@Plusnet her plus net, is it normal to have a iPad connected to the wifi and problem with a laptop? I did a Speedtest and the laptop was much lower than the iPad, is this normal?

3 weeks with no internet since moving. Generic responses from #plusnet. No help until I raised a query after 2 weeks. Then to be emailed today sating that i'll get an update as and when the supplier is connecting. Burning my phone data at an alarming rate. What's happening?

@4Viewers Is your issues with PlusNet been resolved yet? When I phoned I was told this was the reason and I’m still experiencing this error code. It’s been almost a month now.

I'm slightly surprised it's taken this long, but I've now come across the first occasion where the failure of @Plusnet to support IPv6 actually prevents me from doing stuff. IPv6 only has been happening for a while now. @plusnethelp Any chance you're going to sort this?

I'm not to worry about my old account now, it won't go to collections, even though now every time I call @Plusnet I get routed straight to collections & they have to put me through to customer services. The person I speak to in sales is wonderful, she gets everything sorted...

@plusnethelp are you having issues in the Honiton, Devon area. Several households appear to be having issues with Plusnet the last few days. Can't play youtube/netflix on TV without annoying buffering!

I ditched Talk Talk after a series of failures on their part to communicate adequately and not being helpful when I tried to resolve things. I switched to @Plusnet, and I've had cause to speak to customer services twice so far. And it's so calming to actually get service.

IPv6 is really ubiquitous now. The two biggest UK ISPs BT and Sky both support it. To be honest it's somewhat embarrassing for @plusnet as they had a successful trial some years ago then, seemingly, did nothing. They're also owned by BT so that's even more baffling.

Hey! @Plusnet our internet is down and my OH is about to wake up to start work in about an hour, and the broadband is essential. He will be stressed and grumpy, and that will make me stressed and grumpy. When can I speak to someone!?? #broadband #Plusnet
