    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    VIRGIN MEDIA has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE which is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with via the telephone. SKY has heaps more customers but OFCOM receives heaps more complaints from Virgin Media customers which does indicate something. PLUSNET MEDIA ANSWERS CALLS WITIN 60 SECONDS.

    So after 18 months of the absolute worst service ever from @Plusnet where they tell you your internet dropping out 5-6 times every day is not their fault and must be something to do with us, we finally switched to @virginmedia and surprise surprise, not a single problem since
