    Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    Toothgate ok ish, New Years watergate fixed with no further issues. Plusnet, internet, Wi-Fi etc sorted. However I now have mice/rats living under the bath **** knows how they got in. If they used the loo and didn’t poop on the floor that would be great 👍🏻🙄#anotherproblem #next

    @steve_wigg Hi Steve, if you contacted us before 14 days, you are still free to leave even if the service has been activated. You will only have to pay a pro rata rate for any period of service provided. I'd recommend contacting our business team about this. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

    @Plusnet hi, I changed mobile provider from smarty to yourselves 11th Jan last week, my mobile number has changed over but still don't have my sim card. I can't make calls or txt or use internet. Any idea when I will get it?? Becoming a real problem now. Mike - order 3167028

    @Plusnet I use wired ethernet for my Network Drive and desktop computer, but it helps a lot that my phone-line master socket, modem, and computer are close together. Not every place I have lived has that advantage.

    Curiously being threatened with non-payment fees by @Plusnet for a sim card which was replaced by a @giffgaff sim before Christmas. Difficult to understand how a sim which is not in a phone can be making calls. Especially after email 29/12/21 telling me the service is suspended.
