Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

@Plusnet The router does make a constant whirring noise. Think it may be on its last legs which may have caused this issue. Are you able to send a replacement please?

@Plusnet I just want internet in my bedroom im disabled and spend a lot of time upstairs but all this is driving me crazy the router hub 1 is powerful enough to send a signal upstairs..so deffo need another router tech guy said
