    Well that was fun @Plusnet #plusnet jusr called your customer services with a billing enquiry and got someone that didn't sound like they knew what they where doing then went silent for 20 mins apart from some heavy breathing 😡

    @Plusnet for FOUR days I’ve been trying to purchase a contract on your website and can’t progress further than the checkout page as it just reloads! One of your advisors said you had received reports and were aware - how can you just leave this problem unsolved???

    @Plusnet I certainly won't be bragging about your service that's for sure, no router delivered so can't use full fibre and you still cut existing so i have nothing thanks for nothing. Absolutely useless
