    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    @Plusnet Hi, my broadband has been down since yesterday following me advising you of that Iโ€™m changing my provider at the contract end date. I raised a support request early this morning 218661001 though still no response.

    @osloandrio Hi David, sorry to hear you're you're unhappy about this. Unfortunately we do have to wait until Openreach are able to complete the work to resolve the issue, dependent upon how serious the issue is causing the major service outage. - Jess, Plusnet Leeds ๐ŸŒป

    Without doubt @Plusnet provide the worst email service in their industry. For years it regularly fails to 'connect to server'. I've appealed to them a number of times over the many years subscribed but obviously they fail to invest & keep up with demand. I'll shortly quit.

    @bt_uk Hi, my broadband recontract "offers" are higher than what I'm currently paying, and what I'm currently paying is far higher than offers from Sky and PlusNet. Can I cancel online without having to phone BT, as I'm always left waiting in a long queue?

    congratulations @Plusnet ! That's one customer jumping ship as soon as possible. When will providers learn, if you don't treat existing customers as well as new customers, we're just going to go somewhere cheaper!!
