@Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

To follow up @Plusnet @plusnethelp we've spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on phone (inc placed on hold 3 times) re a simple technical support issue, to be told that we'd likely have to wait 24-48 hours for the ticket to be read by the support team there, never mind get a resolution.😝

@f1word PlusNet's speed are decent and reliable where I am, but the router is awful and the customer support has gone downhill over the last couple years.

@Plusnet no broadband and all three lines of customer support unavailable or simply ignored. I wonder how many other customers are experiencing similarly woeful service.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi there. One of my neighbours is vulnerable and relies on he phone line for a personal care alarm. She has found it difficult to get through to report a fault and she currently has no cover for the care alarm. Can you help?

Pro Tip: Don’t use @Plusnet. Their fibre optic broadband won’t even load a 3-minute video without it buffering and you can’t get through to their support team. Pass it on.

If there's anything can be done to speed up @Plusnet @plusnethelp support requests we'd be grateful - the domain is in your DMs. The customer just requires access to his domain control panel/email service.
