    Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @plusnethelp @aemulantes plusnet are without doubt the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. What a crappy and shocking service!

    @openreach_help Broadband been down nearly 24 hours now. Supplier Plusnet tell me it's multi-supplier issue, 100s of homes affected & Openreach are responsible. I can't find any information anywhere about whats wrong & when you are going to fix it. exchange is STSHABY

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Lightweight. I spent 3 hours on hold to Plusnet. The music was a selection of Xmas songs I never want to hear again.

    @Plusnet  I spent half an hour last night on the phone to you, guessing why my broadband had gone down and was promised that I would receive a TEXT when the transfer was complete

    @Tim_JC @TeaFromTheManor @Plusnet Their customer service is a disgrace. The customer helpline is literally a recorded message saying that they are not accepting calls and you should try again tomorrow!!!! It was the same message yesterday!!! I just want to speak to someone about my broadband. #plusnet
