@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

@KisbeeWayne @davidjrussel @MartinSLewis Plusnet doesn’t currently support 4G calling, which means when you make or receive a call, your phone has to drop down to 3G or 2G. EE have some low frequency 4G spectrum around 800MHz, which significantly improves their coverage (lower frequencies go further and penetrate…

@Plusnet Thanks Alex. There seems to be an accessibility problem occasionally to this router on occasion. Wonder if it's because the number of broadcasts in the area is so high (bit annoying to have another one, that seems to serve no purpose, taking up space to be honest).

  • davidjrussel David Russell (@davidjrussel) reported

@MartinSLewis I switched from EE to Plusnet and then BT Mobile as had better packages. I had to cancel both as even though they both run off the EE platform the signal is strangled and much worse. Maybe better in big towns/cities but something to consider in rural areas @MartinSLewis

  • robertaf77 roberta faccioni (@robertaf77) reported

@Plusnet I am getting messages and emails telling me I used 105, 30%, 50% of my smartcap. I did not. Are your system having issues?

  • toomuchsand Mike Μάικ Miké Esq (@toomuchsand) reported

@ProfPilk @Plusnet It worked for a week and a bit then just got stuck on E mode. Airplane mode, network reset and phone restart multiple times. Manual change between local providers same. Swapped SIM between phones, the other phones SIM OK, this SIM same in other phone.

  • SBognani Silvia Bognani (@SBognani) reported

@Plusnet hello, I have a problem with my bill.

  • JoshuaMcDermid Josh McDermid (@JoshuaMcDermid) reported

@Plusnet Please can you advise what my termination fees would be to leave? I'm not happy with the slow support and that I'm paying for internet that I'm not getting and having to use mobile data.

  • borristhepanda Borris the Panda 🇺🇦 (@borristhepanda) reported

@KisbeeWayne @davidjrussel @MartinSLewis …buildings better) but Plusnet users don’t have access to this coverage, otherwise they could end up in a situation where their phone is connected to 800MHz 4G, but when they try to make or receive a call, there is no 3G or 2G coverage in that area to drop down to.

  • tcfioftfic tcfi (@tcfioftfic) reported

Plusnet are not a Broadband company, they are just a subsidiary of BT, so if your connection goes down, then all they can do is send a message to BT to fix it. Unlike Gtech and Virgin, Plusnet does not have its own Fibre Cable Lines. They don’t tell you this in their adverts.
