Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😡

@Plusnet previous acc was with you, we stuck with you due to enjoying the service but changed bank accounts so as a new acc we have to go 5 days without broadband. What kind of set up is that?! No reward for staying with you either. Know for next time

@Plusnet @Plusnet internet down - again. Any particular reason for the outage? According to yourselves, there's no issues, even though down detector has multiple PlusNet internet issues from all over the UK. ST20 area.

@Plusnet What a service! You executed the PAC before I received my SIM, which hasn’t arrived (or the replacement) so now without phone since Mon. That’s a stupid procedure you have. I’d have been better waiting to give you the PAC but thought you’d know what you were doing.
