Bernard (@badinaz) reported@Plusnet Big thumbs up to Plusnet. They sent an engineer, nice man, found and fixed the problem. More to do with (old) existing telephone line point. 2 weeks on, NIL dropouts.

Jason Cantrill (@JasonCantrill) reported@Plusnet The service from you is appalling. To wait more than a week for a new router is unacceptable. Customer services have lied and we have been fobbed off on nervous occasions. I recommend to those that they find another provider.
