    @Plusnet @plusnethelp getting no info on your website or helpline. I give up! Been like this for hours now. Pathetic service, very disappointed

    @Plusnet your DTR T2120 Youview box is without doubt the most appalling piece of technology ever shipped. Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

    @Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven

    Thatโ€™s not too bad, mine went from ยฃ102 to about ยฃ160. I said Iโ€™ll pay something like the same as Iโ€™m paying and they offered pennies off. Now save ยฃ102 less my broadband ยฃ24.99 on Plusnet. Havenโ€™t missed it.

    @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. Itโ€™s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I donโ€™t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

    Very sorry to hear the seamless plusnet transfer problems mirrored also in their use of company who are hosting emails, again peeps had no say - hope all goes well on Monday - Its a nightmare
