Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

@macronencer No worries Mike, sorry that option wasn't clearly labelled. Can you let me know if that's managed to solve that problem for you and if it hasn't I'll look further into this for you. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet Zen Internet. No price-hikes ever - unless you change to a more expensive plan. First class customer service. Only had two short interruptions in five years.

@plusnet You have a major problem with your website. If the cookie consent dialog doesn't pop up (meaning the end user cannot consent) then the user cannot login. They just see a blank screen. As they never saw the consent dialog they don't realise that's the cause. 1/3

@Plusnet @LondonGirlSays There are hundreds of people can't get through on the phone, are you going to sort it for every one? I have spent 3 hours over the last two days trying to get through about a bill that is a joke. My next step is just to cancel my Direct Debit, see you in court.

Why has @plusnethelp @Plusnet emailed me saying I’ve requested to cancel my contract when I literally haven’t?

If you're wondering where my stream went, my @Plusnet router got so hot that it's started MELTING. It's not just their service that's horrible. Their products are, too 👌

seems my constant internet drops have stopped after unplugging the router and vacuuming out the dust... worth a try if you have similar problems... d/l speed could be closer to what I am actually paying for though #plusnet...!

@Ofcom Please can you investigate and do something about Plusnet. They offer services and cannot provide them. I signed an unlimited fibre extra and from day one. I have never received the speed. Complained and get excuse after excuses.
