@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@cheshiretoad I look at Which magazine ratings for service. But even when I pick recommended providers like LV and Plusnet I still have problems. I wonder what the worst of them are like.

@saramttnez @virginmedia @Plusnet They tried upselling me! I told them our issue was that their WiFi doesn’t reach our nursery and as such our baby monitor doesn’t work and the person had the gall to try and get us to spend MORE money.

@Plusnet my monthly rental has been £23.99 for months; i have just noticed my Feb bill went upto £29.35, then March's bill has come out as £36.52. What has changed? why am i paying over £12 a month more for the same service, with no correspondence from yourselves? regards

hey kids - this is a boring request but can anyone recommend broadband providers? we are with plusnet whose customer service is really good but the connection has got worse and worse over time it would also be helpful to know whether changing supplier would make any difference?
