Remote won't work, locks up, random and ghost recordings. Truly terrible and so unusable I am forced to try the nuclear option and do a factory reset. Not good enough!

Todayโs engineer M group for OpenReach couldnโt get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?

Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT!
