Chris (@Chris4man) reported@Plusnet I know I can use third party apps, but someone ringing me doesn't know to ring me on one of those so I miss their call. If my number automatically diverted to WhatsApp then I'd be happy. I guess I'm looking for a new network then.

Jane (@darcy2010_jane) reported@Plusnet I have just been advised by text that I have not made a payment and that I have restricted service!!! Would be helpful if I received a bill so that I can see what I owe and pay accordingly π€ Not a mind reader!!!

Chris (@Chris4man) reportedHi @Plusnet, if EE and BT Mobile can offer WiFi calling why can't you? You use EE's network and your part of the BT group. I'd prefer not to switch as you offer a great deal price wise. But not being able to make or receive calls in my house is a big problem.
