I believe I have fixed our internet issues! After speaking to Plusnet today, I was made aware that I can actually change and configure our router settings. I've connected my PC to the 5Ghz band, and immediately I'm getting our normal promised speeds!

@Plusnet Hi I was supposed to have my Internet all set up yesterday and received a text around 2am saying all done. Router is showing blue but cannot get connected with any devices. Could somebody please help ASAP as need Internet to work from home

@ZenInternetHelp switched from Plusnet to you in March and my internet has really suffered. Can't get on zoom meetings in places I previously could and regularly shows as unstable connection 😭

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Yes I agree it’s important to stay connected when you have to work on zoom. I am still waiting for the connection Plusnet promised in February. Every 2 days you email saying it’ll be a couple more days. Worst service I have ever encountered. How can this be fixed, please?

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Lauren, moreover you are not reading complete problem that I am not receiving any SMS and even friends SMS are many days late! For a company that sells on customer service, you are too quick to say you dont support and close the issue!!
