Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@STEcopywriting Don't know what it's like now, but when I used to work for BT, we had all kinds of problems as TalkTalk would half-arse installations and the whole phone line would have to be yanked out. PlusNet have been lovely. Ours isn't as fast as the Virgin, but customer service is ideal.

@Plusnet Hey Team, Are there any known outages in the CM3 3 area at the moment? Line keeps dropping but the fault reporter and service status pages on the website say they (the websites) are down for maintenance so cannot check (or report).

@Plusnet This is an ongoing problem for months and months, all checks have been tried on multiple occasions. Just living with a sub-standard service at the moment and grateful for stable interlude periods.

@Plusnet I’ve emailed a complaint yesterday. I believe that #PlusNet have overcharged me by £22.30 I.e. they took the phone rental out of my account after I’d left them in early March.
