with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

I could never get involved in a virtual TV audience, my Internet cuts out way too often, cheers Plusnet 🙄👍. Would love to know what broadband providers the #SaturdayNightTakeaway audience use lol

@Plusnet This would be a dream @Plusnet. My mother, in her 70’s, has been waiting since November for you to get her live. Always blaming @WeAreOpenreach for their failings. Absolutely shocking service, hide behind emails when there’s bad news. Avoid this shambolic outfit at all costs. Z-

OK, @Plusnet have gone too far now. I was lied to on Feb 10th, told I can pay on March 1st and have my restrictions lifted when they were applied on Feb 19th. Now I'm without WiFi until March 1st and they are not even compensating me for THEIR **** up! I am contacting Citizen's

I am disappointed @Plusnet did not recognise the issue, quickly apportioning the blame. How are less tech savvy customers expected to manage? (3/3)

@mjwilliamsbrand Having previously had issues with EE, Sky & BT, and now the crap we have had this last couple of weeks with TalkTalk & Plusnet, I've come to the conclusion that all ISPs, without exception, are ****. If anyone sets up a decent one they will make Elon Musk look poor within 12mths!

Been on hold now for 47 minutes waiting for @Plusnet assistance. Where's online chat? Unbelievably poor this especially for people who rely on Internet for home working. Good job I don't need it for work today but got football to watch.

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

@keavaoloan @plusnethelp @Plusnet It's been such a bad decision really. Internet at home is useless we are having to use mobile data for uploading school homework. Can't believe they can get away like that.

@Mummiesguide @plusnethelp It’s standard with Plusnet, unfortunately. We’ve been with them through a home move on totally different sides of Liverpool, location doesn’t seem to matter; service is reliably diabolical.
