    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

But you get the idea :P I worked at the larger internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where...

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.
