Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. π π π

They've botched our connection and can't guarantee a fix before 30 Dec. I'm paying to use my phone as a hotspot. No streaming etc. over Christmas.

No broadband, customer services are almost impossible to speak to. 3 different stories from technical team. I want to cancel my subscription but they want a cancellation fee!

Told the fault would be fixed this morning. Still not resolved. Difficult to WFH with this. Can you please sort it out ASAP.
