Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

@PriapusIQ We received similar bollocks from Plusnet increasing our wifi pro rata with so called inflation. I sent them an email saying yes no problem but inflation is only transitory.

So it appears that @Plusnet are only available to block stolen mobiles from 8am to 8pm; no way to do so via the app, and no telephone support out of hours. That’ll not do 😢 #RubbishCustomerService #Plusnet #PlusnetMobile
