    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @squeezyjohn It's weird how that equation never adds up isn't it? I lost 3 weeks' worth of BB & Landline with Plusnet recently and no money back!

    @Infosanity My last experience of Sky was dire. My move to Plusnet was my last attempt at a 'consumer' ISP and, to be fair, they've been brilliant. If/when they have issues I'll be running to Zen.

    cannot answer the security questions unaided! I can’t help him because he can’t answer the security questions unaided. So 92 year old deaf vulnerable father isolated due to Covid has no phone. Outrageous and shockingly inflexible service from #plusnet I would avoid this company.

    Why is @Plusnet so bad. Had it for ages and have had non stop issues with it. I could deal with it disconnecting every hour but now I literally have had no interest connection for the past hour. @plusnethelp

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet are you going to keep leaving us with substandard service and expect payment?? Fix the issues we have had since installation not ignore them and bury it. I have never had so much drama with any internet company in the last 17 years!!

    @LozzaFox We had to resort to two suppliers. Add Plusnet additionally. Pathetic but Internet too essential. If really critical you can also add Simrush effectively tapping into phone network internet

    My plusnet broadband is very slow and my landline is not working. Other people in the area are also experiencing problems. @plusnethelp
