Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

itsmeagain (@itsmeag52425650) reportedJoined @plusnet last December! I strongly advice that NO ONE! EVER joins them. From day one I've had problems. No joking. the connection dropped at least 15 times per day. I've had numerous hubs sent. So far, I've got approx 5 in storage. Disgusting connection!
