@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@Plusnet Plusnet have been amazing I’ve been with you for coming upto 7 years. @TalkTalk told me you were shutting down to panic me into taking their fullfibre package, but because I never received a router, I never disconnected: never had a problem with you! Tktk are billing me though.

@Plusnet @mistermemoryman I'm also getting DNS "domain not found" errors for screwfix... five days after the above report... (Also on Plusnet - coincidental? Restart a stale caching nameserver perhaps?)

@Plusnet evening, our broadband is down, has been all day. Was working fine when we went to bed last night and this morning it wasn't working. Tried all the usual stuff. Turned it on and off etc, checked cables . Still nothing

@Plusnet Been having issues with our internet all day, and now it's turned off completely. It's flashing orange but the cables are plugged in correctly. We are a house of uni students needing to get assignments done, and currently we can't #plusnet

@craftyfella They're betting on it being too much hassle to move. I had numerous issues with VM and was a long-term customer, so moved to PlusNet. The final straw was my Internet was down and being told they'd not look until it had been out for 24 hours, so I should call back in 24 hours.

I asked them to cancel my account again as I never disconnected plusnet, I didn’t really want this fullfibre product. They said it was cancelled. Finally I was free.
