@Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

@Plusnet are you guys done working in the CT1 area? It’s been a week now and I still can’t use my phone. The signal keeps on dropping from 1 bar to no network, not very impressed…

@JamesTitcombe I'm in the Furness area and was told by my service provider (Zen) that it would be fixed by 10:30pm tonight. A neighbour has been told 11pm by Plusnet. So hopefully it will be sorted sooner rather than later.
