@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!

@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

@Plusnet Hi, still no progress with lack of signal at home and surrounding area, this has gone on for over a month and can't even use wifi calling as you do t support it, both contracts are due for renewal in January - don't think I'll be renewing.

Plusnet used to be so good, now they're just another BT derivative, void of humanity, greedy for every penny, take away your service at the blink of an eye & bill you for their mistakes. Plusnet are warning me about not paying for a service i haven't had for 2 months. BT effect!

So @OpenreachHelp have sent out an Engineer who has connect the in-laws. However, they have not closed the case down and therefore no internet until possibly Monday. Meanwhile, @Plusnet case worker missed a digit out on their department meaning contacting them was fruitless.

@Plusnet can you let me know whether I'm eligible for compensation due to my broadband not working please? Speed and syncing issues started on 15th, it stopped working altogether on 17th. Issue reported on 16th and the soonest your engineer can come to repair it is the 21st

When you switch from @Plusnet because their service is abysmal, but they still try to take your money. So you call them and their arrogant staff hang up on you. Annnddd they wonder why you switched 🥴🥴

@Plusnet 2 weeks of no internet as a remote worker is driving me slightly potty. I understand the issue is for openreach to fix, the daily calls of "engineer is booked tomorrow (subject to delay)" only for it then to be delayed everyday for the last 13 days is becoming tedious.

@Plusnet I'm trying to get help with my broadband router which keeps dropping. The internet connection is fine. It's a problem with the wifi to my devices.

@Screwfix @WayneyoWayne I have Plusnet fibre broadband but I don’t buy that excuse that they have Screwfix website blocked.I have been on several websites with no problems but Screwfix is a problem both on home & mobile. Couldn’t connect last night or today. There is a problem somewhere at Screwfix end.
