Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@Plusnet hey, why no 4G when roaming? Caused real problem yesterday in Germany (only 2G so no internet & no satnav) and is only 3G here in Austria

@Plusnet when the engineer arrived he was able, it would appear, to resolve the issue and all appears to be good. my complaint is the time it takes to get the engineer, not the quality of the engineer.

@Plusnet hello, I have had issues with my broadband and have done all the normal restart, turn off checks. A previous engineer suggested Open Reach needed to update the line into the property. Please can this be arranged ASAP.

@Plusnet Oh, thanks. After tweeting, I realized that the problem might be a thunderbird update, and I resolved the problem. But it would be helpful to have a place to check that there are no issues.

@Plusnet Fuming with you lot at the minute. Half a service since service start yet paying full price. Past on from pillar to post. No manager call back to resolve my issue. This is not acceptable. Then quoted £224 to leave. Your having a laugh!

@Plusnet Are those 182 days in relation to days lost trying to connect to the internet because I’m sick to death of the internet dropping off every bloody evening when we sit down to watch TV, you should be made to pay back double what we pay you monthly every time we loose connection

@Plusnet couldn't find my mobile, dialled the number from my home phone. Never answered the mobile but charged. 47p for a 1 second call. RIP OFF PLUSNET 😱 HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT?????
