    @plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

    @Plusnet Please provide eta on current outage. The bot has obviously resigned in protest. Need to get back to work. Blue light on router but no internet. Since 10.38am today in Derbyshire, I would like to keep my job if that's OK. Need an urgent update.
