Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

@plusnethelp I renewed my fixed term contract yesterday 17th Feb, it was due to expire today 18th Feb. However on my account I see a cessation charge being applied???? Why when I am still a Plusnet customer??

Whenever I speak to plusnet about my shockingly bad internet connection, the term Fobbed off comes to mind 🙄

@teenagegma Baseline routers are poor, especially with a larger number of connections. I went Plusnet, fastest base speed for address, and then invested in a wifi mesh for the house. The Google Nest WiFi is brilliant for our big brick walls. I would recommend something similar.

I don't know why @plusnet broadband has been giving me issues for the past couple of months. It is just impossible and now it has stopped working all together and I can't get hold of anyone form their customer services to help out.

@plusnethelp Would never use or recommend @Plusnet again!! Whacked with a huge early exit fee due to needing to sell my property. In the current environment we are in, its outrageous!
