    Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

    @Plusnet Come on - you can do better than cut and paste responses. I was on the phone for hours with your staff three times on friday. I was told that these speeds were allowable. Allowable but p*** poor!!

    @jovington21 @FlagOnThePlayUk @NFL I use firestick. Works well most of the time. I did have problems with it loading when I was with Plusnet but I've moved to Now TV it loads first time everytime (touch wood)
