service (and niceities like static ip ipv6 etc). I'm very pleased I switched to them.

  • jonbradbury Jon Bradbury  (@jonbradbury) reported

@highwaylass @Plusnet @plusnethelp 95% of the time it’s too many nearby routers all on the same channel. Change wifi channel at the router, or try disabling 2.4, or 5ghz, mine are all on the 5ghz, got a customer where have to set them all on the 2.4. Also some kit likes the 2.4 & 5ghz to have separate names

  • emmalou55 Emma Evans (@emmalou55) reported

@Plusnet appalling service our internet is constantly dropping youve said you've fixed the problem but haven't. Constant issues with the phone line too. Working from home and he me schooling is challenging enough!!!!

  • highwaylass Highwaylass (@highwaylass) reported

@andypoulton @Plusnet @plusnethelp Apart from this issue I’m very content with Plusnet, there’s no-one else I’d go to for broadband.

  • highwaylass Highwaylass (@highwaylass) reported

@rhydsnewi @Plusnet @plusnethelp Sorry. There’s a 2,000 comment thread about it on the Plusnet forums, it’s clearly a system problem

  • highwaylass Highwaylass (@highwaylass) reported

@jonbradbury Sorry, that was a bit abrupt. I tried all those steps which are recommended on the PlusNet help forum but they didn’t sort it; I had to factory reset the router. Now all is OK - until the next time. On the forum PlusNet mention a solution they are rolling out - hopefully soon.

  • katie4249 Catherine 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧 (@katie4249) reported from Paisley, Scotland

@plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

  • andypoulton Andy Poulton - SEO 🧢🖊️ (@andypoulton) reported

@highwaylass @Plusnet @plusnethelp Then simply make your complaint in the manner I suggested but without the threat to end your contract. Mind you, if only 1 out of several devices can connect it's not much cop, IMO

  • dollielondon Dollie London (@dollielondon) reported

@Plusnet I have no connection since Tuesday eve and can’t get through to customer support or online chat? I’m working from home and self isolating so please can you help. Thanks!
