Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

@a516digital This might interest you Mike, though I've already said it before, on the subject of plusnet. A nieghbour down the road from me had plusnet, until I think was March, his current contract ran out. He was not allowed to get his TV from them.

@Plusnet My new SIM can't access your data network. I've called support, I tried to manually connect to your network and that failed so tried to enter the APN details I can't, it appears to be disallowed. Not great start, thinking of going already.

@Plusnet We have already been in contact with the support team multiple times a day for over a week and we have been in contact with BT Sport. No one is resolving the issue. I have now made an official complaint due to the lack of resolution.

@Plusnet Thanks for promising a callback within 24 hours. This was around 44 hours ago. No call yet. Plusnet truly have a remarkable attitude towards customer retention. I had been a happy customer for many years now but was apparently of no value.

@Plusnet How long does it take to resolve a connection issue to BT Sport? I sighed up on the 10th August and customer services still have not sorted this. I'm getting concerned as Serie A kicks off on 21st August.

Great stuff from BT-owned @Plusnet , "we're taking away full BT Sport than you pay £10 a month for but you can have an app-only service for £15.69 a month instead if you want". Bargain, I'll have two apps please. The hunt for a new ISP starts...
