@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@MaddieMayNot I used to have them and they were awful. This happened a lot and online outage maps usually said it was country-wide. They also hike their prices several times a year! I switched to Plusnet a couple of years ago and they’ve been so much better.

I’ve had 4 months of @Plusnet messing me around now and i would not recommend them to anyone ever. I can’t even find out my direct debit amount. Currently they reckon my sign up of £24.99 is actually now £32.99?! And I don’t even have the service they initially promised.

@benbakerbooks @htwcentral We've had absolutely no problem with Plusnet since we moved in here. We get about 57Mb from an advertised max of 66 and an upload speed around 20Mb, which is good enough. Virgin was installed to the street about eight minths ago, but we've felt no need to switch.
