Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@Shotsblog @vpeanuts @SkyUK They have been so good since I switched to them. We have had problems thanks to Openreach, but Plusnet themselves have been great at helping to resolve all of these. Would highly reccomend them.

@Plusnet please can you call to cancel my account? I spent 1 hour 10 mins waiting to get through today before giving up. I also spent 45 mins Wednesday before I could speak to someone. My account ID is RDavis1
