Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

Hi @Plusnet, unhappy new customer here. Took the day off work yesterday to await broadband install and @OpenreachHelp weren’t able to complete the job, old broadband now disconnected and no contact from Open Reach to say when they’ll complete. Not happy.

@Plusnet Hi Jim, I’ve read the notes on my plusnet account and it seems like this problem could go on for an unknown amount of time. Is it really so difficult to send £50 to a continuing customer? Do you have any additional updates yourself? The notes weren’t helpful at all. Thank you.
