Citizen #376894 (@yidsnee) reported@biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.

The Cov Report (@TheCovReport) reportedThat’s not too bad, mine went from £102 to about £160. I said I’ll pay something like the same as I’m paying and they offered pennies off. Now save £102 less my broadband £24.99 on Plusnet. Haven’t missed it.

Rockposer Dot Com (@rockposer) reported@Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven

Stephen B (@Stephen40141780) reported@Plusnet I’ve just taken personal broadband with you. I do not wish to financially support BT Group’s documented support for Migrant Help/refugees. Please explain what contractual provision prevents me terminating without an early termination charge, and cite the specific clause.

Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@amandajp17 @Plusnet Absolutely. For a company that prides itself on customer service it's pathetic. Heaven forbid if they want to keep their landline and in a poor mobile area. It's always call them....and wait. As most of the current moves aren't at a customers behest, they should be ringing us.
