@plusnethelp broadband speed really bad today. Impossible to stream. Getting a reading of 2.2mbps. Becoming a a regular occurrence with plusnet😡😡😡

Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

Plusnet broadband has bin terrible the last few days every test done has come back with less than 1mbps. I do not have live TV ive tried to get in contact but just get told to restart router which i have done a million times

@Plusnet Hi I have been a customer for 9 years. My BB is due for renewal. Just checking the best deal I can get for 36mb fibre is £24.99? I received a renewal offer 2 days ago for £22.99 but customer service representative says this has expired

@Plusnet Hi, we've had intermittent service for two hours now with the internet frequently crashing and the router flashing orange. We've been advised by you previously not to use the restart button on the router-- would you advise turning it off at the wall to restart it?
