    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    @Plusnet why are there only 4 people in BT covering the whole of plusnet, EE and orange working after the 8pm and that they are only interested in whether or not my phone is stolen. That's ridiculous when my service goes down.

    @decent_doge @ThreeUK Unfortunately not had such good assistance from @Plusnet who demanded that I pay two additional weeks for a terrible intermittent service that I want to cancel.

    @Plusnet Also - when you (and other companies) say you're 'experiencing a very high volume of calls', day after day, week after week, you just mean you haven't got enough staff. Hence I put down the phone and have written this instead.

    @Screwfix @MashManMandela Hi @screwfix just get people to reset their routers that will resolve the issue. Plusnet occasionally use non UK dynamic IPs that you geoblock on your website. A reset usually resolves it. Just keep resetting until they get actual UK IP.

    @Plusnet I've done something stupid. Yesterday I accidentally cancelled my plusnet direct debit as I have moved away from you. I didn't realise that today you would be trying to credit my account. I can't re-add my direct debit as my account is closing. Have I lost this money?

    @SMARTYMobileUK Do you guys use all the same/available frequencies for 4 and 5G as people with a contract with three? ie would your SIM show the same signal levels/speeds as a three SIM I know plusnet don't use the same as EE, hence coverage is not as good (no 800 for 4G).

    @Cullen_ward @Screwfix @Plusnet Hi, you just need to reset your router. Plusnet use dynamic IP addresses that change if the router is reset of power interrupted. Sometimes Plusnet gives one that's abroad for some stupid reason and Screwfix geoblocks non UK IPs Hope that makes sense. Reset your router πŸ‘
