    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet downloads speeds of 2Mbps this morning, wifi has been terrible for the last 2 weeks - low speeds at best, nothing at all the rest of the time. How you can justify charging £18.99 a month for this is beyond me. Choosing Plusnet was a mistake that I regret.

    Total lack of service from @plusnethelp @Plusnet . 45 minutes waiting to be told that you haven't ordered a router. That'll take another 5 working days. I might get a call back tomorrow?

    Christ! @Plusnet service has been going up and down all evening yet their status says all Green and OK! Other UP Testing sites report them has having connectivity issues.... Go figure!

    @AndrewBooton @Plusnet Tell me about it, used to be awful. However, over the last 12 months, it has been fine and improved for us. However, at its worst, we had 3 full days of utter incompetence/

    @plusnet broadband down for 2 hours, no way of connecting Plusnet. Final nail in the coffin - appalling service

    @plusnethelp U.K. a plusnet fibre customer with minimum speeds guaranteed speed of 22.7. Recently regualy I’v been getting speeds slower than 7mbs today 5mbs. Is there a service issue in my area.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I booked to move our broadband to a new house on 7/12. Woke up today to find line at current house has been terminated overnight 6 days early. Wife and I have a busy week of work meetings. I phoned customer services, who say nothing can be done. Really?

    @Plusnet I've messaged @plusnethelp but no reply as of yet. Only just taken a contract out with you, not even installed yet and I cannot get hold if customer service at all by phone either. Is this normal?
