Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.
