    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

    Please @Plusnet answer your phones! Waited for 21 mins this b4 and gave up, now again on hold 26 mins! Where is my engineer? Really poor service, I thought they were supposed to be okay?

    @webbybloke I am really sorry to hear that, what I recommend doing as you are a Plusnet customer would be to get in touch with them directly on: 0800 432 0200. Hopefully, they will be able to have a look at what's going on in the area and give you a bit more insight. Sarah

    @Plusnet I would like to officially make a complaint again. I was told that my internet would be on before Wednesday at Midnight and it was not.

    @Plusnet Adam, I’ve raised a complaint every time I’ve spoken to an agent, I have opened it through support everytime, now you asking for DM with details, I have not had an answer through any other coms with @plusnet maybe it’s just rare that someone wants to pay there Bill in full

    @Plusnet Hello! We seem to be getting a lot of network crashes every 5-10 minutes, for the past hour or so. It's becoming a pain as I am trying to work on my course. Would someone be able to look into this for me please? Many thanks - Tania

    @NOWHelpTeam Can someone *please* contact me re: my complaint. Ordered for a simple @OpenreachHelp transfer to you from @Plusnet, due to go live 29th July. No phone service since, and you now say you're about to switch off my fibre. Please liaise with Openreach to resolve this!

    @BTSopenreach @Plusnet very bad connection on BB here in #kendal at the moment. Can you please look into this asap. It does affect businesses.
