@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@nigelstreet @HA11NNH @SpaceX My house had satellite installed by previous owner. V expensive & terrible latency. Now have 4G mobile broadband from EE as discovered signal here pretty good (other networks not good). Unlimited data, less than £40/mo & faster than plusnet fibre in old house.

Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢

Hi @Plusnet, I've had periodic line drops in the last 48 hours, they only seem to last 2 minutes, but causing issues. SY2 area. Have you been doing anything with the line in this area ?
