    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    @Plusnet I am from Reading area RG7 and my fibre broadband isn’t working from last 48 hours, really pissed off that I am paying a big monthly amount yet this kind of service. Your advisors tell me to wait for another 72 hours to get fault resolved. 5 days LOS is **** service!

    Saved £30 a month on my broadband!I switched to Plusnet and saved £30 a month on my broadband! The service is great and the customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend Plusnet to anyone looking for a good broadband deal.

    Hi, @Plusnet an engineer has been to my property today to install my new full fibre line. Unfortunately he was unable carry out the installation due to poor access, surely this should have been ascertained before an installation appointment? Please could you advise the next step?
