How about calling customers back when you promise to do so? My mothers phone has not worked for over a week and you guys don't seem to care. Keep promising but nothing happens. Even the "manager" does not call back when he promised to do so. #plusnet #terrible

@OpenreachHelp no line or internet for 10 days already as waiting for you to fix a pole after the bad weather, and still no ETA from our supplier @Plusnet! £8/day doesn’t help us work from home when you’ve got vulnerable people to consider, please when will it be sorted?

@TheCloudBeeTTV @Plusnet Notoriously awful @Plusnet - I've had really good service from BT or Sky. BT currently really good. 16 days is unnacceptable.
