with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

Oh @Plusnet - I've always found you give a good service, but today found you limit passwords to 16 characters 😞 In your favour you do allow most symbols, but 16 characters is just to short. A lot too short.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi there. One of my neighbours is vulnerable and relies on he phone line for a personal care alarm. She has found it difficult to get through to report a fault and she currently has no cover for the care alarm. Can you help?

@jwdk98 @plusnethelp I've been having the same issue yesterday and today. Noise on the phone line and connection randomly drops (router light orange) in CH66. @DowndetectorUK suggests there are issues but Plusnet site says none?

@Plusnet no broadband and all three lines of customer support unavailable or simply ignored. I wonder how many other customers are experiencing similarly woeful service.

@plusnethelp I need someone to check out Broadband connection and phone line. Receiving 2.6 Mbps and 0.7. Neighbour getting 34.82 and 7.56 on PlusNet. Your chat service was useless. Phone line same.

@plusnethelp Service went live 13/01/21. Phone working,but when rang Plusnet,they said that the wireless driver on my 3 year old laptop was out of date, and I'd have to buy a new laptop. Was with b.t.previously and all working. This is not acceptable.

@plusnet Is there anyone home?? Landline down, line test says "unclear result, try again later". Well, it is later. I have tried again. And again. And the same message comes up. 24 hours since my first DM - 4 more tweets since. This is not service, @plusnet

To follow up @Plusnet @plusnethelp we've spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on phone (inc placed on hold 3 times) re a simple technical support issue, to be told that we'd likely have to wait 24-48 hours for the ticket to be read by the support team there, never mind get a resolution.😝

@Plusnet changing to you for our ISP was the worst decision ever. Trying to home school 2 teenagers with unstable Internet connection is tortuous & damaging. Why will you not provide what you are contracted to do and resolve your terrible service!

@Plusnet Never had a problem with plusnet until I upgraded this has been during lockdown service is awful.can never speak to anyone and when I do I’m told the problem is my end. & it will cost me £80 to get open reach out to test the line disgusting service not fit for purpose
