Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

@babblingbates @Plusnet Plusnet customer service is, in my experience, quite good if you manage to get to speak to a real person (therein lies the difficulty).

@LankyCarGuy I’m with Plusnet... 99% of the time I find them prompt and actually sort the issue. I don’t tend to deal with insurance on the phone only email / online.

@virginmedia @rockter Wait times like the whole month we were without Virgin Internet and refused an engineer. Kept being told local works causing a known issue and slowing connections, but we had no connection. Been with Plusnet ever since who have been fantastic.
