@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@ajayjagota @GBNEWS @LloydsBank Agree. All the major banks seem as bad. I phoned Plusnet though this year... 45 mins.. Sorry our it system is down call back tomorrow. When I called back... Today we are honouring or covid hero's and support is closed! I swore quite a lot.

@Plusnet cont ...... I was told I would receive a callback as a matter of urgency. This was at approx 9.45am & I'm still waiting. I have received an email to inform me my broadband is now live!!!! NOT without a router it's not 🤬 As a new customer I'm not at all happy 🤬🤬
