@wcrpaul I have backup WiFi on a separate router with openwrt installed. That was just because the last plusnet router was so bad. 2 to 3 drops a week requiring complete reboot.

2/2 connection providing an interim connection for when my @Plusnet contract ended on 16th Sep. Despite agreeing to this over a month before it never happened and I’m now paying the extremely high out of contact price. Despite trying to contact @anlx multiple times no response.

@MarcAllera Hi I have just been on the phone to plusnet to try and get an apologie for my mother being as you took over her phone line without her requesting, I would like to raise a formal complaint but because she is not a plusnet customer this is not possible?Please respond

@Plusnet Hi, is Plusnet having a major outage? My router is showing as connected but no internet, and I see on Downdetector that a lot of people are reporting problems. And last night speeds were ~18Mbps and they are usually ~70.
